[UPDATE 8:02 p.m.] Vehicle Over the Embankment Near Myers Flat
A vehicle went over the embankment on southbound Hwy 101 near the Myers Flat offramp. The three male occupants appear to be okay, according to a CHP report.
“The best access is at the Myers Flat Laundromat,” relayed the dispatcher from the person reporting from the scene.

I hope they weren’t riding dirty or drinking suds! You sure it wasn’t a speed queen driving? I think they will be able to keep their truck on the road better when it gets dryer. Another shining example of a “Cracker Jack” Driver!!! As in they got their CDL, from a box/ bag/ WTH have you, of Cracker Jack snack mix!!! Judging by their driving skills at least!!!
It was wet and roads were slick, the kid lost control… horrible, it was just his Bday, he Just got that tundra, and his DL, they are all good kids, thank goodness they are ok
Glad that no one was hurt but if he just got his DL then he might have been breaking the law if he is under 18. Minors are given a provisional DL which among other things does not allow the driver to transport anyone under 25 unless there is a licensed driver over the age of 25 in the vehicle for one year.

No one over twenty-five was, either. This is a case of a smart-ass kid, buzzed on coke and weed, thinking he was above the law because he just inherited a bunch of money, driving illegally on a provisional license with absolutely no prior driving experience, putting his, his friend’s, and other drivers on the road’s lives in danger, and luckily for everyone, walking away from it.
Why the CHP did not issue any citations is beyond me.
Young inexperienced driver + wet slippery road conditions = hazardous driving conditions. So glad to hear it wasn’t another tragedy and heartache for friends & family. ?

Thank u to all the people that called for help when we flipped everyone came to help and I’m extremely grateful and for the ignorant people commenting u dont know how it happened or why it happened so I wouldn’t talk shit all that should matter is my Friends and me are fine and that’s it
