Saipan Wants to be the Next 420 Tourist Destination

According to Marianas Variety,  the US controlled territory of Saipan is considering legalizing marijuana. “Introduced by Rep. Stanley T. McGinnis Torres, Ind.-Saipan, H.B. 17-47 will allow people who are at least 21 years old to posses, cultivate and transport marijuana for personal use.”  Some in the area hope the bill, if it passes, will increase marijuana tourism. ________________ Photo from
