The transition to New World Order, the Great Reset, includes the covid pathway to greater surveillance and government control so was it really an accident?

Oh so we are back to posting irrelevant memes? Good I have lots.

Let me throw in the word Covid to make it legitimate.

Lighting backfires is proven to work. Thanks for helping.
You get ashes when the fire is out. That is the point.
And I see two other commentators who are also referring to his meme.
Ain’t just me…

And worse? Why is mine worse?

The purpose of a backfire is to stop a fire by depriving it of fuel. Have you noticed any lessening of the partisan rhetoric fuel or is it just adding fuel? At least Giant Squirrel’s post is an attack on an idea disliked. Your’s was an attack on people disliked.

And why it’s worse is the same reason murder by cop or pedophilia by a teacher is worse than that committed by others. The crime is just as bad but it adds a breaking of trust too. If the response is that a humanist has as much right to hate other humans as any racist, that makes humanism a failure.

Really? “And why it’s worse is the same reason murder by cop or pedophilia by a teacher is worse than that committed by others”
I didn’t realize there was degrees of worseness for those things..
SMH
And the point isn’t to lessen rhetoric it’s to stop taking up bandwidth with irrelevant memes.

Really? I had a screen shot related to an article removed because I was taking up space in an emergency. Actually the whole article got removed.
Guess the emergency is over.
I would really like to see some consistency on what’s allowed and what’s not allowed.

My post wasn’t in a weather related article. It was a regular County Covid report report. And it was a screen shot.
I keep my memes to one per article .
I felt that was unfair to delete my post. But what ever.
You clarified matters.

And least he has quit with the endless political memes. That’s something I guess.
But what about screenshots? Are they really necessary?
Can you also clarify that?
Thank you..

“And added a link to screen shots.”

That is your mistake, along with any other conclusion you have incorrectly jumped to, after it, based on your initial incorrect assumption.

The untruth would not be mine, I hope you realize.

Confirm it if you must. Please do.

But please stop repeating it.

You are repeatedly making an inappropriate insinuation.

Who has run the comment section is a bunch of partisan hacks who want to rant about the most asinine aspects of contemporary federal politics. It’s boring, and an honest reading is evidence enough to note that both primary parties in this country do not serve the interest of the people at large and are only interested I’m serving their corporate donors.

Moronic political posts dominate every comment section. You’re offended by the ones you don’t agree with because you mistake your opinion for objective truth. Stupid political takes are trolling. There is no possibly productive outcome to sharing them in this forum. Everyone who posts the. Endlessly is engaged in trolling. Kym has decided to tolerate yhst behavior and doesn’t seem to be any more strict with one flavor of spam than the other.

68% MORE infections were shown to have occured with the new bivalent booster, compared to the original booster, in previously uninfected individuals. (3.2% vs 1.9%)

This information was withheld from the vaccine advisory group.

The vaccine manufacturer declined to mention it during the meeting.

So far, the vaccine manufacturer, has declined to release the corresponding results of the clinical trials…

What’s not to trust…???

https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/11/health/moderna-bivalent-transparency/index.html

Is that why we have…

TWO NEW DEATHS, 5 NEW HOSPITALIZATIONS, [102 cases]…???

Why did they conceal the clinical trials that showed the new Biden Bivalent Booster resulted in increased infections 68.4% higher than the original booster…
(Infections actually increased to 3.2% from 1.9%)

“What’s not to trust…???k The motivations in framing the issues in such dramatic terms?
Apparently ignoring the part of the article that said “The six FDA and CDC advisers interviewed by CNN said that this infection data wouldn’t have changed how they voted, because the data had such limitations, but it still should have been presented to them.” The left out study was small, not double blind and not directed to the topic. There were 16 total new infections out of hundreds of participants. In such small numbers one person changes the percentages dramatically but maybe not in statistically useful way.

But the advisory panel was right to complain about it only being presented later than the meeting. For they have the expertise to be able to judge and should have been given the opportunity even if the study was of dubious value. While the experise of the people making comments is truly non existent.

Who ever heard of a vice president being so damn sloppy with TOP SECRET, CLASSIFIED US Documents…???

Its one thing for a president to do, it’s quite another for a vice president to have done…

I wonder if the previous commenters that just dismissed Biden’s untrustworthy security issues as being merely absent mindedness, are beginning to think twice about defending such a crooked douchebag…???

