Just before 3:30 p.m. on November 6, a collision occurred near the Kenmar exit of Highway 101 blocking the northbound #1.

According to scanner traffic, a female was seen outside a wrecked vehicle just north of the Kenmar onramp after the vehicle hydroplaned.

The CHP Traffic Incident Information page stated a Chevy Crossover collided with a guardrail and an ambulance was requested.

Subsequent scanner transmission from the ambulance crew stated they had a 17-year-old patient on board, heading to an area hospital, code 2.

The Caltrans QuickMap shows that traffic around the crash site.

Maybe the person is privileged and has the right to drive as fast as possible. Seems to be many like that.

Responded to a minor injury accident at Mc Donald’s bluff early this afternoon on Hwy 299.
Please slow down people! Rain hazard plus many other unexpected hazards on the highways now
Slow Down. Don’t wreck your car.
Live another day.

Just the beginning, price of tires has gone up 40 percent since 2020, just ridiculous. Vote responsibly

Are you going to vote now?? The endless rantings from the “comedian” of vote responsibly when you proudly claim you don’t vote is hilarious ?

Highly doubt there is a candidate worthy of my vote. Voting for the lesser of two evils only perpetuates the corruption we have in politics. Remember, politicians are putting politicians in front of you to vote for, crack me up.

The younger crowd calls it like it is, total corruption. In 20 years this government will have to make a full switch to socialism if the current politicians are to stay in power. If your recieving a nice government check every month it’s understandable but if your a hard working American taxpayer, time to put a stop to corrupt politicians , vote responsibly .

Yes please vote. Do you vote for local elections, like school board members, city elections, county governments?

Just changed my tires by hand with some knarly tread used tires I got from a buddy, winter is here people check your tires! _-_-_-_ need some deep grooves in them! Also off topic, noticing loco has been posting local voting on hot ticket interests, local businesses, politics, anybody can vote and follow the results! Really cool!

In extreme weather the best choices are pull over and stop if it’s safe, otherwise slow waaaay down, turn on the emergency flashers and stay near the fog line.

Just learned in older age hail creates little ball bearings – hearing that description i will certainly pull over in hail even though i don’t speed anyway…well maybe a tad on rare occasion and not in these downpours nor as a regular practice. No hail this afternoon though.
