What makes BA.5 different? Eric Topol, a cardiologist and professor of molecular medicine at Scripps Research, has called BA.5 “the worst version of the virus we’ve seen.” He explained in a recent newsletter: “It takes immune escape, already extensive, to the next level, and, as a function of that, enhanced transmissibility,” well beyond earlier versions of Omicron.

In other words, BA.5 can easily evade immunity from previous infections and vaccines, increasing the risk of reinfection. Though the variant does not appear to lead to more severe illness, in an interview with CNN on Monday, Topol said that given the extent of BA.5’s immune evasion, he expects to see an escalation in hospitalizations, as we’ve seen in Europe and elsewhere that the variant has taken root. “One good thing is it doesn’t appear to be accompanied by the ICU admissions and the deaths as previous variants, but this is definitely concerning,” he added.

So BA.5 causes less deaths and hospitalizations, but it’s the “worst version of the virus we’ve seen?” That’s a blatant contradiction of facts. If anyone believes what that dude says, they’re fools or completely dedicated to a false narrative.

“The ratio of hospitalization, ICU and death to cases is much lower now than it was many months ago,” Fauci said.”

“Fauci said BA.5 doesn’t appear to carry a great risk of severe disease compared with other omicron subvariants.”

Clearly a contradiction.

New poll finds only 18% of Americans want Biden to run for reelection yet our angry Liar-in-Chief yells at reporter claiming 92% would vote for him. Poor Joe’s mental capacity has severely degraded, he really needs to cite health issues and resign.

The 92% was the number of democrats that would vote for biden, if an election was held that day, trump vs biden.

Of course democrats would vote for biden in significant numbers.

So why wouldn’t 100% of them vote for biden?

The question remains, why would 8% of democrats vote for trump over biden, if an election between those two candidates were to be held that day?

That sounds pretty bad, and biden is bragging about it?

SMDH. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

And from the “zero credibility” Walensky, a non committal statement, which is a equivalent to no statement at all…

“We do not know about the clinical severity of BA.4 and BA.5 in comparison to our other Omicron subvariants,” CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said at a White House Covid-19 Response Team briefing Tuesday”.

Brilliant!

The CDC director, with an official clarification on, “what she doesn’t know”.

The very same CDC director that officially claimed…

” The virus isn’t stupid.”

Yep. The virus is a genius.
(Considering Walensky)

Maybe it’s time we stopped listening to these idiots?

Fauci has finally figured out how to bring the virus to it’s knees…

According to Fauci, apparently, the vaccine is no longer “our best defense”???

“We need to keep the levels of virus to the lowest possible level, and that is our best defense. If a virus is not very robustly replicating and spreading, it gives it less of a chance of a mutation, which gives it less of a chance of the evolving of another variant,” Fauci said in a news briefing.”

So, “don’t get sick”, is our best defense, eh, Fauci?

So what do we need dr. Fauci for???

To tell us our best defense is to not get sick???

He got sick, didn’t he???

Talk about a clown show!

The BA.5 subvariant appears to escape immunity and transmit more easily, leading some to call it the “worst version” of omicron yet. And in CDC high-risk areas for COVID spread like New York City, Dr. Anthony Fauci says, “You really should, in an indoor setting, a congregate setting, be wearing masks”

Sadly Americans are still being lost yet Biden and Fauci are strangely disinterested in identifying the origin of the Wuhan Flu. Is that because they already know the answer and they’re intent on covering up Fauci’s involvement in the covid gain of function research at the Wuhan biolab? Meanwhile another day and the hits keep coming from Biden’s disastrous policies. Bidenflation was reported at a record 9.1% yesterday, wholesale prices reported up 11.3% today (soon to be even higher consumer prices), Biden’s ongoing Robbery of our Retirement has stolen another $300 billion from our accounts already this morning (on top of $3T stolen earlier), our home values are facing a precipitously collapse due to Biden’s soaring interest rates, and Biden’s Recession costing millions of Americans their jobs is increasing accepted as inevitable by economists. The Squirrel warned you first.
Joe Biden’s disastrous policies did that!

How about the government did not “fund” the virus as the amounts sent to China (which is what such garbage memes are usually about) wouldn’t fund insitutional janitorial service in a year much less pay for actual research. And the government funds a lot of vaccine research that pharmaceutical companies do not consider worth the expense of research to create a product that too many are too stupid to get even when they are free much less if they had to pay for the cost of the development too. And “the” government only mandated taking vaccines when they controlled the finances of the entities (and thus the employment in) or attendance at them. Even then alternatives such as mask wearing and testing could mostly avoid.

Oh if stupid people only treated other government programs with the same paranoid thinking. Like roads, firefighting, health care, schooling, utilities… The rest could get on with life while such stayed home in the dark, gardening and washing their clothes in a tub by beating them with rocks and having much less time to spend pushing stupid agendas.

So far, except for recommending that the old and immune compromised get boosted more often, the Federal recommendation is that one booster be taken. But of course the paranoid conspiracists see that recommending as a threat. Not the disease itself- that’s “natural” but vaccines? They are “unnatural” and therefore scary as all get out. And no government agenda ridden medical doctor can tell them otherwise.

Why must it be the oldest, most obsolete vaccine that must be re-administered over and over indefinitely to younger and younger Americans?

Considering “immunological imprinting” it seems like a very bad idea…

Why was this ignored, and old vaccines are being administered haphazardly to new recipients?

You can try and justify this too, grey fox, this is a question for you, Kym, nooo, and any other “pro-vaxxers”..

https://www.statnews.com/2022/06/13/lessons-from-earlier-pandemics-vaccine-panel-must-discuss-imprinting-among-infants-and-toddlers/

“Imprinting may come directly from an acute infection or indirectly through vaccination. It can result in reduced — or enhanced — responses to future variants with unknown clinical consequences. The former is beneficial, the latter is not.”

“The immune systems of infants and toddlers — the targets of the latest Covid-19 vaccination approval — are immature and developing. If an immature immune system is immunologically imprinted, either by acute infection from the currently circulating viral variant or by a Covid-19 vaccine based on the original, wild-type variant that is no longer in circulation, it may fail to develop appropriate defenses when confronted — even years later — by a Covid variant or another totally different pathogen.”

This is what I deduced after hearing one mention of immunological imprinting, and here it is in black and white.

How inappropriate to have recently authorized, and to actually administer the original vaccine to the kids and toddlers…

This isn’t common knowledge, and every parent should be well informed of this prior to making a decision on vaccination of their children.

This is an outrage.

You still haven’t weighed in on why old vaccines, that significantly neutralize subsequently improved vaccines being developed for the most recent variants, would have been authorized and rushed to the youngest recipients, compromising the the potential benefit, of the supposedly improved vaccines, which will tentatively be rolled out in the fall, due to “immunological imprinting”.

It sure seems to me like the youngest recipients should be “immunologically imprinted” with the most effective vaccines, not the oldest most ineffective vaccines.

Why haven’t you opined on that?

I asked you about it before.

Seems like a bad Idea to do that to kids if they would realize a greater benefit by waiting for an improved vaccine.

And why aren’t the powers that be notifying our country of this thing called “immunological imprinting”?

Are they trying to conceal it from us?

It seems so…

Gavin Newsom is running a very strange ad in Florida, not sure how this advances his national political ambitions.

