[UPDATE 1:18 a.m.] Fire Burns Structure in Hoopa Late Friday Night

Pacific Gas and Electric personnel were dispatched to the scene to disconnect the electrical supply to the structure.
UPDATE 1:18 a.m.: According to a dispatcher speaking over the scanner, Someone is ‘harassing fire personnel’ attempting to fill up their trucks with water and they are requesting deputy response.

Get your trucks filled, turn the pumps on and blast the harasser down the street. Leave the poor fire fighters alone. They don’t get paid enough for what they risk to save you and your stuff. Idiot!
On the Rez, a first responder is alert to the possibility they are related to the deviant individual. A rash act can have long term repercussions.

The jackass harassing the fire fighters should be shot with a stream of water that would blow him to hell. If this continues someone is going to lose their life in a fire. I am so very sorry that these folks lost their home and hope they were not injured.
