Someone made a left turn in front of me once when I was on my trusty Triumph 650. Hit the car head on. Smashed my balls on the gas tank; turned purple and swelled up to the size of a grapefruit.
Not the worst! Mine did that after my vasectomy and weren’t “smashed”!! 😉
That happened to my husband. You’d think they woulda warned us.. I never felt so bad for someone… Can you imagine one of your breasts black and blue completely? Guys get it back in spades with a vas.
I just pray that the rider will recover from his/her major injuries. Thank you to the Air Ambulance that is responding to the accident. That will surely give the rider a much faster trip to the hospital.
I agree with Martin!
As a motorcyclist I would also like to know what the CHP report says. Who did what wrong?
We reached out to the Garberville CHP today, but unfortunately, they didn’t have additional information to add to our reporting. We will check back in later this week to see if more information is available.
It was my son, it was a solo accident and he lost control of his bike and went down.
Ruth, oh no! I hope your boy is on the mend.
He’s stable and vitals are good. Just waiting for swelling to go down.
I’m sorry to hear that. I hope your son recovers quickly and can ride again some day if he so desires.
Ruth, I am very sorry to hear that was your son that lost control of his motorcycle and went down. I do hope he will be up and riding again one day.
