It’s Official: Humboldt’s Drought Conditions Now Considered Extreme

According to the US National Weather Service, the drought conditions for Humboldt and Trinity Counties have just been re-categorized from Severe up to Extreme. Some areas of California have even been moved to Exceptional–the worst level possible.
Furthermore, the Climate Prediction Center is saying that the next few months should be much drier than normal.
