Joshua A. Staley

Joshua A. Staley passed away on November 23 at the age of 47 in Eureka, California. A proud graduate of Eureka High School, class of 1996. Joshua A Staley had a passion for music and was a hard worker, but leaves behind a loving family.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Glenda, and his cherished children: Joshua L, Emma, Stevie, and stepdaughter Melody. He also leaves behind his brother, Chris Staley (Shannon) from Arizona, along with his nieces, Andra and Brooke Staley from Washington. Joshua is deeply missed by his Aunt Teresa Eskra, cousins Jason and Kevin Call, and his in-laws, Ellie and Steven Payton.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Staley, his mother, Roberta Staley, and his beloved maternal grandmother, Leda Rossi.

Joshua had a village of people who loved and supported him throughout his life. He was a devoted husband, father, and son, who faced many struggles, including challenges related to substance use. Despite these hardships, those who knew him will remember the joy he brought into their lives.

With the end of Joshua’s struggles, we take comfort in knowing he has found peace.

A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date. Details will be shared with friends and family.