Gavin Newsom’s Weird Idea of ‘Freedom’Newsom resembles a pathetic owner of a once successful but now run-down, high-priced gas station without clients.
with the most burdensome regulations and high tax rates, Newsom’s California is arguably the most unfree state in the union. In return for these steep costs, the state’s public institutions, infrastructure, and services are among the country’s worst.
California’s once-vaunted freeway system is near the bottom of all state comparisons. California’s Highway 99, which runs the length of the Central Valley, is one of the deadliest roads in America based on miles driven.
Over half the nation’s homeless crowd the state’s major cities. One-third of America’s welfare recipients have flooded into the state. A fifth of the resident population lives below the poverty line. Well over a quarter of Golden State residents were not born in the United States.
California public school test scores consistently fall among the bottom 10 states. San Francisco has the highest per capita property crime rate in the country.
The recently recalled San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin and his soon to be recalled Los Angeles counterpart George Gascón have nearly ruined their cities. Both are iconic of multibillionaire George Soros’ nationwide efforts to undermine the entire criminal justice system.
State residents are not free to drive safely because of their decrepit freeways. They are not free from filthy and toxic sidewalks or dangerous physical assault in their major cities.
Public school children are not free to enjoy competitive educations. San Franciscans are not free to park their cars without fearing that they will be vandalized or stolen.
The destruction of these freedoms is in direct proportion to the confiscatory taxes that the state collects—the highest bracket of income and gasoline rates in the nation, among the highest sales taxes, and property taxes that soar due to inflated assessments in spite of a 1978 state constitutional amendment.
Currently, California faces brownouts due to the longstanding, deliberate curtailment of electrical generation plants.
Yosemite’s historic redwood forest is currently threatened with what are now customary California summer conflagrations.
The destructive, dirty forest fires reflect a deliberate state policy of not gleaning the forests of dead trees, but rather letting the flammable debris serve as “natural” fodder for bugs and birds.
The state has not built a major reservoir in nearly 40 years.
In rarer wet years, millions of acre-feet of runoff and snowmelt simply cascade to the sea. Releasing such vital water apparently enhances 19th-century riparian landscapes—and discourages its own agribusiness.
Amid Newsom’s anti-Florida ad campaign, the governor was vacationing at the upscale digs of his Montana in-laws—escorted by his ample state-paid security detail. That is odd, given Newsom’s California labels Montana a homophobic hellhole, and will not even reimburse state employees who dare to convention there.
Hypocrisy and elite virtue signaling, however, are now trademarks of California politicians—and illustrate how little elected officials care for the victims of their ideological agendas.
Newsom bragged about his tough California mask mandate although it did not lower COVID deaths per capita in any measurable degree than did the policies of the red states he so often trashes. He violated his own COVID mandates by dining at the upscale French Laundry restaurant and hanging out unmasked with Magic Johnson.
Newsom has done nothing to remedy his state’s soaring gas prices, terrible schools and infrastructure, or spiking crime. But he did virtue signal about giving illegal aliens millions of state dollars in COVID relief.
Rather than develop California’s rich gas and oil reserves, Newsom promised strapped motorists that he would send them a one-time fuel gift of $400.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), likewise, hectors Californians to mask and quarantine—all the better for her to sneak around unmasked at her hairdresser’s, or to jet to the beaches of Tuscany.
Former senator and current Chinese government lobbyist Barbara Boxer retired to an estate in Rancho Mirage. Recent Governor Jerry Brown isolated himself on his 2,500 acres in Grass Valley—idyllic locations far away from the education, infrastructure, and urban disasters that exploded under their tenures.
So it is Orwellian for Newsom to brag about a “free” California that supposedly will entice Floridians or Texans. In truth, over the last decades hundreds of thousands of Californians and billions of dollars of wealth fled the now inert California for a far freer Florida and Texas, among other states.
By voting with their feet and bank accounts, California’s expatriates considered these destinations far superior to their home state: safer, cheaper, better managed, and freer.
Newsom resembles a pathetic owner of a once successful, but now run-down, high-priced gas station without clients. In jealousy, he flails and screams at the newer, gleaming competitor across the street, with superior service, lower prices, and better value—and jam packed with his own former but now wiser customers.

10 year old rape victim had abortion in Indiana because of Ohio trigger law…….

Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Dan Meyer said Fuentes is not believed to be in the country legally and there are questions about his identity. Fuentes has been in Columbus at least 7 years. So quit blaming Biden’s immigration policy you Tucker Carlson followers.
And Republican Ohio AG Yost? An embarrassment.
“We have regular contact with prosecutors and local police and sheriffs — not a whisper anywhere,” Yost said on the show.
Yost doubled down on that in an interview with the USA TODAY Network Ohio bureau on Tuesday, saying that the more time passed before confirmation made it “more likely that this is a fabrication.” The 3 monkeys comes to mind.

The clean-up followed shortly after the news of the arrest. Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan deleted a tweet in which he had called the story “another lie.” The Wall Street Journal editorial page had to walk back on an editorial titled “An Abortion Story Too Good To Confirm” that called the case a “fanciful” tale.

The left needs a “moral outrage” to keep their dwindling base shrieking to the sky. All this while their day to day governance, lack of policy and utter incompetency is glaringly apparent to 2/3’s of all voters.

Brandon’s got that “Crap Touch”. Everything this administration* touches turns to 💩

Sorry for the 10 year old that had to experience such a horrific attack. But there’s laws against what happened to her, she got her abortion, the attacker was arrested and life shall go on; but please, keep on shrieking to the ether like you really GAF.

Humans have been doing horrible things to each other for eons. A perceived right to government sanctioned infanticide is not and never has amounted to a fart in a whirlwind to an attacker and a victim. Just like the right has said, if a woman (or girl) needs an abortion, a little travel may be necessary. BFD. Too bad the right to infanticide doesn’t exist in the constitution, but it’s not like Congress didn’t have almost 50 years to codify it, thereby assuaging your false “outrage”. It was leaked in May that SCOTUS was looking at overturning Roe vs. Wade. Democrats have a majority in congress and the White House*. If those fraudsters really GAF about women like they are shrieking now, they would have done something so a SCOTUS decision was moot. But if you haven’t learned by now Democrats are a party of loonies with crazy ideas that don’t accomplish Jack-Diddley-Squat, you probably never will.

I don’t hear the left having any concern for those that have to travel out of totalitarian states to obtain hardware and peripherals that people need to exercise their constitutional right to bear arms, do you?

#1) Gershon Fuentes did not rape a 10 year old girl, she was 9.

#2) If Gershon Fuentes entered the Country illegally, 7-15 years ago, as you claim, and as is very likely, Biden would have been Vice President at the time.

#3) So, it may have been Obama’s immigration policy at the time, but Biden, as Vice President, bears considerable responsibility.

#4) Go ahead and keep blaming Biden…

I made no such claim. Do you know exactly when he entered the country?
The girl is 10 now and still a victim.. As she gets older she becomes less a victim? Your playing word games.
What I don’t understand is you not expressing your usual outrage about things, but are concerned about proving me wrong..

“Fuentes has been in Columbus at least 7 years.”

Your third sentence.

So the question that YOU need to answer, is…

Was Biden Vice president at the time Fuente entered the Country?

Yes, or no.

And I am not proving you wrong, you are.

A claim of “At least 7” would fall nicely, within 7-15.

For that year, and nearly 8 years, almost all of which would have been VPed, by Biden. Ok, call it almost 7…

Not to difficult to understand, is it.

It really doesn’t work that well to hide behind split hairs.

Super obvious.

I’m sure you think that nobody can see through it.

Biden’s invader is most likely true.

It’s on you to pin down that fact if you are going to claim the blame does not fall upon Biden’s immigration policy.

Because your claim is clearly unfounded, as to exactly whose immigration policy would be to blame.

It matters little who was actually president when this POS came into the country.
The relevant fact is that Trump instituted many policies to stop illegal immigration, while Biden has thrown all those out and opened up the border to this kind of criminal abuse.

Trump curtailed and punished illegal immigration, Biden welcomes and rewards it.

The local police were probably waiting on DNA test results from the aborted fetus to see if it matched the suspect, so they would be able to present solid DNA evidence to the DA’s office in order to charge the guy and not have it dismissed as “he said she said” or some nonsense like that.

No, that’s a joke, why would they ask for that, without an arrest?

What were the going to compare it to?

If their wasn’t so much attention resulting from Biden’s press release, this rapist would most likely never have even been sought, or found.

They didn’t request DNA evidence from the doctor, until after the arrest.

“Huhn testified that DNA from the clinic in Indianapolis is being tested against samples from Fuentes. Before being arrested, Huhn and Columbus police Detective David Phillips collected a saliva sample from Fuentes, according to a probable cause statement.”

Actually it’s hard to tell the order

I don’t see how they could have gotten a saliva sample, without an arrest, unless it was voluntary

From the latest Jan 6 Coup Attempt Hearings this bit if information to me was by far one of the most jaw dropping ;

A draft executivr order greenlit “the appointment of a Special Counsel to oversee this operation and institute all criminal and civil proceedings as appropriate based on the evidence collected and provided all resources necessary to carry out her duties consistent with federal laws and the Constitution.”

Yawn… An executive order from the puppet of this administration* only shows us kangaroo court proceedings for entertainment to boost MSM horrible ratings, and from the Nielsen numbers it doesn’t appear to have helped much. Whenever a one-sided panel already has guilt established and is not allowing counter testimony or rebuttals, it looks like one of Stalin’s proceedings from the early days of communist Russia. An even more hilarious look is having clowns like Schiff involved. Obviously Tipsy Nancy didn’t learn anything from his handling of Trump’s impeachments. But at least they figured out they didn’t want the stench of Jerry Nadler’s incontinence and lack of bowel control involved in this farce.

It’s absolutely hilarious how The Democrat Party gets so easily out-maneuvered in everything they try to do… even when they have a majority in Congress and hold the White House*!

Do you still carry Swiss army knives just in case you get a flat tire?

Is there really no scenario that you could imagine that a Swiss army knife might be a lifesaver?

