Mendocino CO. Deputy Arrests Woman Wanted for Three Felonies

On 06/30/2026 at approximately 11:45 A.M., a Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was conducting a proactive patrol in the 4000 block of North State Street in Ukiah, when they contacted a subject identified as Charlene Martinez, a 45-year-old female Ukiah resident.

A records check conducted through the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center revealed that Martinez had three outstanding felony arrest warrants for 166.4 PC – Violation of a Court Order, and one outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant for 166.4 PC – Violation of a Court Order.

Martinez was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Mendocino County Jail, where she is being held in lieu of $90,000 bail.
