Some Schools Opting to Close or Go to Minimum Day Schedule for the 6th

School closedWith smoke from wildfires hanging heavy over northern California, some schools are opting to close. Others are opting to go to a minimum schedule. These are the affected campuses:

Trinity County:

Humboldt/ Trinity Schools: In addition, Klamath Trinity Joint Unified School District will resume school tomorrow, September 6th. “However, because of the deteriorating conditions due to settling smoke in the afternoon, we will be running on our minimum day schedule.”

Schools in Southern Humboldt Unified School District will all be in session on Wednesday.



  • It might be nice if they stated what time they got out just to be clear. Sometimes they say minimum day and time out is different times.

    Read the Constitution. Is the article correct in saying how much land the govt can own?
    Is the Constitution a guideline that can be changed willy nilly or is it a contract , aka compact , that seals the governments duties in cement?

    Which laws are repugnant to the constitution and are to be considered null and void?
    Who is responsible for nullifying unconstitutional laws?
    What is an unconstitutional law, agency, act or treaty?
    Does the Constitution “give or deny” rights?
    What is the difference between SECURING rights and Giving or Denying rights?
    Is the Bill of Rights a list of given rights, or is it a list of examples of what consists of rights?
    Why was the Declaration of Independence made?
    What was the Magna Carta?
    Who was the first man to die in the Revolutionary War, fighting for liberty?

    Next, let’s dive into the Western lands that are on fire.

    Why can’t the firefighter planes, heavy machinery, and other fast and proven advancements in firefighting be used to fight fires in “national” parks and lands?

    What is TAR in a cigarette?

    If they are the same principle, why aren’t the schools and environmentalists concerned about cancers, smoke inhalation, destruction of wildlife?

    Over a half billion acres are on fire in the west. How long will it take for the tar to clear from the air? How many equivalent packs of cigarettes are animals and people forced to smoke 24/7? Why don’t schools question the groups who promote disaster?

    Do schools teach how to read science tests so people learn how to question conclusions or do they consider the conclusions as gospel?
    How many conclusions drastically differ from the data itself?
    How many tests leave out valid important data, such as the numbers that make up the percentage?
    What is a percentage? What are percentages taken from? Can we arrive at a percentage without an exact count of items accounted for?

    Who cares more for the well being of his family, wild life, home, friends, & neighbors, the Individual going through the walk of life, or the collectivists taking orders from some unknown dictator named Doyle who thinks he knows what is best for all?
