What Is COVID Actually Doing to Our Immune Systems?
The research sounds scary. It’s not bunk—but it’s important to understand its purpose.

— A new study has been published that links the increase in heart attacks amongst adults between the ages of 25 and 44 to COVID-19.

It’s a fairly worthless article or study to me, since i was looking for whether or not these heart-problem people had been vaccinated. Although the risk is said to be very small– a handful in millions of people– it is recognized that the chances of heart inflammation (myocarditis) is increased after a second shot or a booster. So, wondering whether these excess deaths now reported in the mainstream might be connected with the vaccine rather than the Covid itself, i am left uninformed.
Of course, the fact that people may have been vaccinated and soon died of heart attacks does not mean the vaccination or booster caused the trouble. But neither does the fact that they had Covid and died of heart attacks. Same reasoning: correlation does not mean causality.

The study is just confirmation that heart attack deaths rose, especially steeply in the male 25-44 age group, during the time period of late 21-early 22. It doesn’t link the effect to any particular cause.

Claiming otherwise is just spreading propaganda. GF seems to think his preferred propaganda is a positive while bemoaning other propaganda. Neither is helpful.

Actually the chances of “severe” complications from the vaccine is not a chance in millions, it’s a chance in less than 1,000.. For the moderna vaccine it’s a chance one out of every 800 This information is in the press release that Pfizer and Moderna have released themselves. Several vaccines over the last decades have been pulled off the shelves because of severe complications risks ranging in the 1 and 100 thousands..

Talk about “unsettling”…

Call it… “Job Security”

https://www.science.org/content/article/could-popular-covid-19-antiviral-supercharge-pandemic

“A widely used COVID-19 drug may be driving the appearance of new SARS-CoV-2 variants, sparking concerns it could prolong and even reinvigorate the pandemic. The drug, molnupiravir, produced by Merck & Co., is designed to kill the virus by inducing mutations in the viral genome. A survey of viral genomes reported in a new preprint, however, suggests some people treated with the drug generate novel viruses that not only remain viable, but spread.”

“It’s very clear that viable mutant viruses can survive [molnupiravir treatment] and compete [with existing variants],” says virologist William Haseltine, chair of ACCESS Health International, who has repeatedly raised concerns about the drug. “I think we are courting disaster.”…

” ‘Molnupiravir’ is a mutagen, made by Merck.”

“A MUTAGEN !?!?!?”

“For the treatment of Covid19…WTF?”

“And Hoffman is ok with that?”

“That is so sketchy…”

“And don’t forget, only 30% effective, after being represented as 50% effective, and only tested on the unvaccinated, not the vaccinated…”

Please, please, please Kym, implement an emergency rule that if people are going to make pseudofactual statements, they should be accompanied by a link to a credible source.
It’s getting really old hearing this bunkum and balderdash about how people are actually getting killed by the vaccine, or that these were just heart attacks being falsely labeled as Covid, or that they were killed by the pharmaceutical company ninjas to bolster their profits.

The Cochrane study concluded that masks have “little to no effect.” If you have a family member with Stage IV cancer – or you have some immune system destroying condition – you will take a “little” protection over none at all.
I need to see the methodology, as I am interested as to how they controlled for those wearing no masks, or those stupid handkerchiefs for study participants circulating in the real world.

https://www.latimes.comNorthridge Hospital/archives/la-xpm-2009-dec-06-la-me-nurses6-2009dec06-story.html

“Firms that supply temporary nurses to the nation’s hospitals are taking perilous shortcuts in their screening and supervision, sometimes putting seriously ill patients in the hands of incompetent or impaired caregivers.”

“Emboldened by a chronic nursing shortage and scant regulation, the firms vie for their share of a free-wheeling, $4-billion industry. Some have become havens for nurses who hopscotch from place to place to avoid the consequences of their misconduct.”

