Peggy Phelps sent RHBB this photo of a vegetation fire that has blown up in Happy Valley–southwest of Redding. KRCR news is reporting it as a 1500 acre fire threatening homes.  Residents are being evacuated. RV Loses Brakes on Shelter Cove Rd–One Helicoptered to Mercy in Redding