Have you really never put a screw in your tire after hearing it puncture and you start to hear it leaking out?

If it’s done quick enough it can get you home.

I’ve definitely done it.

It’s easy for me to imagine, having left mine at home, the day it would really have made a difference.

Matter of fact, I’m going to find mine, and start carrying it again.

Thanks for the reminder.

No, and neither have you.

(You can’t hear air in a tire leaking out while driving.)

Plus I use 10 ply tires. I bend screws, not suffer them.

Plus, putting a screw in for a longer drive is stupid, as it can rip your tire apart, cause an accident, destroy your rim and start the next Carr fire.

If you are prepared for flat tires, Swiss army knives are not needed.

Try a spare tire, a jack, and a lug wrench (or tire iron).

You’ll have a new tire on waaaay before the jackasses playing Swiss army role playing wannabe-mechanic.

Just read your car manual if you doubt me.

You clearly have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about.

And you also have no clue as to what I have, or have not done.

Window down, on a dirt road, after running over what may have been a nail, the clear pulsing of air escaping from my tire got my attention very quickly, as I was exhausted, and in no mood to change a tire at the time or place, it was a hundred degrees in the shade.

So I had to act fast. And yes, my tires were also ten ply.

I had a big flathead screwdriver handy, quickly removed a screw from my license plate, and screwed it back it into the hole in my tire. Sealed it 99.99%

Probably took a minute or two or less.

(My record tire change on my car was 8 minutes.)

(Hand tools)

(Yours?)

I then proceeded home, 7 or 8 miles, changing the tire the next day, in the cool morning after a good night’s sleep, and with the air tools and hydraulic jack I had at home.

Your problem, not mine, if you don’t believe me, but remember the lesson, and it might get you out of a bind.

(And good luck changing your car tire in 8 minutes flat, start to finish.)

(You ain’t pulling that off.)

Well they do make an extra quiet 3/4 ton 4×4. But you have to pay extra for it. Or he just has exceptional hearing to hear a right rear tire over the engine noise.
And can you believe the luck. He stopped at the exact right time so the hole was easy to access.. And to have a extra long license plate screw to use. Must have had those treadles tires.

Me when I am driving down a country road with the windows rolled down, and the music turned up..
Guess he doesn’t like music.

Speaking of stories that are full of holes…

https://www.dailywire.com/news/mother-of-10-year-old-rape-victim-gives-bizarre-interview-says-daughter-fine-media-telling-lies-about-alleged-rapist

The overarching question that must be asked, as opposed to the access the 10 year old had to an abortion, is how did Fuentes, (or whoever), get access to the 10 year old…

These are some of the questions, and answers that I also asked myself…

“The relationship between Fuentes, the victim, and the girl’s mother remains unclear.”

“Bonilla speculated that the alleged rapist could be connected to the mother and noted that fear of deportation could be a factor contributing to the bizarre interview.”

“This appears to confirm my thesis of a domestic situation wherein the confessed rapist is also the paramour of the victim’s mother (other familial relation is possible but less likely),” Bonilla said. “Unfortunately, I saw many such cases while working as a court interpreter.”

Continued…

“The mother’s distressed defense of the rapist suggests that, a: She is also here illegally and fears deportation,” Bonilla outlined. “B: The defendant is the family’s sole source of income, c: There is a likelihood of other children in the home, d: Mom is exposed to removal of the children under dependency proceedings (failure to protect). Has there been such a filing yet and if not why not?”

yep, that’s s what I call, “no nonsense”.

Start to finish, in a couple minutes, tops.

My 3/4 ton 4×4 pickup got the screw.

How long do you think it takes for a 3/4 ton 4X4 pick up truck tire to audibly deflate after running over a nail?

It still hadn’t gone flat by the next morning…

Down only about half way…

The 8 minute tire change, my full sized sedan.

Hand tools, vs air tools.

I did use a star wrench, if you know what one of those is… I always have one of those handy…

I did have a small floor jack, in the trunk.

I even still stop to help people fix flats…

You’d be surprised at how inexperienced some people are when it comes to just changing a tire…

I’ve come across many, that didn’t have any idea how it’s done…

Grown men.

It’s shocking.

Do you still go to the grocery store and Dr’s office with filthy hands, or have you started carrying a bottle of water and a bit of liquid soap?
You can always use the knife to clean under your nails.
Water works well if your radiator overheats too, especially if it’s 20 miles to the closet town, and I’m no mechanic.
The tweezers come in handy for splinters, too.
And just to annoy you more, I carry a Leatherman, a jack a tire iron, SAE and metric sockets, a spare tire, flares, flashlight, blanket, tarp, marine grade rope, cell phone and an AAA card for when I’m in a cell service area.

Kym, I’m attacking the reliability and credibility of statements made by HC and now Guest.

I’m not insulting them in any subjective way by pointing out that fabrications of reality are just that.

If it was a lie to say that “[she] carr[ies]a Swiss army knife just incase for a flat tire”, than really how can much of anything be trusted?

I’m not arguing this for nothing.

I’m building the unreliability factor to apply it to their political posts.

I think an objective moderator would see that.

I never said here that she was stupid, simply unreliable.

And I want it applied to HCs comments regarding the Jan 6 hearings.

I want new readers to know who says what, and how reliable that source is.

Calling my hands filthy however is an insult.

Why and what it is.

I’m dealing with HCs idea that a SAKnife is good for changing tires.

(Which is even less credible now that she states she carries metric sets, Jack’s, tire irons and the whole body shop too)

It’s not credible.

That’s the idea – as I quietly back away from making my point further.

I actually left mine at home on purpose one day, before a “trip to town” due to some misunderstanding with LE…
Just in case… To prevent even the possibility of another misunderstanding.

I sure regretted it, because I ended up needing it in a big way, for an extrication requiring extreme expediency…

Let’s just say it wasn’t pretty…

I sure wish that I would have had my “Swiss” that day after all.

I was first to call out the lack of speaking out about what’s happening, and I called out Biden for it!

As Biden incredulously, repeatedly, called for Americans to seriously “imagine” “being this little girl”, at least twice, but BIDEN NEVER ONCE called for an investigation, nor for justice for her, nor for the capture and prosecution of the perpetrator.

“WHERE IS THE JUSTICE !!! ???”

Biden is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

He SHAMELESSLY politicized this little girls horrible predicament, solely and
with soullessness, to advance his desperate, pro-abortion-dependent political ambitions, without ever even once mentioning a call for justice.

Biden didn’t come to her defense, nor sought justice, he was heartlessly using her and her tragic story for his own political gain.

It shouldn’t have been about what this girl had to do to get an abortion, or how simple it would be, if Roe v Wade wasn’t overturned, or how righteous it was!

A 9 year old was raped, and Biden, and his followers just ignored that, and it’s necessary justice, choosing instead to only prioritize, and to inappropriately focus just on their perceived greater injustice, that the little girl had to inconveniently travel out of State for the abortion.

No, I don’t find it outrageous that she had to travel out of state.

You, like Biden, ignore the rape of a 9 year old…

I find that outrageous.

And, instead, you both focus on the difficulty of obtaining the abortion, as if that was the overarching crime.

The President is lame.

Wrong again.

Here is where I called for prosecution and questioned Biden’s non existent ethics…

https://kymkemp.com/2022/07/06/1-new-hospitalization-291-new-cases-during-past-seven-day-period/#comment-1537847

“he focuses on providing the abortion, but, not prosecution of the perpetrator.

“That proves a clear imbalance in Biden’s thought processing.”

“That he would “seriously” try to etch such an obscene image into the minds of America, or that he would be “imagining” it, to further an abortion agenda, or for any other reason, is deeply, deeply, disturbing.”

“He is not fit for the Presidency.”

This was a reply to hot coffee, and very much a part of the initial conversation, and even before you suggested the facts were still unclear.

And then, after my comment calling for prosecution of the perpetrator, an arrest was made

You have been corrected, yet again. Don’t thank me.

Thank you.

Now, put your money where your mouth is and show me where you placed outrage where it belonged, with the rape, not the travel, ever.

And where you called for justice for the rape, and not for the inconvenient abortion.

I called for justice before the arrest.

You still haven’t.

You only posted the arrest to prove the abortion happened, to confirm Biden’s out of state abortion story, not to indicate that justice was finally being served for the rape.

Where is your outrage that Biden, the fool, wasn’t calling for justice for the rape?

I called for that already, too.

Where is it?

How righteous is that?

It’s non-existent, isn’t it?

That doesn’t trouble you at all, does it???

She may not have actually needed to travel outside of Ohio for the abortion.
I saw an interview with an Ohio doctor who stated that she could have received an abortion in state as the law allows abortions for medical safety and it is unsafe for a 9 year old to have a full term pregnancy. The doctor said that if the story were true (which it now appears to be), than going out of state was either a political stunt or the action of someone uninformed on the law.