“An investigation by the nonprofit newsroom ProPublica and the Los Angeles Times found dozens of instances in which staffing agencies skimped on background checks or ignored warnings from hospitals about sub-par nurses on their payrolls. Some hired nurses sight unseen, without even conducting an interview.”

“As a result, fill-in nurses with documented histories of poor care have fallen asleep on the job, failed to perform critical tests or stolen drugs intended to ease patients’ pain or anxiety.”

” “A lot of them are really bad nurses,” said Sandra Thompson, a nursing supervisor at Northridge Hospital Medical Center and Sherman Oaks Hospital, both in the San Fernando Valley. “Sometimes I see them here [at Northridge] and think, ‘I wonder how long before I see them over’ ” at Sherman Oaks?”

“Some agencies are diligent about checking nurses’ records, said Joey Ridenour, executive director of the Arizona State Board of Nursing.”

“Others are not. As a result, if wayward nurses want to work, “I think it’s easier to hide in the registries,” Ridenour said. “Some just sign them up.” ”

“Among reporters’ findings, based on disciplinary records, personnel files, court documents and interviews:”

“* Firms hired nurses who had criminal records or left states where their licenses had been restricted or revoked. At least three firms employed a nurse in California whose license had been suspended in Minnesota for stealing drugs at a string of temp jobs. One used him after he’d been convicted of doing the same thing at a Santa Rosa nursing home.”

“* Temp agencies shuffled errant nurses from one hospital to another, even as complaints mounted. A Culver City agency continued sending one nurse to hospitals despite more than a dozen warnings that she was ignoring her patients and sleeping on the job. Before she was hired, the nurse had been convicted of 12 crimes, including prostitution, carrying a concealed weapon and possessing cocaine.”

“* Nurses who got in trouble at one agency had no problem landing a job at another. An Oklahoma nurse cycled through at least four Southern California agencies in a year, accused of pilfering drugs while at each. Before her final stop, she was arrested in her home state for calling in prescriptions while posing as a doctor’s office employee.”

‘California ends plans for kids’ Covid vaccine mandate’

https://edsource.org/2023/california-ends-plans-for-kids-covid-vaccine-mandate/685077?amp=1

“California state leaders seem to be quietly closing the door on the Covid-19 vaccine mandate for schoolchildren.”

“The California Department of Public Health hasn’t made an announcement, but officials told EdSource that the end of the state’s Covid-19 state of emergency on Feb. 28 effectively ends its current plan to add Covid-19 vaccinations to the list of 10 vaccinations children are required to have to attend school in person.”

Only 15.5% of Americans have chosen to be fully boosted so does that make the other 84.5% anti-vaxxers? And is it true the UK and other countries have dropped their vaccine recommendation for those under 50 yo as reported in places?

And I’m going to call horse pucky on you 15.5% statistic. The credible sources I found say thet 68% is fully vaccinated and 79% have received at least one dose. https://usafacts.org/visualizations/covid-vaccine-tracker-states
According to the CDC, “The definition of fully vaccinated does not include a COVID-19 booster.” https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/faq.html

No shapeshifter here…

That’s only one of GS’s two different questions…

You only answered one unspecific question.

You should have specified the question you were answering, but you didn’t.

Don’t blame me for that oversight.

That’s not on me…

Did you not notice this question, that your answer was just as likely to have been directed towards…???

“And is it true the UK and other countries have dropped their vaccine recommendation for those under 50 yo as reported in places?”

Now apply my answer to that question…

It works.

And as far as his other question, specifically…

“Only 15.5% of Americans have chosen to be fully boosted so does that make the other 84.5% anti-vaxxers?”

The answer to that would also not exactly be “No”, as a matter of fact…

I’d say “Yes” would be more true than untrue…

Only 15.5% of Americans getting the Bivalent Booster, would mean that 84.5% of Americans would be, “Anti-Bivalent-Booster”, that’s for sure…

Now you just have to decide if in fact the Bivalent Booster is a “vaccine”, making them “Anti-Vaxxers”…

“Yes”would be truer than “no”.

