Humboldt County District Attorney Seeks Two Men on Felony Warrants

Maganda Quinones
The District Attorney’s Office seeks assistance from the community with the apprehension of Miguel Angel Maganda-Quinones (age 42), who has an outstanding felony warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol while causing injury, driving with a suspended license, and driving with a blood alcohol content above .15% BAC. Maganda-Quinones has a second outstanding misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol on a prior date. Maganda-Quinones was last known to reside in Ferndale.

The District Attorney’s Office seeks assistance from the community with the apprehension of Fredy Parral Aguirre (age 28), who has an outstanding felony warrant for spousal abuse, assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism, and hit and run. Aguirre was last known to reside in Ferndale.

when the DA does a press release looking for someone, they aren’t really looking for someone. they are just looking for the money attached to the fine that was imposed at the court hearing that they failed to show up to. it looks like they are going to have to spend money to make money like a normal business.

Looks like the Ferndale dairymen are hiring questionable characters for their dairy farms. They want the cheap labor though so I guess that goes with the crowd.
