Where's KMUD? and KHUM?

Looking for your favorite SoHum radio station this morning, it’s not at 91.1.  Humboldt is without the Mud and without its Hum–KHUM.  Garberville had a planned PG&E outage today (From 5am to 5pm see KMUD’s page) and the landlord’s backup generator did not kick in. Federal agents raided Apex North in Redway.  Officials are being closed mouthed about the action.  Humboldt Co.  Sheriff’s spokesperson, Brenda Godsey explained that the local sheriffs were only present as representatives of the County but the investigation was under the Mendocino County Drug Task Force’s oversight.
