I’m glad the driver wasn’t badly hurt. That said, how did they manage to roll their car? That section is pretty flat with a not-too-tight curve; they must’ve been going pretty fast.

People drive like a bat out of hell on West End. The road is too narrow to allow much correction if you screw up.

If the road was wider, people would drive even faster!

Tell me about it; I’ve ridden my bicycle out there, and for a barely two-lane road people act like they’re in a car ad. But what a beautiful ride. I can hardly wait for the Annie & Mary Trail to be finished, hopefully within my lifetime.

Clear, dry day, revoke their license before they kill someone.

I am glad the occupant was not killed. I don’t know what cause the accident, but it could have been mechanical failure, forced to quickly avoid an oncoming vehicle, speed, etc. I cannot blame the driver without knowing what really happened. Thanks to all the First Responders.

Guaranteed mechanical failure, gas pedal was pressed down too far ,followed by the brake pedal pressed down too far, crack me up.

What kind of mechanic failure did your horse have? Did the saddle fall off when you were rounding a corner, or did your blinders get in the way? Your comment cracks me up. You are a funny guy.

The funniest part is, today’s automobiles have ABS, traction control, blindspot detection, throttle by wire, parking sensors , etc etc and licensed drivers still wreck.

Those devices you mention are only aids. The only aid needed is your brain and I notice many drivers are zipping around with an empty head. We can comment back and forth, but it will not stop the accidents from happening. Have a safe day driving Lone Ranger.