Good luck proving that “no” would be truer than “yes”…

But of you are inclined to attempt it, please provide “sourced evidence”…

Like this…

“…bivalent booster; only 15.5% of the U.S. population has received the bivalent booster…”

That means that those who have chosen to get the Bivalent Booster, have been outnumbered by over 5 to 1…

You might want to reconsider the significance of Americans overall negative evaluation of the wisdom of the Bivalent Booster.

It has been rejected by five times as many Americans as it has been injected into…

It has also been rejected by roughly 150% as many of those elderly who it was injected into…

Meaning that those who got injected with it are either in the minority, or they are in the vast minority…

Food for thought…

As usual, poor slanted journalism has been a source of anti vaxxer misinformation. Although it is hard to tell from that linked article, all this means is that the government will not buy and stock the boosters for free. Mostly because they were not being utilized en masse anyway. And those uless likely to get very sick from covid or spread it to others who are vulnerable don’t derive much benefit from them as they do from the initial series. But all are still urged to get the original series.

“However, a spokesperson for the agency, which oversees infectious disease response in the United Kingdom, told The Associated Press that boosters are “definitely not being banned” and described as “nonsense” the claims the United Kingdom is banning them for people under 50. ”

I mean, we live in a pretty extremely deprived area from a medical services perspective. Do you really believe that inconvenience explains the 120 million+ decline in booster uptake?

My parents both see their Dr’s regularly. They are both done getting boosters based on what they believe are adverse events they’ve experienced/observed. I’d bet $100 they’ll both still vote Biden on 2024. It seems like a lot of people are seeing things that concern them

Thanks for digging up some hard numbers. So that leaves about 32% who aren’t intending to get it. I noticed the article didn’t explain why. I also noticed that even though 67% said they intended to, less than 30% actually did within a month. Even after all their confusion was cleared up. Seems like their might be some bias of people telling the surveyor what they think they’re supposed to say instead of what they honestly think.

But even taking the survey results at face value. That leaves us with something like 40 million Americans who have decided to stop taking the advice of public health on this topic for some reason over the last two years. That’s a pretty significant shift of attitude from a portion of the population bigger than the whole state of California.

I am sure you can factor in all the misinformation that was put out..IE:
Sports people dropping like flies etc. etc. etc.

“From Nov. 1 to Dec. 5, Australian researchers collected more than half a million conspiratorial and misleading English-language tweets about Covid, using terms such as “deep state,” “hoax” and “bioweapon.” The tweets drew more than 1.6 million likes and 580,000 retweets.
The researchers said the volume of toxic material surged late last month with the release of a film that included baseless claims that Covid vaccines set off “the greatest orchestrated die-off in the history of the world.”

So you’re saying that public health agencies have such low levels of public trust or are so poor at communicating to the public that tens of millions of people ignore their advice and choose to listen to random internet stories instead?

The public trust failures of various public health agencies must play some role, but I’m not convinced it’s that large. Although the poll data Kym shared certainly indicates that they’ve failed miserably at communicating the qualification criteria to people.

I’m guessing a number of them just don’t think covid is a serious risk anymore. I’ve seen in my own circle that some people no longer trust the boosters to be useful/are worried about side effects. There are also, obviously, some number of people who experienced side effects themselves. There’s probably a lot of apathy in the mix too.

A poll could be interesting. I think we can bet there are 10 million, at least, people in each of those groups.

Its a risk assessment everyone needs to make for themselves.

Unfortunately, there has been a big push to categorically shut down discussions of the actual rates of adverse vaccination outcomes and a general trend of overstating the risks associated with infection.

That’s the type of public trust violations that ruins faith in the statements from public health agencies.

Remember when the Pentagon confirmed the US partnered w/46 Ukrainian Bioweapon labs?

And Hunter Biden secured millions for 1 of the labs – Metabiota?

