Injuries After Hit-and-Run Crash North of Garberville

A hit-and-run crash at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Redwood Drive at the north freeway exit to Garberville left at least one person injured, according to a report on the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Traffic Incident Information Page.

According to a report on the California Highway Patrol Page, the victim vehicle was left disabled in the southbound lane of Redwood Drive.

By 8:22 PM, the roadway was reported clear. If anyone has any information on the driver responsible for the hit-and-run, who fled the scene before law enforcement arrived please contact the CHP at (707) 932-6100.

I saw the young gal must have been right after the person left.
I asked if she was ok & she gave me the ok she was fine.
I was heading to Redway.
I thought she hit the guard rail coming up the off ramp.
Glad she is ok.

Lowest of low to hit and run and leave someone on the side of the road that may be injured.
