Winners of the Annual Wildflower Photo Contest Announced

Congratulations to the three winners of our annual Wildflower Photo Contest hosted by the California Native Plants Society! They are beautiful! –
- First place: Flowering Dogwood, Dunsmuir, by Michelle Archer
- Second place: Lewisia cotyledon in the Marble Mountains, by Alaine Arslan
- Third place: Sand Lilies 2, by Patty Hood
These three photographers will be awarded nursery grown California native plants for their efforts.
A big thank you to all the photographers who participated in the contest, to everyone who voted; and to California Native Plants Society – Shasta Chapter for hosting once again!

I’ve never seen a red flowering Dogwood in the wild Didn’t know they existed.
Somebody’s got to sneak in to photograph the ‘Ultra-Secret’ Western Lily reserve.