Well now we have a 2/24/22 letter from Zelensky ordering the destruction of all gov’t files for Metabiota

I’m sure it’s nothing https://t.co/KUZhgcHPoc
And an attempted coverup? See documentation

Well, for one, right here in the good ole USA…

That’s where it all began…

https://www.technologyreview.com/2021/06/29/1027290/gain-of-function-risky-bat-virus-engineering-links-america-to-wuhan/

“Baric asked Shi if he could have the genetic data for SHC014. “She was gracious enough to send us those sequences almost immediately,” he says. His team introduced the virus modified with that code into mice and into a petri dish of human airway cells. Sure enough, the chimera exhibited “robust replication” in the human cells—evidence that nature was full of coronaviruses ready to leap directly to people.”

“While Baric’s study was in progress, the National Institutes of Health announced that it would temporarily halt funding for “gain of function” research—experiments that make already dangerous viruses more virulent or transmissible—on SARS, MERS (which is also caused by a coronavirus), and influenza until the safety of such research could be assessed. The announcement brought Baric’s work to a standstill.”

“-Ralph Baric, University of North Carolina
Baric asked Shi if he could have the genetic data for SHC014.

“Baric was a legend in the field, but no matter how many safety precautions are taken, there is always a chance that a never-before-seen virus can escape and trigger an outbreak. Baric felt that the extreme measures he took in the lab minimized the risk, and in fact made his work categorically different from the high-risk influenza work the NIH had been targeting. He also felt that his research was urgent: new cases of MERS, spread by camels, were even then popping up in the Middle East. Eventually the NIH agreed, waving him forward.”

His 2015 paper, “A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence,” was a tour de force, utilizing bleeding-edge genetic technology to alert the civilized world to a looming danger on its periphery. It also revived concerns about gain-of-function experiments, which Baric had known it would. In the paper, he spelled out the extra precautions he’d taken and held up the research as a test case. “The potential to prepare for and mitigate future outbreaks must be weighed against the risk of creating more dangerous pathogens,” he wrote. “Scientific review panels may deem similar studies building chimeric viruses based on circulating strains too risky to pursue.”

The NIH decided the risk was worth it. In a potentially fateful decision, it funded work similar to Baric’s at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which soon used its own reverse-genetics technology to make numerous coronavirus chimeras.

Unnoticed by most, however, was a key difference that significantly shifted the risk calculation. The Chinese work was carried out at biosafety level 2 (BSL-2), a much lower tier than Baric’s BSL-3+.

What caused the covid-19 pandemic remains uncertain, and Shi says her lab never encountered the SARS-CoV-2 virus before the Wuhan outbreak. But now that US officials have said the possibility of a lab accident needs to be investigated, the spotlight has fallen on American funding of the Wuhan lab’s less safe research. Todaya chorus of scientists, including Baric, are coming forward to say this was a misstep. Even if there is no link to covid-19, allowing work on potentially dangerous bat viruses at BSL-2 is “an actual scandal,” says Michael Lin, a bioengineer at Stanford University. ”

Will you try ALL the deworming medications, pre- worm-“emergence”…???

(It means, even if you don’t have worms…???)

You know, take ALL the deworming medications, “just in case” you “might” get worms…

Like taking ALL the jabs “just in case” you get Covid…???

Are you gonna get chemo, and radiation, just in case you might someday get cancer…???

Assuming you are an adult, you could always get all your teeth pulled, just so you don’t get any more cavities…

Unlike the jabs, that would at least be 100% effective…

Right, so don’t have smoke alarms, don’t wear seatbelts, don’t slow down on icy roads, don’t get a tetanus vaccine or the ones for numerous other diseases. Bit by a rabid animal don’t get rabies shot.
The list goes on and on
“just in case”you hadn’t noticed..

