[UPDATE] Law Enforcement Identifies Who Fatally Stabbed One Man and Wounded Another This Morning

This is a press release from the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

On Monday, March 20th, the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office initiated a homicide investigation in the Klamath Glen.

At about 2:30 am at Crivelli’s Bar and Grill in the Klamath Glen a male subject, later identified as 55-year-old David Soldano, is alleged to have stabbed two male victims. One of the victims succumbed to his injuries and is deceased, while the other was taken to the emergency room for treatment.

Soldano was taken into custody and booked into the Del Norte county jail. The incident remains under investigation by the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office.
