United logo, Jason Bresidine logo?I am an Independent Candidate, not that anyone believes that. But why? Because the sad reality of the American Political Landscape is this: career politicians, working with the media, have divided our country to the breaking point.

Don’t believe me? Here’s a simple test: “Joe Biden is the worst president we’ve ever had.”

Who’s still listening? Who’s still reading? Who thinks I’m a hardcore “Trumper”? One of those MAGA Republicans?

Alternatively let’s try this: “Donald Trump is a liar and should NOT be reelected in 2024, or ever.”

Again, who’s still listening? Who’s still reading? Who thinks I’m a hardcore liberal? A Sleepy Joe fan who will never acknowledge the truth?

Here’s the truth: Since the year 2000, Republicans have held the House, Senate, and Presidency three times, including under Trump. The reason you never got your conservative wishlist is because they CHOSE to deny you. When they had the majority, republicans didn’t spend their time advocating for you or me, they spent their time advocating for themselves. All that matters to career politicians, is winning the next election. That’s it.

Here’s the truth: Since the year 2000, Democrats have held the House, Senate, and Presidency twice, including under both Obama and Biden. The reason you never got your liberal wishlist is because they CHOSE to deny you. When they had the majority, democrats didn’t spend their time advocating for you or me, they spent their time advocating for themselves. All that matters to career politicians, is winning the next election. That’s it.

Now of course people are going to want to argue this reality. That’s the point these politicians and media have pushed us to. We are supposed to be the UNITED States of America. Our national history is filled with examples of what we can accomplish when we work together. Simultaneously, our national history is filled with examples of how bad things can get when we don’t.

If you think all you need to do in November is vote for either Trump or Biden and then everything will be ok, then you are likely very young and inexperienced, or you simply aren’t paying attention.

Here is what I would like to see over the next 6 months: instead of every American rushing to defend your party while attacking the other one, look at your party honestly. Republicans, you cannot justify having all three branches three times, including under Trump, and not delivering on your agenda. Democrats, you cannot justify having all three branches twice, including under Obama and Biden, and not delivering on your agenda.

This year Donald Trump’s campaign amounts to the same thing it was in 2016. Drain the Swamp, Make America Great Again. These are the same promises he made in 2016. These are the same promises he never delivered on. If he didn’t do it then, why on Earth would you think he’ll do it now? You want the Swamp drained? Trump chose to work with them instead.

This year, Joe Biden’s Campaign amounts to the same thing it was in 2020. Protect Americans from the evil republicans, save the world from Donald Trump. These are the same promises he made in 2020. These are the same promises he never delivered on. If he didn’t do it then, why on Earth would you think he’ll do it now? You want protections for women, minorities, and LGBTQ+? Biden chose to deny creating those laws so that he could campaign on them now.

Can anyone logically justify the failings of your party when your party held all three branches multiple times?

We are supposed to be the UNITED States of America, not the divided states. I beg you, my fellow Americans, stop fighting with each other. Stop rushing to defend your party, and instead start demanding accountability from it.

Thank you and have a great day,

Jason Brisendine

A parliamentary Congress and ranked-choice voting could go a long way towards breaking the stranglehold the DNC and RNC have on our government.

stop electing fundraising grifters that create outrage with lies for your 5 to 10 dollars a month. if not, at least stop falling for it. Fox news raised 700 million in one month to cover the settlement by spreading more lies. most honest republicans will tell you this.

Most honest republicans completely disagree with you. Fox News makes the most money because it’s number one in the ratings and has been for years. That’s because viewers know Fox is fair and honest. We have grifters on both sides of the aisle and desperately need term limits to remove our corrupt, establishment politicians. Many republicans undercut Trump because he wanted term limits and many other positive changes.

In April, just before opening statements were to begin at trial, Fox agreed to pay more than $787 million to settle the lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems over the network’s airing of false claims following the 2020 presidential election.Jun 30, 2023

Fox News paid $12 million on Friday to settle a former producer’s lawsuit claiming that Tucker Carlson’s show was an abusive place to work, defined by bigotry, misogyny and bullying. Abby Grossberg’s suit helped trigger Carlson’s ouster this spring.Jun 30, 2023

Fair and honest?

That’s all you have. Fox paid 2 fines in 20+ years and Tucker was found guilty in a kangaroo court. All news agencies are fined from time to time. Fox’s daily reporting is still spot on, and Fox is still numero uno in the ratings because they are fair and honest. So what else have you got?

I’m sorry but that is just delusional. Fox ‘news’ lies all day, every day. They always have.
What other organizations have been fined Hundreds of Millions of dollars for spreading false information?
They are a propaganda/opinion network owned by con-men and run by sexual predators, and their supporters are less informed than people who watch no news at all!

