[UPDATE: Good News!] By Jupiter, We Hope He’s Found

As fires forced evacuations, some people were separated from their beloved pets. Nadine lost her ranch dog, a 120 pound sheepdog during the evacuation on September 15. His name is Jupiter and he’s an 8-year-old male.

When last seen he was wearing a flea collar.

Nadine says he’s shy but friendly. “I have been looking for him since he was seen on Old Harris road on Sept. 18^th ,” She said. “I think someone has him…He is missed!”

UPDATE: Good news! According to Nadine, his owner, Jupiter was “located on a farm near the place he was lost. He was on his own for 6 weeks.  He lost a lot of weight and is back home eating good food and drinking fresh goats milk.  Many thanks for all the good thoughts and the folks who found him!”
