I sure hope the rider is ok. Hitting a deer and being ejected from your motorcycle is never a good thing.

If they checked for a deviated trachea. It could have indicated a pneumothorax. ( collapsed lung.)

Ernie, when I read the article, I was wondering why the Petrolia Volunteer Fire Department was not called to render medical aid as best they could until the ambulance arrived. Thanks for the medical information concerning the collapsed lung. I learn something new every single day.

Thanks Lisa. I’d planned to look that up earlier today, but got sidetracked.

Pedro, I reside in Humbolt County for all my life. I should have known better when I commented. I told Lisa Music I was thinking of the lady that crashed in front of the Petrolia Grocery Store. Now you don’t have to wonder anymore friend

Thank you, Lisa for making that clear. I must have been thinking of the young lady that crashed in front of the Petrolia Grocery Store. Just blame it on an old man’s brain!
