Oil prices in free fall.
Crude at $73 a barrel/ Brent at $78 a barrel.
Down over $10 a barrel in about a week.
Who did that?

Year-over-year inflation has dropped from a peak of 9.1% in June 2022, the highest level in four decades, to 3.7% in September. That figure is forecast to have fallen further in October to 3.3%.
Oct. inflation was 3.2%.

Bidenomics caused Bidenflation so claiming progress reducing a problem Biden himself created is disingenuous. 70% of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of economy, find themselves worse off because of Biden’s presidency.
Time for a change from the ancient, cognitively decrepit nominees of the traditional two parties. Be independent from party puppetmasters, vote Independent RFK!

Oil prices in free fall – who did that? Well, tell us. Don’t hold out. We impressed! Does 3.2% inflation mean cost of food etc. is going up, just slower than 9%? Have wages for everything kept up with the 9%inflation? Has the costs of goods gone down (deflation) with the oil prices in free fall? Let us know so we all can sing “Happy Days Are Here Again”.

Yes. 3.2% inflation means that cost increases are slower than before.
And the median salary increase in 2023 has been 4.4% https://www.conference-board.org/press/US-salary-increase-budgets-2023#:~:text, which is indeed more than the 3.2% inflation rate.
Good to see you’re getting the hang of how things work.

Time to wake up folks…!!!

Biden just surrendered to China, a crucial US AI Military advantage over China…

https://www.foxnews.com/us/biden-hands-china-big-win-military-deal-experts-say-incredibly-poor-decision

” “This is an incredibly poor decision. … China lags behind the U.S. in AI capabilities, so the Biden administration just ceded a strategic advantage.” ”

_________________________

“It is foolish to believe China will honor any agreement limiting the use of AI in nuclear weapons. Look at the Paris Climate Agreement: despite agreeing to reduce carbon emissions, China continued to be one of the world’s worst polluters. It similarly has no regard for human rights or intellectual property,” Mangold-Lenett told Fox News Digital.

“Chinese leadership has no regard for agreements that could slow down its quest for destabilizing the world order and displacing the U.S. as hegemon. The U.S. should continue developing AI systems that ensure national security and advance our interests — our enemies will surely do the same.” ”

Xi’s puppet, Joe Biden, is a treacherous bastard.

He should be impeached for this traitorous act alone.

I asked AI if AI was safe.

Whether or not AI is safe is a complex question that depends on a number of factors, including how AI is developed, used, and regulated. There are a number of potential risks associated with AI, including:

Bias: AI systems can be biased if they are trained on data that is itself biased. This can lead to discrimination and unfair treatment of certain groups of people.
Privacy: AI systems can collect and store large amounts of personal data, which raises concerns about privacy and security.

Autonomous weapons: AI could be used to develop autonomous weapons that could kill without human intervention.
Loss of control: There is a risk that AI could become so intelligent that it surpasses human control, leading to unpredictable and potentially dangerous outcomes.
Despite these risks, there are also a number of potential benefits of AI.

Official reports from four hour meeting yesterday has Xi lecturing and berating Biden for three hours with senile old Joe mumbling through an hour long prepared concessionary statement. What else could we expect from the Don of the Biden Crime Family that’s received tens of millions from the Chinese Communist Party, our very own bought and paid for Manchurian Candidate? Unilateral AI disarmament and a reassurance that Taiwan will be forfeited to the CCP in due time, the “One China Policy”, in exchange for a promise to try to reduce fentanyl precursor exports. Do they mean by 10-15%? Why not 100%, the CCP controls everything? Fentanyl is killing Americans at a rate of a 747 crash each and every day.
Joe Biden did that!

Israel has indiscriminately killed nine to ten times as many as has Hamas.

If what Hamas has done is atrocious, (It absolutely is.), then how is nine to ten times worse not an atrocity…??? (It definitely is.)

The Biden Administration being supportive of this is completely unacceptable.

Laying siege to, invading, and bulldozing a hospital full of patients, including tiny babies…???

How is that not a war crime…? (It IS.)

Go after Hamas in a focused way that does not cost innocent lives, nor involve multiple war crimes.

Hamas is Israel’s baby.

