Someone played a little too much GTA.
No “Dead End” signs in GTA?
Go Speed Racer…Go!
Let’s back up to the “released to guardian” part of the story.
9:30 at night, multiple vehicle violations, high speed chase.
Why wasn’t the guardian jailed for at least child endangerment? The future looks dim for this 13 years old. He’ll be on a first name basis with law enforcement the rest of his life. Another reason to avoid fart bragg.
I doubt the “guardian” actually knew what the 13 year old was up to. Kids will be kids, but an overnight in jail (or maybe a week) might do more to deter the 13 year old of further escapades.
Stealing a car and no free trip to Juvenile Hall on Low Gap.
Teaching them young they can get away with serious crimes with little punishment Juvenile should not have been allowed to go home with out a night or two in juvey!
I agree. Citizens could have been injured or killed.
Observed “a” vehicle, not observed vehicle. Typical top notch, podunk Fart Bragg education. That place is a dump, with a dysfuctional police department.
turned over to an “ adult“? I hope The 13 year old has some form of supervision This should never have happened!
Needs the woodshed.
Or the opposite.
More often than not, kids who make these kind of choices are much more likely to experience abuse at the hands of their parents- if they receive any attention at all,
than they are to experience a meaningful loving relationship.
Ready for his/her first face tattoo.
How many of us old farts could do what this kid did without killing or injuring someone or themselves and without doing damage to public property or the vehicle they were driving?
What the FUCK is going on in Fort Bragg?!?
Fart bragg is not a place to visit.
It’s become the covelo on the coast.
Covelo of the coast … you could have won the renaming of Fort Bragg with that. 🤣
