Two Vehicle Crash on Hwy 101 Near Spyrock Sends Two to Hospital
At approximately 10:48 this morning, a Nissan truck and a Ford Utility Vehicle collided on Hwy 101 near Spyrock Road. The Ford was sent 20′ over the embankment.
Two people were taken to Howard Hospital, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page. One had minor injuries but one had major injuries.
The roadway is now clear.

Again in the same area? I can’t remember any serious problem on 101 in thqt area but there must be.
People drive too fast & try to pass. The road is wet & slick. Many curves. Recipe for a wreck.