You call the truth “weak”?

And speaking of truth, when was the first time you called for and demanded justice for the little girl???

Or have you neglected to do that to this moment, same as Biden???

Care to explain that?

Is this only about abortion rights to you as well?

Aren’t you overlooking the important part, the crime?

You act like the crime is the difficulty the child and her family are having getting the the child an abortion.

You, and Biden, made no mention of the injustice concerning the crime, at the time this story broke. Why?

Why were you still referring to her as a 10 year old rape victim?

When she is 18, would she then become an “18 year old rape victim”?

No, she wouldn’t.

You didn’t mention 9.

And you didn’t call for justice, ever, for the rape, and still haven’t, but still just focus on the inconvenience of the abortion.

The 10-year-old also told police Fuentes was the father of the pregnancy, Huhn testified. Meyer said the girl had just turned 10 recently, meaning she was likely impregnated at 9 years old.

And yes even at 18 she is still a rape victim. Word games..

The 10-year-old Ohio girl who crossed state lines to receive an abortion in Indiana should have carried her pregnancy to term and would be required to do so under a model law written for state legislatures considering more restrictive abortion measures, according to the general counsel for the National Right to Life.

You seem to have an opinion on everything else. What is your opinion on this? Should the 10 year old rape victim have carried to term or should she have had the abortion?

I take it you, like Biden, are perfectly fine with the fact that a 9 year old was raped, and you are incensed, only because her subsequent abortion, wasn’t convenient enough?

Perfectly normal?

Sounds like someone needs to get their priorities straight.

You do realize that if she hadn’t been raped, the abortion would not have been necessary, don’t you?

Is your theory to ignore the rape and insist on the simplicity of an abortion?

It seems to be your practice.

Would Biden have to condemn this rapist, before anyone else among his fans would? Or would you just switch heros if he did?

Or is Biden simply displaying inappropriate priorities, “acting out’, just reading from a script, in order to appeal to his obviously immoral fan-base?

I’m sure he would say anything to get what he wants.

Because it’s a stupid question.

It’s what’s called a “Logical Fallacy”.

It’s what’s called a “Loaded Question”

It’s akin to this kind of question:

“Do you still beat your wife?

I would file it under “bullshit”.

Answer that question.

Your the one that refuses to answer questions.

You haven’t earned any answers.

You obviously prefer to steer the narrative, rather than participate in a reasonable one that is not of your own design…

Why haven’t you condemned the perp, regardless of who it was, or the mother for inadequate supervision?

What’s so great about being Pro-Jabortion?

You answer.

I am confident in my beliefs.

I also believe that your dialogue is a complete waste of time.

It’s childish nonsense.

It’s not reasonable.

Enough of your logical fallacies.

She shouldn’t have been impregnated in the first place.

She shouldn’t have been “made” to “carry”, at all.

Now answer, why you didn’t object to that in any way?

And why didn’t Biden?

I know in my heart what I felt when I heard the news about that poor child. I have no need to explain anything to you. I can think of scores of things you haven’t spoke out about. Doesn’t mean you don’t care about them. So that’s a another weak argument.

I at least have the confidence in my views on the subject to answer my own question. You on the other hand just keep avoiding it.

It’s not a reasonable question.

A false dichotomy.

You don’t seem to understand that.

It’s not worthy of a response in any way.

And it is asked from a position that ignores and possibly then condones the much more serious violation, in the name of an agenda, and /or in defense of one.

Both are completely unacceptable.

You’re simply deflecting.

Your main concern was only trying to establish that what Biden spoke of had actually transpired.

You only desired to prove Biden’s story wasn’t a hoax.

And you felt nothing but vindication when you posted the report of the arrest. You actually gloated…

You made no mention of outrage or disgust in regards to the heinous crime,
only insinuating that whoever called it a hoax had jumped to the wrong conclusion.

The famous charlie chan had uncovered the truth…

Congratulations.

Yeah, I saw that. That’s so weak.

You call that empathy for a ten year old?

“Many reasons a rape victim doesn’t report it”???

Nope. That’s not empathy. Not One Bit.

That’s just an excuse.

You were only defending Biden, and his story. That’s it.

While trying to refute Yost’s claim.

Any expression of outrage?

Nope.

A tiny call for justice?

Nope.

An iota of disgust?

Again, nope.

Don’t kid yourself.
That’s cold.

You’re not fooling anyone else.

And I’m talking about immediately after you posted the report and link to the arrest.

That’s when you posted your charlie chan quote

Before that, the alleged rape hadn’t even been corroborated.

Don’t get ahead of yourself.

Take a break, your spinning out of control.

Fuentes hadn’t even been identified, yet, when you made your Yost rebuttal.

You should know that, you reported it.

It shouldn’t really surprise you that you will always believe you, no matter what, regardless of whether you are wrong or you are right.

Some of Fox’s most high-profile hosts — Tucker Carlson, Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham — suggested this week that the account of the 10-year-old rape victim was a “hoax” and “politically timed disinformation,” and claimed that the Biden administration was “lying” about the case after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

It’s not hard to see why, look at how many times they’ve lied.
Meanwhile……
Special Counsel John Durham has asked a federal court to issue more than two dozen subpoenas associated with the trial of Igor Danchenko, the Russian national accused of lying about his connection to the now-infamous anti-Trump dossier.
Durham this week requested that 30 subpoenas be issued to individuals to testify on behalf of the government during Danchenko’s trial, which is set to begin Oct. 11.

Is this getting anyone’s attention?

July 15, 2022:

Former congresswoman and 2020 presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, has issued a warning, that President Joe Biden’s administration is driving the world toward a devastating nuclear conflict by using the Ukraine crisis to fight a “proxy war” with Russia, on Wednesday night in a Fox News interview. And said that “The American people need to understand the seriousness of the situation that the Biden administration and leaders in Washington [DC] have put us in.”
The Hawaii Democrat was among the candidates that Biden defeated to win his party’s 2020 presidential nomination, is calling for stepping back, to focus on “the big picture and the great threat that we face, which is the reality that this war is continuing to escalate.”
“President Biden himself says he has no idea when or how it’s going to end, but we know where this escalation leads,” …
In the train wreck foreign policy joy ride of the neocons being implemented by Biden, has led the charge for international sanctions to punish Moscow over its military offensive in Ukraine. Where the US has approved $70 billion in aid, to include advanced weaponry, to help Ukraine fight Russian forces. And the funding and weapons support from the West just keeps on expanding. …

And speaking of empathy you haven’t really shown any for the 10 year old rape victim. Where as I mentioned that I could understand why a rape victim might not report it.
All you have been doing is rating about Biden and justice. And not being able to comment about if she should or shouldn’t have had her abortion.
Hardly empathy for the 10 year old rape victim.

I’m wondering if they deliberately hid the fact that it was an illegal that raped her, and that Ohio would have allowed an abortion in that circumstance, because it didn’t play into the narrative that they wanted to project regarding their cause.

Was the family used to promote the abortion cause, with or without the mother and daughters knowledge?

Hmm, something doesn’t add up.

Here are more facts…

Ohio is probably not too proud of these…

“In 2020, the most recent year for which statistics are available, 52 girls aged 14 and younger had abortions in Ohio, according to the state department of health. Thankfully, that number is down from an apparent high of 334 in 1998.

The health department was asked last week to provide a breakdown by age of 14-and-younger abortions performed in Ohio, but so far it hasn’t responded.

There’s even some evidence that in a single city — Columbus — it’s plausible that a 10-year-old has recently become pregnant. A review of the city’s police log since March 15 uncovered 59 reports of sexual assaults of girls 15 and younger that, based on the information available, could have resulted in pregnancy.”

Could they be trying to conceal that?

59 reports of sexual assaults of girls 15 and younger, since March 15th, just in Columbus, and Biden doesn’t say shit about that, and neither does Yost?

And Yost tried to say it didn’t happen?

And Biden shits his pants because the 10 year old had to travel out of State?

Sounds like Biden and Yost need to pull their heads out of their asses and get their priorities straight.

The calls and text messages are relentless. On the other end are doctors and scientists at the top levels of the NIH, FDA and CDC. They are variously frustrated, exasperated and alarmed about the direction of the agencies to which they have devoted their careers.
“It’s like a horror movie I’m being forced to watch and I can’t close my eyes,” one senior FDA official lamented. “People are getting bad advice and we can’t say anything.”
That particular FDA doctor was referring to two recent developments inside the agency. First, how, with no solid clinical data, the agency authorized Covid vaccines for infants and toddlers, including those who already had Covid. And second, the fact that just months before, the FDA bypassed their external experts to authorize booster shots for young children.
That doctor is hardly alone.