Hamas is just a chip off the old Israeli block.

What Israel sees in Hamas, is nothing but Israel’s own horrific reflection.

How do you decide if picking them off one by one is warranted? Who gets to make that decision? How’s that for more questions? Got the answers?

Whose lives are you so willing to sacrifice? Israeli military’s? They might object to sacrificing their own lives to save people who lierally voted in a government who pledged their destruction, sent assassins in, not to hit the military, but old women, children and concert goers. And justified it by claiming property that was taken.
Speaking of that, which you blithely dismiss with an easy undemanding one sided argument ” I’m not saying Hamas is not evil but” then move right on, Palestinians surely could broker a ceasefire by releasing those- you know the innocent children that you announce innocent if they’re Palestinian but guilty if they are Israeli- but they don’t. Why? To save their own lives? To provoke a continuing military assault and use it as a callous propaganda push to get others to take up their cause? Which by the way seems the closest to a victory as Hamas can muster. Because that’s a holier-than-thou easy choice when you are not paying the price. Just demanding someone else does.
A cease fire without crippling Hamas will surely result in more Israeli children dying because, unlike the Israeli who at least attempt some discretion, Palestinians deliberately target picked them to brutalize. They constantly say so. Why are they not taken at theopir word? This is a horrible mess that people make worse by letting Palestinian propaganda lead them around by their prejudices. Which of course Jews are very aware has been the western default ideology for centuries. If you’re going to debate from history, at least don’t pick and choose which bits.

Has a hospital “full of babies” been bulldozed? CNN gave an eyewitness report by “Khader Al Za’anoun, a journalist inside the hospital, told CNN on Wednesday morning Israeli tanks and military vehicles were in the hospital courtyard. He added Israeli soldiers were “in the buildings and departments are conducting search and interrogation operations with the young men amidst intense and violent gunfire inside the hospital,” and were using megaphones to ask young men in the hospital to “raise their hands, come out, and surrender themselves.””
And one doctor said ““Khaled Abu Samra, a doctor at the hospital, told CNN they were given 30 minutes’ warning before the Israeli operation on the complex began in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
We were asked to stay clear of the windows and the balconies. We can hear the armored vehicles, they are very close to the entrance of the complex,” he said.”

https://www.cnn.com/2023/11/15/middleeast/al-shifa-hospital-gaza-israel-explained-mime-intl/index.html

When Hamas gives back alive the hostages they took, then they can start claiming some moral high ground. Until then they are choosing to sacrifice their own citizens (since they are the elected government in Gaza) to be used in a propaganda war. Which is apparently the only war they can win.

That seems targeted.

Make no mistake, there is no morality in ANY of Hamas’s actions NOR is there any morality in ANY of Israel’s actions, whatsoever.

Don’t kid yourself.

40% of the estimated 11,500 people that Israel has killed were innocent children.

That’s 4,600 innocent children’s lives bombed into oblivion.

Many remain unrecovered under Israeli induced rubble.

Cold blooded murder is cold blooded murder, plain and simple.

Why are you trying to sugar coat WAY MORE murders committed by Israel, especially of children?

That would suggest a hatred for more Palestinians than just Hamas.

Is that what is really going on…???

You, apparently, see no problem with Israel bombing over 4,600 perfectly innocent children to bits?

How could you possibly view that as somehow more civilized…

It’s not, it’s completely barbaric.

Because the reality is that Israel isn’t killing them, Hamas is. Hamas is literally shooting people who try and flee. Hamas is using people for human shields and won’t let them get out of the way, even when Israel tells them they are going to blow something up. Hamas wants people to die so that people like you will tell Israel to stop killing terrorists. Hamas can’t win, so they commit acts of terror, then get as many civilians killed as possible, and point their fingers at Israel and say “Stop the atrocities!” This is so obvious, and has been repeated for so long, that there is no possible way that anyone could not see what is happening…

Did Israel build the bunker under the Shifa hospital in Gaza in the 80’s? Newsweek says that is true.

True.

Multiple sources have corroborated that a bunker or basement was built at Israel’s discretion in the 1980s.

