According to reporter Ryan Hutson who is at the scene, officers are having difficulty navigating traffic around the intersection. Westbound Samoa Boulevard is blocked at H Street, and the left-hand turning lane from Samoa onto G Street is also closed. Southbound traffic heading toward Highway 101 is being diverted down G Street instead of using the Samoa Boulevard on-ramp.

To only allow left hand turn or U turn with green arrow.
I use that u turn and you have to see the traffic coming toward you isn’t supposed to stop.

Yep, people come off the highway and off 255 at highway speeds, and seem to have a difficult time slowing down. I’m glad no one was hurt.
