Interactive Veterans Resource Map and Surveys Open to Public

This is a press release from the Arcata Veterans Memorial Hall:

The Arcata Veterans Memorial Hall and The American Legion, Arcata Post 274 are excited to announce the release of the Humboldt County Interactive Veterans Resource Map. 

The Interactive Veterans Resource Map lists points of interest for veterans and those interested in learning more about veterans’ services in Humboldt County. Included on the map are veterans’ halls and organizations, resource centers, historical points of interest and active military locations. Veteran-owned businesses will soon be added to the map as well. 

The public is encouraged to access and utilize the map at tinyurl.com/VIPhumco. Surveys to recommend additional locations for the map and to suggest businesses for the veteran-owned business list can also be found on the website.

This project is a collaboration of The American Legion, Arcata Post 274, Friends of the Veterans Hall and CollegeCorps students from Cal Poly Humboldt.