Yeah … but meh. That dude has some good stuff … and some iffy stuff. For example, he co-cooked up a fad diet thing, they gave it their own name. But it’s just a Mediterranean style diet thing, which is great, except they cut the carbs out, Mediterranean folks laughing (like cut pasta and bread? no way!).
(In 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and before there were any approved vaccines for COVID-19, [MIT dude] Malhotra published a book[11] claiming that following his dietary advice could grant “metabolic optimization” which would, in 21 days, decrease the risk of viral infection. [Buy My Book!].  David Gorski criticized the book[1] because the biggest single risk factor for COVID-19 infection is age, which people cannot change. Gorski said that while Malhotra had a germ of a good point and that it was undeniable that losing weight for someone who is obese would reduce their risk of complications, the claims about the book were massively exaggerated and there was no specific evidence for the impact of lifestyle recommendations on the risk of COVID-19 or that Malhotra’s version of a healthy diet was better or worse than any other healthy lifestyle recommendation. – wiki)

I just soldiered through a bought of “upper GI covid”. We don’t know if it was a covid specific virus… just tested positive on the common antigen nasal swabs. Anyway..this flu won’t let you hold down anything..or if you hold it down..it won’t stay in. Dehydration is the problem. Later.. got a prescription anti nausea…like they give chemo patients..and my body fought back. I went to long without the anti nausea drug… 4 days. Anyway.. I can’t smell or taste the food much..but that will pass. I’m non mRNA… just natural immunity.

There have been hospital intake cases here from the same bug…. and mostly the dehydration portion was the cause of the medical emergency.

I feel better, thank you for your good wishes.

So..it was probably a covid mutation… just based on diagnosed cases in the area. Anyway..the key is to stop the nausea. Apparently..if you take in water..then throw it up… you donate some electrolytes every time. Then.. you run out of the nerve operation minerals… cramps… weakness..all that.
The problem symptom I had is you could drink a 32 ounce electrolyte sports drink…and it would leave 8 ounces at a time just how it went in.
So.. an anti nausia prescription is key. For some people CBD and other natural methods may work well. I took a pharmeceutical… a chemo nausea drug. Worked great. I also did the Zelenko protocol for inflamation/flu… zinc, z querecitn, d3, c, ivermicitn. My lungs stayed clear of the flu…and at the worst..no harm was done by that treatment. Again..it was hard to keep anything down… some of it was absorbed.

All better now.

https://www.technologyreview.com/2023/01/19/1067092/crispr-alligator-gene-catfish/

The alligator gene, which Dunham’s research turned up as a potential answer, codes for a protein called cathelicidin. The protein is antimicrobial, says Dunham—it’s thought to help protect alligators from developing infections in the wounds they sustain during their aggressive fights with each other. Dunham wondered whether animals that have the gene artificially inserted into their genomes might be more resistant to diseases.
Dunham and his colleagues also wanted to go a step further and ensure that the resulting transgenic fish couldn’t reproduce. That’s because genetically modified animals have the potential to wreak havoc in the wild should they escape from farms, outcompeting their wild counterparts for food and habitat.
Transgenic survivorsDunham, Baofeng Su (also at Auburn University), and their colleagues used the gene-editing tool CRISPR to insert the alligator gene for cathelicidin into the part of the genome that codes for an important reproductive hormone, “to try to kill two birds with one stone,” says Dunham. Without the hormone, fish are unable to spawn.
The resulting fish do seem to be more resistant to infections. When the researchers put two different types of disease-causing bacteria in water tanks, they found that gene-edited fish were much more likely to survive than their counterparts that had not undergone gene editing. Depending on the infection, “the survival rate of the cathelicidin transgenic fish was between two- and five-fold higher,” says Dunham.

The transgenic fish are also sterile and can’t reproduce unless they are injected with reproductive hormones, say the researchers, who published their findings online at the preprint server bioRxiv. The paper has not yet been peer-reviewed.

These people are in for a big surprise when they run across one of those genetically modified catfish.

What is Noodling? Simply put, noodling involves finding a Catfish hiding underwater, sticking your arm in its mouth, and dragging it out of the water with your bare hands. You use your own fingers as bait and the Catfish’s bite as the hook.