What did they build it for? Holding weapons stockpiles, human shields, command and control center? Seems that would be important to add in your comment without pulling the link? If it was built for some non-nefarious purpose – one might believe such facts were omitted to flavor a viewpoint? You wouldn’t be doing that? Without pulling the link… did they describe why they built it? Asking you.

You know what is a real issue? Can a group that has been popularily elected as a government on the basis of promising to eliminate all Jews from the land ever be trusted not to violate any attempts to find a compromise? It’s likely that any break given by Israel will be abused to kill more Israeli.

What can been done is supporting Israelis who want to rein in settlement expansion in their own government and want to treat Palestinians as due justice. Which is something that was an active change that was being pursued inside Israel until the October invasion. Stop supporting the people who make no bones about wanting to turn back the click a century or two to the place where they were the violent genocidal power. Believe them when the Palestinians say just that and don’t skim over that to make it all Israel’s fault. Israel is not without blame but they are not as low and violent as Hamas, who rejects anything but the genocide they want but can’t get.

The relevant point is, Israel built the hospital. How many hospitals hospitals did Hamas build with all the money they have been given? The fact that there is a ‘bunker’ does not justify Hamas using it to wage a terror war on Israel and the Palestinians living in Gaza…

Da al-Shifa hospital.

Originally a British Army barracks, the site was transformed into a healthcare facility, the Dar al-Shifa or “house of healing”, by the government of Mandatory Palestine in 1946. The hospital was expanded during the Egyptian administration of Gaza, and again under Israeli administration during the 1980s.

I stand corrected, Israel did not build the hospital, you get 10 points.

But Israel did expand the existing facility to what it is today so you lose 5 points.

And they did not build a “bunker” they built a laundry room in the basement (“left-wing Israeli newspaper Haaretz and other outlets have specifically mentioned the hospital’s Building No. 2, which it says was built as an add-on in the mid-1980s and contains a large cement basement initially intended for laundry and administrative tasks.), so you lose another 5 points.

So you get a total of 0 out of 10 points…

Note: bunker or basement

“Multiple sources have corroborated that a bunker or basement was built at Israel’s discretion in the 1980s.”

In particular, in 1983, the Israelis built “a secure underground operating room and tunnel network” beneath Building 2 of the hospital.

Which sounds plausible given the situation in Gaza.

But who knows for sure.

the pro-Israel publication Tablet said;

“Back in 1983, when Israel still ruled Gaza, they built a secure underground operating room and tunnel network beneath al-Shifa hospital – which is one among several reasons why Israeli security sources are so sure that there is a main Hamas command bunker in or around the large cement basement beneath the area of Building 2 of the hospital,”

You are just playing semantics games. How the basement got there is completely irrelevant. What is relevant is that terrorists murdered Israeli citizens and the Israeli government is hunting them down wherever they are, regardless of who constructed the facilities they are occupying.

CHP reporting 100s of protestors are on the Bay Bridge shutting down westbound traffic into San Francisco. Not a single car on the western span upper deck into SF when it should be packed right now for the morning rush

https://twitter.com/DrewTumaABC7/status/1725179145448313316?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

Today, a group of about 100 pro-Palestinian protesters drove onto the bridge and shut down the westbound lanes, meaning the lanes headed into San Francisco. Some allegedly threw their own keys into the bay to prevent their cars from being moved.

“What they’ve done is put people’s lives at risk,” said a CHP officer at the scene, who added that they support First Amendment rights but said blocking the bridge was “100% wrong.”…

Some drivers abandoned their cars and threw their keys into the bay, according to the officer, who repeated this information twice. CHP said it had been videotaping the entire demonstration to identify people and vehicles involved in the protest…

CHP officers on loudspeakers asked the demonstrators to leave the bridge at 8:45 a.m., declaring the protest an unlawful assembly. Officers have started to confiscate some of the banners. Two buses from the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department were on the bridge, apparently to transport detained protesters.

Protesters used other tactics to drag this out.

Some of the protesters chained themselves together on the roadway. Images showed their protesters’ arms locked together through the open windows of several stopped vehicles.

The Arab Resource and Organizing Center (AROC) said on social media that the action by about 200 protesters was to highlight what it called a genocide happening in Gaza while President Joe Biden was hosting cocktail parties in San Francisco.

