Support Local Heroes at Camp Rosewater! A 2-Day Camping Music Festival to Benefit the Salmon Creek Fire Prevention District

Camp RosewaterPress release from Salmon Creek Fire Prevention District:

Join us for an unforgettable weekend of music and community support at Camp Rosewater, a two-day camping music festival on September 28th and 29th at the scenic Salmon Creek Mountain View Retreat near Miranda. This exciting event is dedicated to raising much-needed funds for the Salmon Creek Fire Prevention District, as well as local Salmon Creek Community school programs, helping to protect and enrich the lives of residents.

Headlined by Rosewater, a celebrated tribute band to the Grateful Dead, with three sets throughout the weekend, this festival promises to be a musical experience like no other. With performances from Magnificent Sanctuary Band, Quantum Helix, Seed N Soil, Free Limitless Energy: Dub Church, and DJ sets from DJ Mike B, there’s something for every music lover.

Gates open at 10 a.m. on Saturday, with the music kicking off at 1 p.m. and continuing through the night. The festival will continue Sunday from noon until 6 p.m.

Your $75 ticket includes Saturday night camping under the stars at the beautiful Salmon Creek Mountain View Retreat, located at 344 Thomas Road, Miranda, CA 95553.

The funds raised will go directly toward supporting the Salmon Creek Fire Prevention District, led by Fire Chief Dan Gribi and his outstanding crew. Their tireless efforts keep the local community safe from fire hazards and help maintain essential services for all residents. This festival is also an opportunity to support the Salmon Creek School, fostering education and a brighter future for local students.

Another piece of evidence that our community can and WILL survive and thrive the immense changes in recent years. Thanks to the organizers, workers, SCVFD and others, for making this happen!
