The South Fork Cubs appear to have plenty of freshman talent in girls soccer this season.

On Wednesday they stretched their unbeaten start to the season to two straight with a 4-2 win over Roseland Prep in Santa Rosa.

And the new faces on this year’s team played a huge role in the victory.

Freshman Summer Contreras scored all four goals in the win, with three assists from another freshman, winger Macy Yarbrough.

Rounding out a big performance for the freshman class, winger Kayla Berteaux also had an assist.