World Leaders Promote GMOs While They Eat Organic! If world leaders are promoting genetic but eating organic it means they are aware of the health dangers of processed foods in general and genetically modified foods in particular. The question is why have their knowledge of these dangers not trickled to their conscious minds in agreeing to sign detrimental policies to the foods that ordinary people end up eating.
⇒President Obama eats organic and the First Lady Michelle Obama makes sure all vegetables are grown inhouse or bought from suppliers who grow organic. President Obama overrode the USA Supreme Court to allow GM alfalfa and sugar beets.
⇒President George Bush and family eats ONLY organic
⇒President Bill Clinton insists on an organic diet with grass-fed beef (Walter Scheib, executive chef White House personal honor of serving two unique and interesting first families, but the professional challenge of fulfilling Hillary Clinton’s mandate of bringing contemporary American cuisine and nutritionally responsible food to the White House.”)
⇒Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney eats only organic.
⇒The British Prime Minister David Cameron’s food his wife Samantha ensures comes from Daylesford Farm Shop, a resolutely organic store that proudly never stocks GM foods and sells organic vegetables, meat, baked goods and dairy products produced on the farm.

FOUR BASIC ELEMENTS:
♦Multinational corporations purchase controlling interests in various national outputs (harvests and raw materials), and ancillary industries, of developed industrial western nations. {example}
♦The Multinational Corporations making the purchases are underwritten by massive global financial institutions, multinational banks. (*note* in China it is the communist government underwriting the purchase)
♦The Multinational Banks and the Multinational Corporations then utilize lobbying interests to manipulate the internal political policy of the targeted nation state(s).
♦With control over the targeted national industry or interest, the multinationals then leverage export of the national asset (exfiltration) through trade agreements structured to the benefit of lesser developed nation states – where they have previously established a proactive financial footprint.
For three decades economic “globalism” has advanced, quickly. Everyone accepts this statement, yet few actually stop to ask who and what are behind this – and why?

We live in a veritable cornucopia. Our region does not need to rely on multinational food giants.

Support your local farmers, especially grain producers and holistically minded ranchers. Grow some of your own for the psycho/spiritual benefit. And begin to explore the abundant wild foods left to us from the prior land managers.

We can remove a lot of our dependence on vulnerable centralized systems.

How quickly does COVID immunity fade? What scientists know.
Vaccination, infection with SARS-CoV-2 and a combination of both provide varying degrees of protection.

New evidence suggests that ‘hybrid’ immunity, the result of both vaccination and a bout of COVID-19, can provide partial protection against reinfection for at least eight months1. It also offers greater than 95% protection against severe disease or hospitalization for between six months and a year after an infection or vaccination, according to estimates from a meta-analysis2. Immunity acquired by booster vaccination alone seems to fade somewhat faster.

This winter’s U.S. COVID surge is fading fast, likely thanks to a ‘wall’ of immunity.

Infections, hospitalizations and deaths did increase in the U.S. after New Year’s. But the number of people catching the virus and getting hospitalized and dying from COVID soon started to fall again and have all been dropping now for weeks, according to the latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

  • A New York man pleaded guilty Wednesday to leaving threatening voicemails for GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.
  • Joseph F. Morelli, 51, called Taylor Greene’s office from his Endicott home and threatened to hurt her, prosecutors say.
  • Morelli — who dared the lawmaker to press charges — now faces up to 5 years in prison.

