Yikes! I’m glad everyone got out and hope they’re okay.

A friend of mine used to live near the top of that hill. She was always amazed how oblivious drivers are to how icy it gets. She witnessed many crashes over the years. The speed limit of 25 at the top and 35 at the bottom seems never to apply to drivers around there. I have actually been honked at by these impatient drivers there and all through Cutten. And the 15 mph school zone which by law is during the entire school day is a race course. If drivers would actually think about the conditions they are driving in and drive accordingly it would help. Yet, we have to see ten car pile ups on 101 because that too is a race track to these inconsiderate drivers. It’s actually really easy to drive safely if you use your brain instead of your ego.

People haul ass down Campton. My neighbors 80 lb dog got ran over by a guy in a big white truck doing about 50mph and the guy didn’t even stop. I carried it to the side of the road and held it while it died. A lot of drivers feel so entitled and like they’re the only ones that matter. Pisses me off

This is so sad. Just because someone had to get somewhere maybe 2 minutes ahead of themselves a beloved pet gave its life. Thank you for staying with and comforting this sweet dog while they died.
Come on people think while driving.

Nasty looking crash for sure. Hopefully everyone involved will be ok. By the looks of the Jeep, I will take a shot and say they were not going the speed limit. Campton Road has too many folks going too fast!
