Walnut Drive in Cutten to Close 15 Days for Water and Sewer Line Work

Press release issued at 5:06 p.m. on August 20 from the County of Humboldt Department of Public Works:

Road Work Ahead Public Works BlurThe Humboldt Community Services District, with the assistance of Mercer Fraser, will be installing new alignments of water and sewer lines on Walnut Drive in Cutten.

Work is due to begin on August 20, 2025 during the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

There will be a full closure lasting for 15 days with a detour routing traffic onto Northridge Road. Full closure is proposed for 15 days.

Howz about y’all come over to Christopher Drive and fix that area? It’s been slowly sliding away in one section. Too bad that the area it is sliding also has the sewer and water lines through there.
