Roy Tsatoke, a 25-year-old Native American male, has been reported missing and is considered at-risk. He was last seen in McKinleyville, California, on the night of Sunday, September 22nd.
The Arcata Police Department is actively investigating his disappearance. If you have seen Roy or have any information about his whereabouts, please contact the Arcata Police Department at 707-822-2424 and refer to Officer Duggan.

Hoping he’s found safe. But it might be helpful to know under what circumstances he was last seen. And in addition to not being in contact why is he considered at risk? Does he have a known condition? Did he make statements? Or?
Not to get hopes up. But humboldt has done well finding at risk persons lately.
He’s so young. His family must feel so desperate.
I’m just curious – if he’s missing from McKinleyville, why is the Arcata Police Department actively investigating instead of the Sheriff’s office? Also, what makes this an “at-risk” disappearance? Sending prayers that he is found safe and well very soon…
If he was last seen in mckinleyville but known to be heading to arcata that might explain it. Also, if his registered address was in arcata that would explain it.
Ultimately, this story has a lot of details withheld for various reasons.

By this time Roy could be any place. Please keep an eye out for him. If you spot Roy, please call 911 immediately and stay there until law enforcement arrives. If he sees you, he may just take off again. I pray they will find him well and reunite Roy with his family.
He is still missing, the house he was at last had his personal affects, and still has his dog and won’t release him to the family. The household car was missing for thirty days and is now back, the significant other in the house where Roy was last could not be reached for 24 hours. Sounds like foul play. The cops haven’t questioned those people that have his dog..
They have done nothing to help me and his ex has history of psychological manipulation and falsifying police reports as well as being a pathological liar! Her mom knows what happened and so do their neighbors
