The blood is on CHP for not doing anything about 36. If they have to scrape me and my kids off the grill of a grow dozer I want them to know that ahead of time.

Isn’t it wonderful to live in a nanny state where people don’t have to take any personal responsibility for their actions.

If the problem people were taking personal responsibility for their actions on 36 it wouldn’t be a problem. If you are a person who does so like me then you would have no problem with law enforcement doing their job to rid those endangering the ones who do. People are being assaulted for taking the private party route and I have seen the STAR ambulance almost run off the road with a patient as a grow dozer passed on a blind curve. Short of things I would never put in print there aren’t any options other than asking law enforcement to do their job.

The blood does not belong to the CHP, it belongs to drivers that don’t drive according to road conditions, which usually equals too damn much road speed, lack of attention, drunk, drugs, etc. The CHP are not driving the cars for those idiots!!!

The HCSO is just as responsible as CHP!!! They have yet to leave a resident deputy out here!!! So far every last one has been here for a few months!!! Just long enough to start to acclimate to what areas have the most issues then they are transferred elsewhere!!! We are STILL waiting for a PROMISED Resident Deputy!!! So far at least that’s ALL we got is a (BROKEN) PROMISE!!!

I agree dan, seeing Madrone refuse the pay raise the board voted for themselves rather than raise in home caretakers wage frim 11/hr to 13/hr was quite cool.
He said if they didnt get a raise neither should he.
He also showed up at the planning dept “public” meetings regarding rezoning of properties with info on how at least 2 folks on the planning dept board would financially benefit from the rezoning they were doing of their properties. They put it in the public notice section of the journal once saying that was enough notice for affected landowners.
They stopped that meeting not long after madrone spoke up from the audience.

It made me realize its all so corrupt here that sometimes it’s easy to forget what we want to see an elected local rep do and now i can see through steve madrone the type of rep i want in my district. & its exciting to think an 18 year old could take bohns spot!!!

We need CHP out there, my little dog got hit by car yesterday afternoon. The car was going so fast I do not think the driver realized it hit something. Traffic is BAD after 5pm.
We need speed bumps or something! If CHP is isn’t able to be out there.

I drive a big truck and the grow dozers like to ride my ass and just be complete jerks. I will even move over when it is safe! I am always very cautious with my kids in the truck and animals in the trailer when I drive 36. It is such a shame that people care more about themselves than others.

I agree that CHP and HCSO need to patrol more! It is a very dangerous road, especially for the people who care enough to be responsible.
