The Cubs responded from a tough loss at Hoopa Valley over the weekend with a 16-point win, their second over the Cats this season.Senior Cody Wyatt scored a team-high 24 points, while sophomore starter Riley Gallagher provided a big spark offensively and finished with 21 points.

Each of them finished with four 3-pointers, as the Cubs made good on 12 of their 30 attempts from downtown.

With the win, the Cubs improved to 2-1 in the Little 4 and 9-9 overall, while Ferndale dropped to 0-3 and 8-8.

The Cubs host Hoopa on Friday in a game that will likely decide the league championship.