I didn’t expect to receive any rational responses here. If Fox News spread lies every day, they wouldn’t be number one in the ratings. Your last sentence is unhinged.

That’s because of all the eye candy Fox News employs. Get a clue. Who would you rather watch? Sunday morning bleached blonde hottie Shannon or ABC’s Martha Radditz (AKA Skeletor’s mom)?

Every government system has a lifespan due to corruption. When the majority wants a free ride the system fails, show me a president worth less than a million. Every politician is there for the money, EVERY.

Yes, even Trump. Politicians suck, every stinking one since the 60s . They’ve all retired with hundreds of millions of dollars. When your a civil servant, money doesn’t matter.

I predict that Jason Brisendine will be that greasy spot in the middle of the road.

He does have a point about political corruption. But, he does actually have to stand for something, and, all Americans have to make choices.

Generally speaking, the difference for me is not really left or right. I have to make a choice on which person is closer to my own moral beliefs. I know the leading push of the Democrat party is pro abortion, pro LGBTQ, pro illegal immigration, pro cancel culture, pro woke, pro atheism and agnostic, pro gun control, and so much more. As a Christian, I oppose all of these talking points and reject them in their entirety. That doesn’t mean I hate those who believe differently, I just cannot in good conscience vote for anyone who has any one of these beliefs, not necessarily all of them as the Democrat party does.

On the same note, Trump is not, and never will be someone I would like to be friends with. He’s not the type of person I have in my circle of friends. I’m kind of a pro Ben Carson kind of guy. However, if the two major candidates are a Republican and a Democrat, based on the above paragraph, there’s no Democrat I could in good conscience vote for.

I believe the United States would be much stronger if the government didn’t get involved where they have no business. Defense, infrastructure, border security and very little more should be done by government. Social, business, family, and even education should not be ruled by the government. Unlike Democrats, I want virtually no government. If you want over reaching government, they are definitely for you.

So, no, I don’t think unity across the board is important.

Wouldn’t a les-intrusive government allow women to make their own choices about their own bodies, and allow people to make their own choices about whom to marry and which bathroom to use?

It wouldn’t even be necessary to worry about it if real family values were all but extinct, replaced by perversion. Even so, if people kept their private lives private instead of having the obscene “pride” demonstrations, it would be a great improvement. When people find the need to bring anything private into the public eye, it’s a sure sign they want to push abnormal behavior on others. Regardless of their cause, this behavior is 100% evil out in public. I can’t, nor do I want to control anyone. I just don’t want to be forced to see your alternative.

Where do we draw the line?
I’m offended by Dallas Cowboys or LA Dodgers paraphernalia.
Should we ban that?
Some people are offended by Halloween?
Should we ban public displays associated with that?

Maybe, if you’re offended by members of the LGBT community,
you can just ignore them- like I ignore most people when I’m out in pubic.
And if you don’t like pride parades or drag shows- don’t go.

And, family values are very much alive and well.
It just seems as though your values are very different than those of many other people.

Are you kidding? You’re comparing in your face alternative lifestyles to sports teams and their clothing lines? That reveals a lot about how shallow and trivial the left is. The left has truly lost it if they think there’s even a comparison. Thanks for enlightening me on just how far out of touch with reality liberals have become.

“Should we ban public displays associated with that?”

He didn’t suggest banning it. Typical liberal straw man argument. Familiar with non sequitur much?

“I’m offended by Dallas Cowboys or LA Dodgers paraphernalia.”

No one is demanding that you celebrate the Dodgers. Buisnesses, schools, doctors and teachers aren’t ramming Dodgers propaganda down your throat with the threat of cancelling, firing and suspensions for not agreeing. Whereas if I displayed a flag that read “straight”, I would be cancelled, fired, suspended. See the double standard? Of course not, you’re a liberal.

If you thin Biden is “the worst president we have ever had” you are clearly lacking the critical thinking skills required to convince me that you are qualified for any elected position.
Were you asleep from 2017 – 2020?

Nope. I watched as the most heinous pos House Speaker, rabid with hate, spend all 4 years refusing to conduct the business of the country, holding the country hostage while trying to destroy the president. Even with the demonic spirit of Pelosi, Trump got more done every day to improve the country than Biden has done his entire presidency. The only accomplishment of Biden is to lie about his accomplishments while eating ice cream and sniffing people. Oh yeah, and falling a lot.

Translation: if you disagree with me you lack critical thinking skills even though my statement was completely devoid of a single substantive point.

You’re name, “I am a robot” is very befitting. More irony from the left.

Funny how it seems to come down to whrter you watch fox or not. The current division I Am feeling is because of a**holes wo ran around demanding I take a shot or wear a diaper on my face, or tell me to embrace illigals or any number of oppresive tactics that I have had to deal with in the past few years. Apologies for bad behavior is a good start to begin uniting.
