Grants Available for Mobilehome Repairs in Arcata

The City of Arcata is now accepting applications for its MORE Program, which offers financial help for mobilehome repairs and upgrades.

The City of Arcata is excited to announce that its MORE Mobilehome Rehabilitation Program is open for applications. The MORE Mobilehome Rehabilitation Program will fund eligible rehabilitation, accessibility and energy efficiency upgrades for income qualified Arcata Mobilehome owners. The program gives priority to homes that have cited health and safety code violations. The first round of application reviews will begin on Monday, Nov. 4.
Who can apply?
To qualify, applicants must:
• Have a household income that is 80% or less of the average income in the County.
• Own a mobilehome in a licensed mobilehome park located in Arcata.