A New York man who pleaded guilty Wednesday to leaving threatening voicemails for right-wing GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene dared her to press charges and even spelled out his full name and left his phone number on one of the menacing calls, federal prosecutors say.
Joseph F. Morelli, 51, admitted that he called Greene’s office three times from his Endicott home on March 3, 2022, according to the US Attorney’s Office in New York.
According to court records, Morelli pled guilty to three counts of interstate threatening communications. He also identified himself in the voicemails in federal court.
Prosecutors say Morelli admitted he left Greene a voicemail saying, “I’m gonna have to take your life into my own hands… I’m gonna hurt you. Physically, I’m gonna harm you.”
According to the feds, Morelli admitted he said in another voicemail: “You promote violence, and I think as a true patriot and humanitarian and human being, I think I’m gonna have to show you, to your face, right up front, what violence truly is and I don’t think you’re gonna like it.”
At one point, Morelli even spelled out his name and told Greene’s office where he lived, according to court records.

Who is watching the ones that are supposed to be watching the watchers…???

https://ktla.com/news/california/california-nursing-board-falsified-records-on-investigations-into-allegations-against-nurses-report/

“The California board that regulates the nursing industry falsified its records to make it appear it was properly investigating allegations made against the state’s nurses, including serious complaints such as patient harm that can lead to nurses losing their licenses.”

“That was revealed in a scathing new report on Tuesday from the California State Auditor, who in 2016 found the board was slow to assign and review complaints that ranged from medical misconduct to the death of a toddler. The audit directed the board to get a move on clearing its backlog of pending investigations against nurses.”…

“In 2016, the auditor said the backlog of cases led to nurses who were a risk to patients keeping their jobs. Typically, complaints against licensed nurses can include unprofessional conduct, drug use and negligence, according to the board.”

“In one case, the board took a year and a half to assign a complaint that alleged a nurse caused the death of a toddler by giving the wrong dosage of a medication. The nurse was allowed to practice for over three years while the complaint was being processed.”

Wait, that’s what really happened, Xi leisurely drifted across three ICBM bases and the stealth strategic bomber base in Missouri, uploading spy data continuously, then sank it in the Atlantic. What a national embarrassment!

Just Googled this. Can be translated into Chinese.

The current ICBM force consists of Minuteman III missiles located at the 90th Missile Wing at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming; the 341st Missile Wing at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana; and the 91st Missile Wing at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.

Do people seriously think you can install missile silos and keep it a secret? I am sure somebody is going to notice.

Michael Shellenberger takes Hunter Biden APART for demanding his dad’s DOJ investigate whistleblower

Posted at 2:36 pm on February 3, 2023

Nobody ever accused Hunter Biden of being that smart … well, except his dad.
What exactly does Hunter think will happen if they go after the whistleblower? It only makes Hunter look worse, and that he’s trying to use his dad’s DOJ to make it happen kinda sorta totally proves corruption and abuse of power.

Just sayin’.
Michael Shellenberger of course said it far better in a thread:

Feb 4 (Reuters) – A federal law prohibiting marijuana users from possessing firearms is unconstitutional, a federal judge in Oklahoma has concluded, citing last year’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling that significantly expanded gun rights.

U.S. District Judge Patrick Wyrick, an appointee of former Republican President Donald Trump in Oklahoma City, on Friday dismissed an indictment against a man charged in August with violating that ban, saying it infringed his right to bear arms under the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment.

Protect yourself against the next Chinese ballon attack.

A poor man’s Faraday shield room can be made inside a house by lining a small closet with heavy-duty aluminum foil, covering all four walls, the floor, the ceiling, and the inside of the door. Overlap and tape the seams using either conductive or regular cellophane tape.

If it was right for Biden to shoot down the Chinese spy balloon then wouldn’t it have been immensely better to have shot it down when it first entered US sovereign territory in Alaska instead of allowing it to transmit surveillance data crossing the US for a week? The damage was done then shot down for meaningless optics.

I’ve seen unattributed reports to that effect and several denials by Trump administration officials. If it happened during past administrationsthen I trust we’ll see those photos. Simply more anti-vaccine porn…

“ Pointing to the fact that GBS is “an extremely rare” side effect of the COVID vaccine, Putrino said the new warning shouldn’t affect someone’s decision to get vaccinated. “The benefit of being vaccinated still far outweighs the risk of GBS from the vaccine,” Putrino said.

