Enough Fentanyl to KILL Arcata…

A very good reason to just set a government lab to cooking pure product, and just handing it out as a nasal spray, to anyone who asks for it.

It is a stupid dealer, who’s business KILLS his customer…

But then there’s Tobacco, Automobiles, Sunlight…

How about some education along with the picture? What is each item and how is it used? Why the cellphone collection, all with SIM cards? What was the Oregonian intending to do with all this stuff? Why was he at WalMart? What’s his life story? Will he get clean and sober? So many questions!

The chemicals he sells promote mental illness, that’s all you need to know.

Who cares…

They put the drugs on the foil, and heat it and inhale the fumes through the glass pipe… The gloves are so the dealer does not get poisoned by touching the lumps of drug, while handling the stuff or breaking it down to sell…

Absolute death in a breath…

Talk about solving the drug crisis!

The real challenge: find a car in Humboldt that doesn’t have drugs in it.

Are the penalties more because of crossing the Oregon/California border with those drugs?

Or, he may have been heading back to Oregon after picking up his “merchandize” and pulled into the parking lot to rest/pass out.

No.

“The citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.”

Otherwise, there’d probably be visa requirements for Californians attempting to enter Oregon and a prohibition on buying property. :o)

But as a practical matter the penalties, if any, are likely to be lower in California where the laws are increasingly being rewritten to favor criminals.
