AG Bondi Appoints Interim U.S. Trustee for Northern and Eastern California, Nevada

Press release from the United States Department of Justice:

Department of Justice smallerPeter C. Anderson has been designated by Attorney General Pamela Bondi as the U.S. Trustee for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the District of Nevada (Region 17) on an interim basis effective July 11. Anderson replaces Tracy Hope Davis, who has retired after nearly 28 years of distinguished service to the U.S. Trustee Program (USTP).

Under 28 U.S.C. § 585, the Attorney General may fill U.S. Trustee vacancies by designating an incumbent U.S. Trustee to serve in a second region. Since 2006, Anderson has served as the U.S. Trustee for the Central District of California (Region 16), and he will continue in that role while also overseeing Region 17.

The Executive Office for U.S. Trustees made the announcement.

The USTP’s mission is to promote the integrity and efficiency of the bankruptcy system for the benefit of all stakeholders — debtors, creditors and the public. The USTP consists of 21 regions with 88 field offices nationwide and an Executive Office in Washington, D.C. Learn more about the USTP at www.justice.gov/ust.

The Justice Department announced that it had sent more than 20 subpoenas to doctors and clinics involved in “performing transgender medical procedures on children.”

Medical professionals and organizations that mutilated children in the service of a warped ideology will be held accountable by this Department of Justice,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement.

Medical and surgical treatment of gender dysphoria of minors is a form of child abuse. They need counseling, support and time. Almost all will turn out to be gay or tomboys.

The parents or guardians that would consent to surgical mutilation need to be evaluated for pathological, ill, or irrational intent…

Though maybe not always present, it’s my opinion that it must be properly determined, and properly ruled out…

It’s not a decision to be made lightly, or on a whim…

The decision, should be made ONLY by a rational recipient, and only after reaching the age of consent, IMO…

It’s not the kind of decision that someone should be making for someone else…

EVER…

The facts are easy to find and should be reassuring to those concerned about these issues. This article excerpt cites a study performed by the Journal of the American Medical Association.
“Gender-affirming surgeries for minors are exceptionally rare, and are almost always performed for cisgender — not transgender — youth, according to a new study of U.S. medical data.
Published Thursday in the online Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) network, the study took a cross-section of U.S. medical data from 2019 to examine the overall rates of gender-affirming surgeries, both with and without a gender dysphoria diagnosis, during that year. Researchers disqualified intersex individuals receiving surgery, as well as any person who received surgery for another reason, such as an injury or illness. The data, drawn from the research database Inovalon, only included patients who used insurance to pay for their procedures and did not represent those who paid out of pocket.

Researchers found roughly 150 cases in which a minor received gender-affirming surgery in 2019. But of those cases, 146 — about 97% — were chest reduction surgeries performed on cisgender male youth, constituting gender-affirming care for conditions like gynecomastia (which can develop nearly half the time among those undergoing testosterone-dominant puberty). No trans or gender-diverse (TGD) youth under 12 years old received any gender-affirming surgeries, researchers noted, and the rare few that were performed on 13-17-year-olds were almost exclusively chest-related procedures. The numbers demonstrate that “concerns around high rates of gender-affirming surgery use […] may be unwarranted,” researchers determined.”

How can people so spin issues they no longer know what theyvare saying? People who want what is basically cosmetic surgery to nip-tuck their body to match a social stereotype, not because there is something dangerous or damaging, have the right to their choices. But they do not have the right to use the government to demand the public pays for it or that people have to pretend to agree to their choice or to sell their ideas to children without the life experience to understand it.

Heck, they don’t even have the right to bully others into it without using the government. Even though there could be sympathy for having to deal with the nature of humans to pick on the non-conforming, simply being a woman or man is not even that. There is nothing non-comforming about a woman having odinary breasts or a man having an ordinary penis.

Are you even crystal clear on the ambiguous definition of “cisgender”…??

Their not man boobs, their woman boobs, if the doctor incorrectly “assigned” the sex/gender as male to an ambiguous or undifferentiated newborn that would eventually develop as being more truly female…

A doctor incorrectly assigning a sex/gender to an ambiguous or undifferentiated newborn as male, in error, would mean that so called cisgender male wasn’t really a male, and would possibly therefore eventually develop breasts…

Is the individual still considered a cisgender male, in your mind, or anyone else’s mind, if the doctor actually mis assigned the sex/gender in error to the newborn…???

I’M NO DOCTOR, but it’s pretty simple to calculate that there is a very real chance that the doctors don’t perfectly assign sex/gender to ambiguous undifferentiated newborns, as it truly reflects in their eventual development…

What makes you so sure that NONE of the individuals in question getting top surgery were mis assigned, in error, at birth…

Cis gender can also mean that an individual is CONFORMING willingly even if not enthusiastically, to the sex/gender “identity” that they were ASSIGNED, at birth, which was possibly assigned in ERROR by the doctor, due to ambiguity and uncertainty…

Such an individual wouldn’t necessarily have chosen to dispute the assigned sex gender identity, immediately, eventually, or even ever, regardless of if it was not true and/or was not truly how they have assessed themselves and/or they have self identified ..

What people don’t understand apparently is that a cisgender male isn’t necessarily a male, at all…

A cisgender male can just be a female, mis assigned at birth as being a male, that has never disputed the male assignment…

The fucked part is, is that if the female that was assigned maleness at birth in error, chooses to dispute the male assignment, “he” (truly a she) then becomes a “transgender female”…

Bummer…

Unfortunately, SHE does not become properly re identified as a cisgender female, even though she was truly a female all along, and was never truly a male…

This is just one of the many unworkable problems associated with the unintelligent and completely ridiculous and unworkable either/or use of “cisgender” and “transgender” along with their unworkable definitions in comparison to the reality that the definitions don’t reflect reality in any way…

It’s a logical fallacy..