Considering, also, the existence of immunological imprinting, and it’s potential to alter the functionality of vaccines currently in development, for the people recently authorized to receive their first shot, and for those that have not received a vaccine yet, like the toddlers and young children, who are actually at least risk, and it’s easy to see that there is something very wrong within these regulatory agencies.

Adults that have not been vaccinated yet, this not immunologically imprinted by the old vaccines, should not be given the old vaccines any longer…

The American people, and everyone else, need to be informed of this situation.

You don’t seem to take the mess the world is in very seriously either, but many are being harmed.
107k deaths from fentanyl so far this year. Biggest fentanyl bust ever in So. Ca. this month. Just a tiny fraction of the harm being done.

On Thursday, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announced that it had seized approximately 1 million fake pills containing fentanyl in Inglewood, California, nine days earlier.
According to a statement from the DEA, the pills were seized on July 5 during a raid of a southern California home. The home is tied to a Los Angeles-area drug trafficking organization with links to Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel.

World starvation predicted.
The list is endless.

Well, I’m waiting for Biden to start chanting, Death to America…..

………………………………………………………………………….
Biden yesterday reaffirmed his commitment to returning to the 2015 JCPOA nuclear deal with Iran– a deal which saw the Obama government send $100 billion to Iran, including a C-130 Hercules carrying $400 million in cash on January 16, 2016, as CNN reported. The Islamist regime then used that money to wage war in Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, Gaza and around the world, massively destablizing the world.
Now, Biden’s offer to the Ayatollahs threatens to dwarf even that gargantuan act of treason.
“Under the deal, Iran gets a financial package worth up to $275 billion in the first year and as much as $800 billion over the next five”, writes Richard Goldberg, Senior Advisor at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. “With a trillion dollars available by 2030 for Iran’s missile program, sponsorship of terrorism and Revolutionary Guard, the agreement enables Tehran to set a dozen more fires around the Middle East that force a US response to defend American citizens, embassies and allies. And in the end, without demanding a full accounting of Iran’s nuclear activities or destroying a single centrifuge, the deal’s expiration dates all but guarantee Iran will still cross the nuclear threshold at a future time of its choosing.”

Indiana doctor who provided abortion services to 10-year-old rape victim reported procedure to health department, documents show…By Dakin Andone, Chuck Johnston and Claudia Dominguez, CNN
In a statement, Bernard’s attorney said her client “took every appropriate and proper action in accordance with the law and both her medical and ethical training as a physician.

Republican Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita announced he would investigate Bernard for failing to report the abortion, saying “failure to do so constitutes a crime in Indiana.” But the documents obtained Thursday by Fox News Digital show Bernard successfully filed the proper report with the state on July 2…

Left-handed people are more likely to be geniuses. It’s no wonder that Albert Einstein was a lefty. While lefties make up just 10% of the entire population, 20% of all members of MENSA, the world’s largest and oldest society of people with high IQs, were found to be left-handed.
In left-handed people, both sides of the brain tend to communicate more effectively. This means that left-handed people may have superior language and verbal ability.
Left-handed people more likely to be atheists
Researchers identified people who were left handed, examining whether they were more or less likely to be religious, It found that there was a “weak but significant” association between left-handedness and being non-religious.

Of Mensa members…

“While 11 percent claimed agnosticism or atheism, only,[?], 65 percent made a positive claim of believing in God”

Out of Mensa members, 65% Christians, 20% Jews, and 1% Muslims….

(Bracketed question mark mine)…

So nearly 6 time as many believers in God, as atheists, are Mensa members?

But atheists and left handers are supposed to be smarter???…

🤔🧐Something isn’t it adding up…🤷‍♂️

(And I’m not even a Mensa member)…

Grey fox,

So, your assertion seems to be that left hand atheists are the “smartest of them all”…

So I googled…

“Are left- handed atheists the smartest?”

Aand…

“Left handed people are more likely to be atheists”

Hmmm…

https://indianexpress.com/article/lifestyle/health/left-handed-people-more-likely-to-be-atheists-4999312/

“Researchers identified people who were either left handed or had autism or schizophrenia and examining whether they were more or less likely to be religious, It found that there was a “weak but significant” association between left-handedness and being non-religious.”

“People who are left-handed are more likely to be atheists, according to a study which suggests that religious people have fewer genetic mutations. Researchers at Oulu University in Finland, said that in pre-industrial times religiosity was passed on like other genetic attributes because it was associated with greater stability, mental health and better social behaviour.”

Continued…

“Lack of belief in God is connected to genetic mutations which cause attributes such as left-handedness or autism, according to the study published in the journal Evolutionary Psychological Science. Modern religious people were likely to be descended from those who were highly religious in pre-industrial times, researchers said. “By contrast, atheists and believers in the paranormal would, disproportionately, never have reached adulthood or never have been born, because these beliefs, though very different, are partly an expression of the breakdown of selection and thus of rising mutational load,” they said.”

“Researchers identified people who were either left handed or had autism or schizophrenia and examining whether they were more or less likely to be religious, ‘The Telegraph’ reported. It found that there was a “weak but significant” association between left-handedness and being non-religious, and a stronger one between autism and being non-religious. Studies have previously established that around 40 per cent of someone’s religiousness is determined genetically.”

You posted the first paragraph, but not the second, third, and fourth paragraph?

🤔🧐Hmmm…🤷‍♂️

‘Left-handed people more likely to have mental disorders like schizophrenia’

https://news.yale.edu/2013/10/31/left-handed-people-more-likely-have-mental-disorders-schizophrenia

You’re not cherry picking, are you?

“Being left-handed has been linked to many mental disorders, but Yale researcher Jadon Webb and his colleagues have found that among those with mental illnesses, people with psychotic disorders like schizophrenia are much more likely to be left-handed than those with mood disorders like depression or bipolar syndrome.”

Continued…

“About 10% of the U.S. population is left-handed. When comparing all patients with mental disorders, the research team found that 11% of those diagnosed with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder are left-handed, which is similar to the rate in the general population. But according to Webb, a child and adolescent psychiatry fellow at the Yale Child Study Center with a particular interest in biomarkers of psychosis, “a striking of 40% of those with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder are left-handed.”

“In general, people with psychosis are those who have lost touch with reality in some way, through hallucinations, delusions, or false beliefs, and it is notable that this symptom constellation seems to correlate with being left-handed,” said Webb.”

So right-handers are more likely to suffer from mood disorders like depression or bipolar syndrome.

No, those would just be a little more equally distributed…

But still leaning a little lefty, it looks like…

“About 10% of the U.S. population is left-handed. When comparing all patients with mental disorders, the research team found that 11% of those diagnosed with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder are left-handed”

Lefties would have about 10% more than their share of those issues, while righties would have about 1% less than their share of those issues, (depression and bipolar disorders).

Lefties have 4 times their share of those with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder…

My brother is a lefty…

He does have an amazing memory, though…

New study suggests lefties are rare because of the balance between cooperation and competition in human evolution. The findings come thanks to some data from the sports world. Representing only 10 percent of the general human population, left-handers have been viewed with suspicion and persecuted across history.
We are a persecuted minority..So certain things said to me could be considered hate speech..

Why are left-handed people so artistic?
Lefties are more creative

This probably happened as lefties have a dominant right brain, the side of the brain that is associated with creativity and imagination. Right brainers see the world in a different way.

Of the 100 patients of schizophrenia, 99% reported that they believed in God. About 60% of patients attended religious places either once a week or more and 56% of patients indulged in private religious activity at least once a day. Seems we have a contradiction going.

Are all people with religious belief, a priori, (bet you have to look that word up) suffering from mental illness?
Sigmund Freud in ‘Moses and Monotheism’ stated that belief in a single God is delusional . His contemporary, William James, was somewhat more circumspect and considered that spiritual and psychotic experiences were broadly distinguishable

No, I don’t need to look up “a priori”.

I define it maybe a little differently..

“A priori proof” would be “the stuff of legends”…

Legendary proof, let’s say.

Not something you can put your finger on.

It’s something that everything points towards.

To me it was just a debate. I don’t think I am superior to anybody and have stated so previously. I have made several self-depreciation posts. Posted a book called “Atheists are Stupid. I just posted an article on why lefties are hated. It was more teasing than anything. I didn’t take it that seriously.. Didn’t get angry or start name calling. I wasn’t offended by anything Guest said.
But will take a break as requested.

OK. Just saw this, thanks to ☕. But to be clear, I am not trying to prove myself superior over stupid things like right or left handedness, or because I am a believer…

To me, it’s about the debate…

In all seriousness, I must have sounded more serious than I was.

