April Christina Davis passed away with a smile in the hands and arms of God’s Angels on May 23 2025. She was born on January 12 1980 in Eureka, California to Marilyn and Leonard McCarthy. April attended schools in Eureka. Highschool April was into Arts at Zoe Barnum one of her art pieces won for Eureka City Hall and was a mural in the lobby hall in 1998. April was very proud of her accomplishment. She married her Husband Carl Davis in Las Vegas Nevada July 2006 they had a Elvis themed wedding. April’s favorite things where Ice cream for breakfast, Elvis Presley, Prince Purple Rain, Steve Miller Band, Bob Marley, Janis Joplin, The Doors. A story from her Big Sister Angel was when April was little she would squeal hearing Wild Thing song By The Troggs. April is survived by her Husband Carl, Mother N law, Adopted Step Father David Bilderback Senior, Her Sisters and brothers, Angel McCarthy and her Boyfriend Carl Atkinson, Rob and Tammy McCarthy, Trishea McCarthy, Chris McCarthy, David Bilderback Jr, and Deeanne Bilderback. April is preceded in Death by her mother Marilyn Wallis, Aunt Mary Faye Wallis, Her grandparents, Arliegh and Velma Wallis, Alleyene and Tm Cook Jr, and Vern and Dee Bilderback, and Her Beloved Dog Lobo. Cherokee Memorial Funeral home in Lodi California is in charge of arrangements. A private family memorial service is planned in the future.
