I just went by here about 5 minutes ago. Right most lane is currently blocked on 7th street. With only the Middle lane being conditionally opened for H street. As there are police, fire and albulances on both sides. The car looked to be in the right most lane of H street partly up on the sidewalk next to McRae Nissian.

For Eureka that intersection has the most accident, Take The lights down and put Stop signs there might be what’s needed

Exactly. Screw the light but, oh yeah stop for the sign(s)? And slow down for howling weather, standing water and black ice. Right. Pedal to the metal, devil take the hindmost is more likely.

Need speed enforcement city wide! I have seen EPD driving trough Oceanview Cemetery several times in the morning patrolling I assume meanwhile people are driving 45 down “I” street in the morning.