I don’t remember claiming that I was superior over right handedness or religiousness, or anything else.

I am easily drawn into a debate, and I try to be as proficient at it, as I possibly can…

Proving or disproving assertions, with research and documentation, and examination, to reveal the truth…

It’s a mental exercise.

It’s not so much the subject matter.

I could see how it might appear that way.

Sorry if I am overdoing it.

Many people get an oxytocin response when getting “upvotes” on social media. I think this was a mistake to include the up/down voting schema within your updated comment section. It definitely encourages self-aggrandizing behavior from many types of people; both left and right handed.😉

“In “The wages of sinistrality: handedness, brain structure, and human capital accumulation” (Journal of Economic Perspectives, Fall 2014), Harvard economist Joshua Goodman found that lefties earn 10 to 12 percent less each year than righties. The reason he offered is that lefties are generally born with a different brain structure that negatively affects their social and cognitive abilities. According to Goodman, this genetic difference inhibits social development, thus causing human capital deficits. As he indicates early in the paper, “Lefties have more emotional and behavioral problems, have more learning disabilities such as dyslexia, complete less schooling, and work in occupations requiring less cognitive skill.”

Goodman’s findings are based on his assessment of various studies from the United States and the United Kingdom. Using these data, he compares righties and lefties across a range of categories including cognitive skills; disabilities; and education, occupation, and earnings. With respect to earnings, he found that median income for lefties in the United States was $1,300 a year less than for righties.”

Rabbis: Abortion ‘not only allowed but necessary’ under our religious law.

With the First Amendment guaranteeing that “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free expression thereof,” we as American rabbis expect that our rights will be guaranteed not only in our prayer spaces, but also how we apply our Jewish values to life’s critical decisions.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5806320/

…🤔🧐Wow actually an NIH link…

Impressive!!!

But why didn’t you provide a link?

🤔Have you been cherry picking again?

🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒

🤔”56% of patients indulged in private religious activity at least once a day”

Wow, that’s a lot.

(That doesn’t sound like America)

Where could it be???

What you’re conveniently not telling us is that this “study” (if that’s what you want to call it), is that it was conducted entirely within INDIA, where the incidence of atheism is .0027%

That’s right 0.0027% of the people of India are atheists.

33,000 out of, 1,200,000,000

That means your study candidates were from a pool that consisted of 99.9973% believers!

If, as it shows in your “study”, that 1% of the patients of schizophrenia reported not believing in God, that would actually be over 370 times what would be proportional!!!

You do realize that don’t you?

So you defend non-believers, with a study that shows that they have schizophrenia 370 times as much as believers?

SMH🤦‍♂️

That’s the contradiction, grey fox.

And, it’s pretty stark.

New Records Reveal FBI Inquiry of Wuhan GrantWhat did Anthony Fauci know, and when did he know it? That perennial question in Washington easily applies to federal health bureaucrats, who have tried to keep us from learning about their dealings with China and coronavirus research.
But we persist. We received 1651 pages of records from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) revealing an FBI “inquiry” into the NIH’s controversial bat coronavirus grant tied to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The records show National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) officials were concerned about “gain-of-function” research in China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2016. The Fauci agency was also concerned about EcoHealth Alliance’s lack of compliance with reporting rules and use of gain-of-function research in the NIH-funded research involving bat coronaviruses in Wuhan, China.
The records also show EcoHealth Alliance’s legal team suggesting that a records request for data on their bat coronavirus research in Wuhan be denied because of the January 6 disturbance.

Study: Natural Immunity Is 97 Percent Effective Against Severe COVID After 14 MonthsA study has found that natural immunity following COVID infection provides protection against severe illness that is superior to that imparted by the COVID vaccines.
In a preprint article published at MedRxiv, Qatar researchers revealed they found people who survived COVID-19 infection, and were not vaccinated, had outstanding protection against severe COVID disease or death from COVID.
“Effectiveness of primary infection against severe, critical, or fatal COVID-19 reinfection was 97.3% … irrespective of the variant of primary infection or reinfection, and with no evidence for waning,” the researchers noted. “Similar results were found in sub-group analyses for those ≥50 years of age.”
The study, which was conducted on the total population of Qatar, set out to answer three questions:

  • 1) When infected with a pre-Omicron variant, how long does protection persist against reinfection with pre-Omicron variants?
  • 2) When infected with a pre-Omicron variant, how long does protection persist against reinfection with an Omicron subvariant?
  • 3) When infected with any variant, how long does protection persist against severe, critical, or fatal COVID-19?

Are schizophrenics more religious?
Trans-cultural studies have found that such religious beliefs, which often may not be associated with reality, are much more common in patients with schizophrenia who identify as Christian and/or reside in predominately Christian areas such as Europe or North America.
And you missed the point..

Here are the conclusions of the last study that you referenced and then deleted…

I find this to be very contradictory of itself…

“Findings of this study suggest that high proportions of patients with schizophrenia are religious and this is similar to healthy controls in the community. Higher level of religiosity and more frequent use of religious coping are associated with lower level of psychopathology and better QOL.”

So, they “conclude”, “high proportions of schizophrenics are religious”, but somehow, at the same time, incredulously…”Higher level of religiosity and more frequent religious coping are associated with lower level of psychopathology, and better Quality of Life”?

That doesn’t add up.

And, that’s a contradiction, for sure.

Cherry picking?

Where did your last “Gem” go?

It clearly showed an over 370 fold increased incidence of schizophrenia among non-believers in India.

Then you deleted it, because it didn’t fit your narrative.

Your not trying to conceal the inconvenient truth are you?

Why would you delete one of your posts that clearly proved that your premise was badly flawed?

Was it because it exposed the truth?

You should do a meta- analysis.

The National Right to Life Committee is lobbying states to enact legislation it’s drafted that would make it a crime to advertise information about abortion pills or other methods of ending a pregnancy. The model bill treats abortion like organized crime, by using a combination of civil and criminal penalties in the same way that the 1970 Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act does. The scope is broad and suggests penalizing anyone who even conveys information about the procedure. State lawmakers in Indiana and South Carolina have already shown interest.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) called on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley to honor his word and stop dodging questions about allegations in Bob Woodward and Robert Costa’s book Peril that he usurped President Donald Trump’s power as commander in chief after the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, in violation of the law.

Grassley and Banks both spoke Thursday on the floors of the Senate and House respectively to remind Milley he told members of Congress he would review the allegations in the book and get back to them to say if they are true. Despite repeated requests, he has still not said if they are true.

“Milley allegedly placed military hands — his hands — on controls that belonged exclusively to the president. According to Peril, [he] summoned senior operation officers in the military command center to his office,” Grassley said, adding, “He had them take ‘an oath’ not to ‘act’ on the president’s orders without checking with him first,” Grassley said.

He continued:

These brazen words and actions, if accurate, strike at the heart of our democracy — civilian control of the military. They turn this guiding rule upside down and show utter contempt for the commander-in-chief coming from the nation’s top general. They are dangerous and contrary to military code 10 US Code 888.

Grassley went on to respond to Milley in one of many follow-ups:

“After my third note, Gen. Milley responded with the same old smoke and mirrors routine: ‘I have never read the books.’ Years of oversight have taught me this lesson. Evasive answers usually offer revealing clues about the truth,”

What the U.S. government doesn’t reveal is the Institute of Pathogen Biology’s deep connections with the People’s Liberation Army and who may be the link between NIH funding and China’s military research program.
Yuxian He from the Institute of Pathogen Biology is not only a long-time collaborator with the People’s Liberation Army, but he was trained in the United States, funded by Anthony Fauci’s NIAID, and he was a key member of a team of Chinese military scientists, who conducted experiments that eventually led to the creation of the COVID-19 virus.
In a single July 2020 scientific publication studying the effect of COVID-19 vaccines, Yuxian He is a co-author with 20 People’s Liberation Army scientists and 3 others, Shibo Jiang, Yusen Zhou and Cheng-Feng Qin, all believed to be high-ranking participants in China’s biowarfare program.
This is just one example of the billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars that continue to be “laundered” through U.S. research institutions, which are directly or indirectly supporting China’s fused military/civilian research and development program.

Many states have address confidentiality programs for victims of domestic and sexual violence and stalking so that survivors do not have to give out their home addresses. Survivor privacy is so critical to their safety, that several federal laws include privacy and confidentiality provisions and most states prohibit the disclosure of victim information.

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

“It’s generally called a “duty to disobey,” and is empowered by the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The UCMJ is more concerned about the need to obey orders, but specifies the conditions when military personnel may feel justified in not following them:”

If no order was given, then no order was disobeyed.