Really? Are uou being serious? Seriously asking… That is not at all the intent of that case. From your link “The Court held that the government cannot punish inflammatory speech unless that speech is “directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action…
Finally, Douglas dealt with the classic example of a man “falsely shouting fire in a theater and causing a panic”. In order to explain why someone could be legitimately prosecuted for this, Douglas called it “a classic case where speech is brigaded with action”. In the view of Douglas and Black, this was probably the only sort of case in which a person could be prosecuted for speech.[“

You can’t seem to see the point that is constantly detailed in your own links. That speech that is general inflammatory even false is still protected BUT NOT IF IT IS FALSE AND MEANT TO PRECIPITATE ACTION based on it. It’s a matter of where and when. And most importantly why. It is not a carte blanc to say anything any time.

Update ………

All westbound lanes opened on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge just before noon Thursday, California Highway Patrol said. Throughout the morning commute, protesters fully shut down westbound traffic as world leaders gathered in San Francisco for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.

Approximately 50 protesters were arrested and 15 cars were towed, CHP said. California Highway Patrol officer Art Montiel said 100 to 200 protesters associated with the activist group Arab Resource and Organizing Center were on the bridge earlier this morning. Video footage and photos posted on social media indicated that AROC is calling for an Israel-Hamas ceasefire.

An Illegal Chinese Biolab Containing Infectious Diseases Operated in California. The Feds Ignored It for Months. Congressional probe warns of ‘profound threat’ to U.S. homeland

The discovery of the lab, and the federal government’s slow response, “presents a grave national security risk that could be exploited in the future,” according to the congressional committee’s findings. It is unknown if other unlicensed China-tied biolabs are operating in the United States and what types of diseases they could be experimenting with under unsafe conditions, congressional investigators said. If the pathogens discovered in the Reedley lab leaked, an untold number of Americans could have fallen ill.
Authorities determined the lab was run by Jiabei “Jesse” Zhu, a Chinese national who had “previously stolen millions of dollars of intellectual property from American companies and was part of an ongoing transnational criminal enterprise with ties to the PRC for which he was ultimately charged in federal court,” according to the report.
During its months-long investigation into the matter, congressional investigators found the CDC ignored in-depth reports about the lab’s activities and then performed an inadequate review of the site.
The federal agency’s conduct prevented many of the substances found in the lab from being analyzed, and investigators do not know exactly what was being tested at the lab.
After local and state authorities discovered the lab and its contents, they reached out to the CDC beginning in March of this year.
“Local officials spent months repeatedly trying to obtain assistance from the CDC, both directly and through” the California Department of Public Health, investigators determined. “According to local officials, the CDC refused to speak with them and, on a number of occasions, it was reported by local officials that the CDC hung up on them mid-conversation.”
Other federal agencies capable of handling biohazardous materials also ignored the city’s requests for assistance.
The CDC arrived at the site in May, after Rep. Jim Costa (D., Calif.), the city’s member of Congress, began applying pressure.

Something to keep in mind –

The attacks on Biden from the Democrat Establishment coincide with the ascent of Gavin Newsom.

How could the DNC avoid a messy primary and nominate their preferred candidate (Newsom)?

It’s in the fine print.

Biden is increasingly frail and confused, his dementia is worsening and his economic plan is faltering.

His popularity continues to crumble even among Democrats.

Consider the possibility that he resigns after receiving the Presidential nomination at the DNC 2024 convention.

Why that specific timing?

Because –

Rules adopted by the Democratic National Committee in 2022 leave the DNC as the sole authority to appoint a Presidential nominee where that nominee resigns after the August 2024 convention.

No vote or primary needed.

Newsom is already running a presidential campaign – his tour of China, Xi’s visit to SF (why not DC??), his civil rights stops in the US.

The question is whether he is targeting 2024 or 2028.

Why is Joe Biden cooperating with a Communist dictator?

That is NOT the American way…

Is Xi guaranteeing Biden’s reelection…???

We all better vote to get rid of Joe Biden before he forces us to all start buying and pulling Chinese made rickshaw carts for him…

Your choice folks, but my advice is to willingly wise up before we are forced to rise up…
