Any cars onboard?
Doesn’t look like it, but if there were I’d guess that they’re now ‘hot’ rods.
Comedy GOLD!
Hey… that’s funny ! (Cable guy voice.)
but were they hot cars? burning rubber? was driver fired?
Ooooh, OK dude.
I believe the correct word is engulfed, not involved.
Fully involved means that the flames the heat and smoke in a structure/vehicle are so widespread that firefighters can’t access the interior. https://www.translationdirectory.com/glossaries/glossary093.htm
Hey, Kymie, this might be one for the Pedantic and Picayune File. Seems to me me that “engulfed” and “fully involved” are synonymous or close to it.
I would agree.
Don’t think that rig is going to hauling anymore vehicles. Sure hope the driver is ok. If there were cars on the truck, my guess would be Tesla’s! A big thank you to the Scotia and Rio Dell Fire Departments along with what looks like Cal Fire people working the field.
Looks like the trailer was empty
Yeah. Makes me wonder what set off the conflagration if there were no cars loaded.
Hope the driver was OK.
Drove by this on the way north. Was nuts.
I’m pretty sure it was from a tire blow out ! Because I was passing a semi as out a mile before and had to swerve out of the way because a giant tire was in the fast lane!!
How would that burn the truck up? I’m no mechanic. I could see a blown tire pulling the rig out of lane, but why would the truck burn up? Diesel leak? Sparks from a bare wheel?