Try this one…

“In the “most unusual and extraordinary circumstances,” a commanding officer can be relieved only by the “next in succession to command.” The problem must be so “obvious and clear” that any “reasonable, prudent and experienced officer” could reach only a “single conclusion:” that leaving the officer in command would “seriously and irretrievably prejudice the public interests.”

That pretty much covers it.

Anything that Milley did, after relieving Trump of command, would be a moot point, because at that point, Milley would have been the Commander in Chief, and consequently, had the authority to do whatever he saw fit to do…

As soon as the electorial votes were confirmed, or ratified, or whatever you want to call it, it was all over but the crying for Trump.

I’m not sure of the exact chain of command below the President, but Pence was under siege, and in hiding, if he was second in command, and Pelosi, if third in command, well…

See above…

Yeah, I definitely thought about that, too!

It’s definitely possible…

I’m assuming you are talking about trump and biden???

(I’m pretty sure, I’m not totally clear on which “both” that you are talking about).

If the last president, and the current president are both traitors, and they run against each other again, we will be pretty screwed, as that means we will be looking forward to a traitor in chief for 3 presidential terms in a row…

And yeah, I’m tired of capitalizing their shit.

I’m over it.

It’s lower case all the way, from now on, for both of them, as far as I am concerned.

Was Nixon a traitor?

Was Trump?

Discussions in the heat of the moment are one thing, actions are another. With all the things the left put him though, he had reason to believe they would throw the election, it’s not like it hasn’t been done before.
And above all that is truth.
You don’t get to the truth when one side gets to be judge, jury and executioner.

Bidenflation has robbed American consumers of over $5 trillion a year, by far the largest tax increase EVER and Biden’s policies have further robbed our retirement/ inheritance accounts of $3 trillion just in 2022 – $8T of American wealth lost because of Joe Biden’s idiotic policies!!! Next up because of Biden’s policies, the Biden Recession costing millions of American jobs and causing plunging home values.
Joe Biden did that, he needs to resign before he bankrupts us all!

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene faced criticism on social media on Saturday for calling non-biological parents “fake mom and fake dad” as Republicans push adoption as an abortion alternative in the wake of the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade.

Famed sportscaster, Michael Buffer, tweeted

“So all those loving foster parents and parents who’ve adopted children are ‘fake’? This hate mongering buffoon and sad excuse of a human being (let alone a legislator) is a certified P.O.S.!

“I don’t tweet politics nor usually care about the rantings of a moron. But as part of a family where we are blessed to have adopted members, her referring to non-biological parents as “fake mom and fake dad” is too offensive to ignore,” tweeted Philadelphia radio host Glen Macnow.

The rightwing lawyer Jim Bopp, who has helped Republicans move quickly to ban abortion, argued that even child rape victims should be forced to give birth. The Ohio abortion ban, according to him, had worked as intended.
He is also the lawyer for GOP rep MTG. No surprise there..

Is the New York Times playing four-dimensional chess?Or is it only tic-tac-toe with a three-year-old?
I ask because I cannot quite fathom the Times’ latest intervention into the January 6 miniseries, its aromatic aria bewailing the fate of Ray Epps.
Who is Ray Epps?
We don’t really know—not yet.
In the immediate aftermath of the January 6 jamboree, he was on the Stasi’s—er, the FBI’s—list of most wanted “domestic extremists,” “insurrectionists,” etc.
He was also a star of several videos, a right-out-of-central-casting, MAGA-hat-wearing Trump nut telling anyone who would listen on the evening of January 5 that the next day they had to go “into the Capitol, into the Capitol.”
Into the Capitol, not “to” the Capitol. You see the difference.
Back in January 2021, the entire regime propaganda machine was indiscriminately fanning the line that “Trump sparked an insurrection, an attempted coup, an effort to overturn the 2020 election.” Glenn Greenwald, no friend of Trump’s, was an early skeptic about that overblown hysteria. “Condemning that riot,” Greenwald noted, “does not allow, let alone require, echoing false claims in order to render the event more menacing and serious than it actually was.”

But that is precisely what the regime media did: twist, exaggerate, lie, and manufacture out of whole cloth a narrative whose sole purpose was to destroy Donald Trump and the populist movement he gave voice to.
The New York Times, of course, was Johnny-on-the-spot. It was the Times that early on circulated the made-up story that Brian Sicknick, a Capitol Police officer, had been bludgeoned to death by a crazed Trump supporter wielding a fire extinguisher. That was shouted from the rooftops for a few days by the same sort of people who screamed that Nick Sandmann, the so-called “Covington kid,” was guilty of taunting a noble Native American when he was doing nothing of the kind.
Sicknick, as it happens, died of a stroke at home the day after January 6. The Times eventually admitted its error, sotto voce, but only after the damage had been done.

I don’t care if they are surveilling me through my smartphone, I have nothing to hide, he said.
What do I care if government can spy on me, I have nothing to hide, she said.
Why does it matter if Amazon can listen to me and see me coming and going from my house, I can see if there are intruders, and I have nothing to hide, he said.
What difference does it make if organizations, globalists, and law enforcement can track my whereabouts through my vehicle, I have nothing to hide, she said.
Who cares if big box stores aggregate data on everything I purchase and target me with ads on every device I own, I have nothing to hide, he said.
These cameras installed throughout my home are to spy on intruders so if it means I get spied on through them what do I care, I have nothing to hide, she said.
So what if they are collecting all of my health records and sharing them with government agencies, big pharma, and organizations across the globe, I have nothing to hide, he said.
If they want to install a kill switch on my vehicle to prevent me from driving and setup vehicle-to-everything surveillance, I have nothing to hide, she said.
I’m OK with banks categorizing all of my spending habits, I have nothing to hide, he said.
What does it matter if they are installing facial recognition and biometrics in street lights, at entrances, and in airports, when I have nothing to hide, she said.
What’s the big deal if they want digital IDs with everyone’s background report, drivers license, health records, education, vaccine status, bank info, contact info, family network and friends, and any other info they want, when I have nothing to hide, he said.
Who cares about the thousands of satellites launched to surveil, I have nothing to hide, she said.
Why would I care if they can spy on me through my phone, computer, television, and in-home smart devices, when I have nothing to hide, he said.
What’s the big deal if they put all of my information on the blockchain and can monitor my entire life, habits, spending, or locations, and have the ability to alter the data, it’s not like I have anything to hide, she said.
Why should I be concerned about my child’s knowledge, behavior, and whereabouts being tracked through the education system and smartphones – I have nothing to hide, he said.
So what if they want to build a social credit score on all of us as some new credit system for getting access to establishments, jobs, or our financials, if I have nothing to hide, she said.
What’s the big deal if they pass some mandatory law requiring every citizen to move from a digital ID to a chip for ease, since I have nothing to hide, he said.
What’s wrong with having all of these apps, cool wireless tech devices, and virtual reality worlds where they can study our behaviors, when I have nothing to hide, she said.
Who cares if they ditch cash and we have to use digital wallets that are monitored and tracked, it’s not like I have anything to hide, he said.
Why does it matter if I can’t get into an establishment any longer, or make purchases I wish to make, or travel anywhere because of my social credit score being lowered due to buying meat or exceeding my monthly water and thermostat ration – I don’t have anything to hide, she said.
Just because I couldn’t buy any food today doesn’t mean I won’t be given access to it tomorrow, after all, I have nothing to hide, he said.
It’s ok that I can’t grow food anymore because they have these new indoor vertical farms that replaced traditional farming, and one day when I’m allowed access to the grocery store again, I get to nourish myself with this gene-edited food, and surely they’ll let me in because I have nothing to hide, she said.
I may not be able to drive any longer because I’ve run out of time to buy my mandatory electric vehicle, but I can just walk to where I need to go, and the street cameras can monitor me all they want because I have nothing to hide, he said.
The bench in the park is just fine for me to sleep on since they bought up all of our homes when we could no longer afford them. I will be OK on this bench because I have nothing to hide, she said.
I may have been cut off from my digital wallet, and cash no longer exists, but hopefully I will get my social credit score back up soon, because I have nothing to hide, he said.
I once dreamt of having a beautiful home in the country, raising a few children, and living life to the fullest, but now I own nothing, and I’m happy.
I have nothing left to hide.

From a Dr Fauci interview…
Should people get a booster shot now or wait until there’s an Omicron-specific booster available?

“If you are talking about your first boost, you don’t wanna wait for anything. You need that boost right now. [When it comes to the second booster,] if you are a person who is younger than 50 years old and is in a higher risk category — you have an underlying condition or you’re living at home with someone who is compromised in their immune response and you want to doubly protect yourself — you should not wait. You should get that boost now.

Back in April, you said that the US was “out of the pandemic phase.” With the spread of BA.5, do you believe that’s still the case?

