Car Crash on Woodley Island

Emergency personnel are at the scene of a car crash that occurred on Woodley Island around 10:40 a.m. Reporter Ryan Hutson at the scene said the driver of a white Honda Civic drove over an embankment and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

My daughter saw this accident. This woman didn’t even hit her brakes! She did hit multiple cars and almost took out a Caltrans worker! They were flagger signs out. She didn’t even slow down and never hit her brakes! I’m surprised nobody else was injured. She sure hit a small van really hard, along with other vehicles. Geez.

The whole island is a 25mph zone. The logical explanation is the driver is privileged and doesn’t have to obey traffic laws like regular people do.
Lots of people have that type of drivers license.