It’s what’s called “A false dichotomy”…

AKA, “A false dilemma”…

“The either/or fallacy”…

“It incorrectly suggests that a complex issue with multiple potential manifestations can be reduced to a simple choice between two extremes.”

“Your either a cisgender or your a transgender”

THIS IS WHAT IS CALLED A “DISJUNCTION”…

11.2: The Either/Or Fallacy
human.libretexts.org

IT’S TOTAL BULLSHIT…!!!

“CHALLENGE THE ASSUMPTION THAT ONLY TWO OPTIONS EXIST”…!!!

They are NOT ACCURATELY DEFINABLE WORDS, AS USED…

SO REJECT THEM ENTIRELY WITHOUT DELAY……!!!

Their so called definitions are vague, ambiguous, arbitrary, overly broad interpretations of words that are based on vague, ambiguous, arbitrary, interpretations of the sex of potentially ambiguous, undifferentiated newborns…

Therefore, those catch all words, “cisgender” and “transgender”, need to be properly limited in scope, immediately,or must preferably be just discarded unceremoniously, directly in to the literary and linguistic waste bin, post haste, and we must restart properly, from scratch, with well defined, and accurate terminology entirely free of any associated, confusing, contradictory connotations, even if more much more numerous words must be developed, deployed, and/or employed, with crystal clear definitions to accurately reflect the many nuances of reality…

I love the English language, and I respect it and hold it dear to my heart…

I loathe to see it turned to trash and travesty by the previous beauty and meaning of it being so hastily, sloppily, and disrespectfully redefined into nothing more than pure gobbledegook…

Let’s maintain our dignity, and properly maintain the sanctity and eloquence of our very admirable language…

Someone pulling some term out of their ass and seeing if it will sick to the wall ain’t cutting it, even if it sticks…

Especially if it sticks…

These essentially meaningless words are being included in medical journals, public discourse and are even potentially actually being inexplicably written into binding law…

This is outrageous…!!!

Words written into medical journals and law MUST BE VERY ACCURATELY DEFINED, or NEITHER THE MEDICAL JOURNALS, NOR THE LAWS, WILL BE VERY ACCURATELY DEFINED…!!!

What a JOKE…!!!

I can’t believe this “either/or” crap has gone as far as it has…!!!

It’s a complex topic with many nuances that is well deserving of other, more fitting, properly word crafted, accurate, and truly meaningful terms that are unlikely to ever be misunderstood, miscommunicated, misinterpreted, OR misconstrued…

How’s that for English…??

I know, I know…

My structure sucks…

Rant over.

“It’s difficult to pinpoint the exact incidence of misgendering at birth for intersex individuals with ambiguous genitalia. While medical records track births with ambiguous genitalia (estimated at roughly 1 in 4,500 births), they don’t necessarily track how those individuals are assigned sex at birth, whether they later identify with that assigned sex, or the rate at which misgendering occurs. However, research and advocacy shed some light on the issue: ➡️ Bias in Assignment: When ambiguous genitalia are present, doctors have historically chosen to assign the baby as female more than 80% of the time, according to SMU Scholar. ⬅️ ➡️ Discordance with Later Identity: ⬅️ ➡️ Research indicates that adults who were assigned female at birth due to ambiguous genitalia later identify as female less than 50% of the time. ⬅️ Long-term Impacts: Studies highlight the potential for long-term physical suffering (e.g., incontinence, scarring, lack of sensation) and emotional trauma (e.g., loss of bodily autonomy) when gender assignment and subsequent “normalizing” surgeries don’t align with an individual’s later sense of gender identity.Ethical Concerns: Many medical and advocacy groups argue that performing irreversible genital surgeries on intersex infants without their consent is a violation of human rights and bodily autonomy, according to the National Health Law Program. Shifting Landscape: There’s a growing movement to delay gender assignment and medically unnecessary surgeries until individuals can participate in the decision-making process. Several hospitals, including Lurie Children’s Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital, have pledged to defer certain intersex surgeries until the child is old enough to consent. Intersex advocacy organizations recommend assigning a gender of boy or girl at birth but delaying surgery and fostering an environment of open exploration regarding gender identity, according to the Intersex Society of North America
The takeaway: While the exact incidence of misgendering at birth for intersex individuals with ambiguous genitalia remains unquantified in existing medical data, ➡️ evidence suggests a significant potential for discordance between assigned sex and later gender identity, ⬅️ particularly due to historical biases in assignment practices. The ethical and practical considerations surrounding this issue are leading to significant shifts in medical guidelines and societal perspectives. “

Bondi protected Epstein (and trump)in Florida and again this week. She sure does love pedophiles!
Glad you pointed out another of her illegal moves- violating patients’ privacy. Very much a hipaa violation. She sure does love the law! By which I mean breaking and bending it to suit for whomever her savior( trump) wants to attack or when he tells her which pedophiles to protect in his orbit(too many to name here)
Have a blessed day✌️

Bondi said a couple of month ago she had the list on her desk. Then now she says it doesn’t exist. And then Trump undercuts her by sayibng releasing the list would hurt innocent people.

They can’t even keep their story straight.

Let’s stick to the facts.

Liberal progressives live in a fantasy world. A fantasy in which they tell themselves that the world IS as they want it to be. Their entire world of ideals doesn’t correspond to reality. And when they don’t correspond with reality, they become vicious, and they start attacking people and causes which get in the way of their fantasy.