“I said it’s out of the fulminant stage of the pandemic. Don’t interpret that [as] we’re out of the pandemic. We still have a pandemic that, unfortunately, is alive and well. What I said was the fulminant stage where you had 800,000 cases a day and 3,000 deaths. Even though we’re dealing with BA.5, we’re down to 300 deaths per day. That’s not acceptable. I’m not saying that’s good. We should get much, much lower than that. But we’re not at 3,000 deaths per day.

“The one thing we have to be careful of is that BA.5 is more transmissible than prior variants and it has a transmission advantage. If you look at the latest statistics, cases and hospitalizations are going up. It’s still something we need to be careful and pay attention to.

How come he is not making a recommendation of whether or not people should wait for their FIRST course of vaccinations…

And what her or not those people should wait based on their risk factors, and their ages.

Because the only reasonable recommendation, for those at minimal risk, would absolutely be to wait…

Both Fauci, and Walensky, are carefully structuring their wording, so what they are recommending can be no way be construed as recommending originally formulated boosters, or even initial vaccinations, for that matter, for the least at risk.

It’s what they are not saying that is unacceptable.

At minimum, they should both be saying that those at minimal risk, should wait for the newly formulated vaccines, for their initial, first course of vaccine doses.

Someone needs to specifically ask them that question, and quickly.

And don’t let either of them dodge the question.

Sounds like inappropriate messaging from the CDC is fueling the latest COVID-19 surge…

Imagine that!

That’s what I have been talking about!

It must not just be my imagination!

https://thehill.com/opinion/healthcare/3563915-lack-of-trust-is-fueling-the-current-covid-19-surge/

“The CDC has done a great disservice to the nation. It has placed a tremendous burden on every person to assess what they should do to protect themselves, and most importantly, protect our society’s well-being. Opaque guidance on social distancing, masking and ventilation has been lost in the cacophony of “freedom to choose” jubilation and an insensitivity spawned from a stream of worst-case warnings that have been communicated in the past.”

“This lack of trust in the CDC means that the public is no longer listening. The recent White House briefing, which contained useful information and advice, fell on deaf ears.”

It also mentioned nothing, for those considering their very first vaccine, as far as a recommendation to wait for a new vaccine, or not, for the least at risk…

The only recommendations, were for only the ones at greatest risk, and only for boosters, meaning that the only recommdations, were for only the previously vaccinated.

It’s insufficient information.

Considering “immunological imprinting”…

There is no official recommendation, whether to wait for a new vaccine in the fall, or not, for those that have not been previously vaccinated, who are at low risk, or greater risk for that matter…

That needs to be immediately addressed, IMNSHO.

The CDPH refuses to commit on any kind of answer to that question.

They imply that the official government recommendation is…

“It’s up to you to decide.”

And that’s totally unacceptable, considering they have also not made any official statement on “immunological imprinting”.

We cannot give “informed consent”, if we are not fully informed!

Fauci to retire before the end of Biden’s termAnthony Fauci, President Biden’s chief medical adviser, said on Monday that he plans to retire by the end of Biden’s term in office.
“By the time we get to the end of the Biden administration term, I feel it would be time for me to step down from this position,” Fauci told the Washington Post Monday.
Politico was first to report on Fauci’s plans.
“We’re in a pattern now. If somebody says, ‘You’ll leave when we don’t have COVID anymore,’ then I will be 105,” Fauci told Politico. “I think we’re going to be living with this.”
Fauci said the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), where he is the director, had “the best people in the country” to carry out his vision.
And he said the possibility of more attacks coming his way if Republicans take control of Congress was not a factor in his decision.

A majority of every single demographic and more than 90% of young voters say Biden isn’t competent to run for reelection in 2024. One could assume they similarly believe Biden is not competent for the presidential job in 2022, just look at his train wreck.

One of those younger rising stars is California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who made the rounds with Democratic senators on Capitol Hill Thursday, further fueling speculation about his presidential ambitions.
Newsom, 54, was careful not to criticize Biden’s age or his inability to get things done in Washington, but he identified what he sees an inability of Democratic leaders in the White House and Congress to get their message out effectively.
He said political leadership is shifting to states such as California that aren’t hampered by the Senate’s filibuster rule, which requires 60 votes to pass major legislation.
Newsom said he’s proud of the work Biden has done but added “that one of our challenges” is communicating effectively with younger voters.
“We are unable to even communicate the basics in an effective way,” he said. “There are so many things that are being done, have been done. No one believes it, no one knows it, and that’s a frustration I have fundamentally.”
“That’s one of my critiques of the Democratic Party, broadly, is our incapacity to communicate a positive alternative agenda, to set the tone and tenor of the agenda [instead] of being constantly on the defensive,” he said.
Newsom said he doesn’t think Biden’s age is the problem, despite polling data showing that 33 percent of Democratic primary voters who want a new nominee in 2024 think that Biden is too old to run for a second term.
“I’m with Bobby Kennedy. What the world needs is the qualities of youth, not a time of life,” he said. “I think we get so fixated on your date of manufacture as opposed to your quality of imagination.”
Senate Democrats have complained for months about their ineffectiveness in letting voters know about their accomplishments in the 117th Congress.
Of course, it’s not lost on them that Biden has the bully pulpit and as president is his party’s communicator in chief.

Overreach is everywhere. Progressive climate policy may be the most egregious. Even without knowing the extent of climate change or humans’ impact, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) has become a widely accepted goal. But progressives are like children who want what they want now. They demand immediate, indiscriminate controls on fossil fuels, or even their abolition. They oversell renewables and conceal their true costs and environmental impact. Promoting electric vehicles, they harbor delusions of unlimited natural resources and magically appearing infrastructure. They pay no heed to the limitations of the power grid. They ignore other countries’ non-cooperation, and on and on. The American public pays a steep price for all this, now and for the foreseeable future.
Congress provides munitions in the form of trillion-dollar programs too large to allow for proper monitoring. Pet causes are slipped in – as if a small percentage of trillions of dollars is inconsequential – by hiding them in the fog of war. The resulting inflation lays waste to many businesses and lives.
A justifiable concern for indigent minor criminals incarcerated for lack of bail and the overrepresentation of minorities in the criminal justice system has become an excuse to release dangerous criminals who then reoffend. Many serious crimes are pled down to misdemeanors and escape recidivism statistics. Victims are paid little attention. Disincentives to crime are buried in the rubble.

‘Rape tree’: GOP senators decry human smuggling cartels’ shocking sexual abuse of migrant women
According to an Amnesty International report, about 60% of the women and girls who make the trek to the U.S.-Mexico border are raped.
“We heard multiple reports of something, I’ll be candid, I had never heard of before until today — something called a rape tree, which are trees where the traffickers would violently rape young women and then hang their undergarments in the tree as a trophy,” Cruz said on Friday.
According to Amnesty International, about 60% of the women and girls who make the trek to the U.S.-Mexico border are raped.
Cartels reportedly charge thousands of dollars to bring someone through Mexico to the U.S. illegally. Republican senators have noted that migrants who cannot afford to pay the fee end up working for the cartel to repay the debt once they enter the U.S.
“How do you think the young women pay off their 5, 6, 7, 8 thousand dollar human trafficking fee?” asked Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson. “I think we all know,” he said, referring to the “rape tree.”

At least Republicans are now admitting rapes happen. They sure were’t when the story broke about the 10 year old rape victim who had to travel out of state for an abortion. Then Republicans were denying it happened.
And Mexican women and girls being raped on the trek
happened during Trumps one term. His “grab em by the pussy” remark sure didn’t help.

Other Republicans, however, appear to be less sure about how they feel or even surprised that a 10-year-old could, biologically, get pregnant. “I’m amazed a 10-year-old got pregnant. … You really wrestle with that,” said GOP Rep. Bob Gibbs of Ohio, according to NBC News.
“That’s a tough one.” Arizona’s GOP Rep. Debbie Lesko said, “I don’t think I was even able to have children when I was 10 years old” and acknowledged that she struggled with the “moral question” of the case

President Joe Biden‘s administration announced its 17th Operation Fly Formula mission on Monday as marketing data shows the baby formula shortage is getting worse.
The administration announced two flights to transport Nestlé Health Science amino acid-based formula from Switzerland to John F. Kennedy Airport in New York on July 21 and 22.
The delivery will include the equivalent of 802,446 8-ounce bottles of formula, which will be distributed primarily to hospitals and home health care providers.
But, despite the rash of flights the administration has announced, U.S. stores are still struggling to stock baby formula on their shelves.
Formula availability dropped to its lowest level so far this year, with about 30% of products out of stock for the week ended July 3, according to the market-research firm IRI.