Dr. Kolson agreed: “This risk is very, very low, and the benefit of the vaccine in preventing COVID and its complications is huge”

US media whips up anti-Chinese hysteria over balloon flight………..
..

Over the past four days, the American population has been subjected to a barrage of war propaganda over the claim that China sent a huge balloon visible to the naked eye to spy on US nuclear bases.

The media machine is operating at full throttle. Since the balloon’s existence was publicly announced last week, breathless coverage has provided minute-by-minute updates on the progress of the floating white balloon as it slowly traversed across the continental United States. The story led every newspaper for days, was the first item on the evening news broadcasts, and dominated the 24-hour cable news networks.

CBS News finds children mining cobalt for batteries in the Congo
March 5, 2018 / 7:40 AM / CBS News

A CBS News investigation has found child labor being used in the dangerous mining of cobalt in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The mineral cobalt is used in virtually all batteries in common devices, including cellphones, laptops and even electric vehicles.
A report by Amnesty International first revealed that cobalt mined by children was ending up in products from several companies, including Apple, Microsoft, Tesla and Samsung.
CBS News traveled to the DRC to follow the complex supply chain. As CBS News correspondent Debora Patta reports, it’s been two years since that damning Amnesty report was published, but the DRC is a country embattled in conflict, and it is difficult and sometimes dangerous to report from there.

On a recent trip to the southern part of the country, CBS News found what looked like the Wild West. There were children digging in trenches and laboring in lakes — hunting for treasure in a playground from hell.
The work is hard enough for an adult man, but it is unthinkable for a child. Yet tens of thousands of Congolese kids are involved in every stage of mining for cobalt. The latest research by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) estimates 40,000 children are working in DRC mines.
More than half of the world’s supply of cobalt comes from the DRC, and 20 percent of that is mined by hand, according to Darton Commodities Ltd., a London-based research company that specializes in cobalt.
comment image#Children are seen washing cobalt in a lake at a mine in the southern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. CBS News
Patta and her team traveled along collapsing dirt roads and saw children everywhere, digging for cobalt among abandoned open pit mines. It was clear that security officials in charge there — only some of them in uniforms — have something to hide.
There’s such sensitivity around cobalt mining in the DRC that every few hundred feet the CBS News team was stopped, with security personnel requesting letters and documentation, even though we had official permission to be there.
But for the Chinese middlemen who buy the cobalt, there were no such constraints; they have free access.
In the mines, women and children help with the so-called artisanal mining, but don’t be fooled — it is no quaint cottage industry. At barely 10 years old, children lug heavy sacks of cobalt to be washed in rivers. From as early as four, they can pick it out of a pile.
Even those too young to work — dust-covered infants clinging to their mothers and playing on the dirty ground — spend much of the day breathing in toxic fumes.

If those were the choices and the election were today, the poll suggests it could be close: Among all adults, 48 percent support Donald Trump and 44 percent are for Biden; it’s a similar 48-45 percent among registered voters. The differences are within the poll’s margin of sampling error.

Each American taxpayer owes a quarter million dollars of the national debt under current Biden administration and Biden is planning on adding to the debt for each of us rapidly, each and every year going forward. How long can Joe continue doing this to America until he sends us into economic collapse, endless hyper Bidenflation, skyhigh interest rates that drive interest expense on our debt above a trillion a year making it nearly impossible to fund essential domestic and defense programs, until new American debt is so risky that no one will buy it, and then… things get even worse.

Nope, more BS unless you have proof of that quarter million dollar amount.

. President Biden’s predecessor passed a nearly $2 trillion unpaid for tax cut with benefits skewed to the wealthy and large corporations, and the deficit went up every single year under his watch. Under President Biden, the deficit has fallen by $1.7 trillion, and his reforms to take on Big Pharma, lower prescription drug costs, and make the wealthy and large corporations pay their fair share will reduce the deficit by hundreds of billions more.