It seems as though the first Top Secret Classified documents that Biden had kept inappropriately we’re just the top of the iceberg…

Biden had them scattered hither and yon…

What a typical Democratic hypocrite.

Does he even have any idea of which flag he is supposed to be representing…???

It sure doesn’t seem like it

He is starting to to sound more and more like a damn double crossing traitor every damn day…

They need to search every where he has been for as long as he has had access to classified information.

December 2, 2022

See where it says, “President Biden”…???

See where it says “he responded by invoking the specter of World War III”…???

After having said that…

How do you figure Biden providing $Tens of Billion s of deadly weapons in a conflict with Russia isn’t dangerous…???

Many think social media companies only censored “vaccine misinformation.” But a recently-released email shows Facebook reassuring the White House that they were censoring “often-true content” that “does not contain actionable misinformation” but was “discouraging vaccines.” https://t.co/u2McUIviaM
That’s unconstitutional, those government employees involved need to be prosecuted

My lord, this article is about 2 people dying and 5 in the hospital. For all the family and friends I wish you the best. Hopefully speedy recovery, my daughter has long covid now and her respiratory and lungs haven’t cleared up 3 months later. I read all the comments, waste of time, and failed to see any that referenced the actual article. Squirrel is like that character in Ice Age, singularly focused on the nut he can’t crack, oblivious to all around him, factual or not.

Researchers are now hoping modified mRNA could be used to instruct heart cells to repair themselves after a heart attack. A preliminary mouse model shed light on the potential, with findings presented April 30 at Frontiers in CardioVascular Biomedicine 2022, a scientific congress of the European Society of Cardiology.

Trump Claims That Biden Having Classified Documents Is Worse Because He Reads.

PALM BEACH (The Borowitz Report)—Donald J. Trump alleged that President Biden’s possession of classified documents from his Vice-Presidency is “way worse” than his own hoarding of top-secret materials at Mar-a-Lago because “Joe actually reads.”
“What would you rather have—classified documents in the hands of someone who reads, or someone who never reads?” Trump asked. “Hands down, the reader is way more dangerous.”

“The documents were located in a storage area in Biden’s garage and an adjacent room, the statement reads. Biden frequently spends weekends at the home, located in a wealthy, wooded enclave on a lake.”

“Speaking Thursday, Biden said the documents were in a “locked garage” and that he was cooperating fully with the Department of Justice.”

” “It’s not like they’re sitting out on the street,” he insisted when a reported asked why he was storing classified material next to a sports car.” ”

What was the adjacent room, and was it locked?

WASHINGTON, D.C. — After another trove of classified documents was found at Biden’s residence, Biden defended himself by claiming he is unaware of any classified documents, or who he is, or why he’s sitting in an oval-shaped office.

“Seriously Jill, what’s going on here? This isn’t a joke!” cried an outraged Biden to a nearby potted plant that looked somewhat like Jill Biden. “Why is everyone asking me about documents? What kind of an office has walls with no corners? WHERE IS BARACK?!”

Aides then began their morning ritual of briefing the President on the details of the scandal as well as the scheduled meetings for the day and who Joe Biden is. “Sir, they found more documents in locked in your garage,” said one advisor. “Are there any other documents we should know about?”

“…Sir? What is that you have in your hand? Sir?”

Aides then tackled the President and pried a piece of paper marked “Top Secret” out of his hand just as he attempted to stuff the whole thing in his mouth.

At publishing time, the scandal erupted again after Biden was seen blowing his nose into another classified document.

Babylon Bee

Now 3rd batch of Biden purloined national secret documents reported. Imagine how many more he left behind somewhere or threw out with the trash. Special Counsel is needed for Special Criminals, looks like Biden and Trump both barred from running for office if, as they say, mere possession of classified documents is a felony

@QasimRashid
The Missouri GOP is trying to pass state House rules that ban women from the right to bare arms.

No, literally, they’re trying to ensure women don’t show their bare arms. This is your part of “small government.”

And FYI the Missouri GOP banning women from showing their bare arms isn’t a sign of Shariah or Taliban—it’s a sign of right wing “Christian” extremism in the U.S. Govt.

Stop deflecting extremism in America as something foreign. It’s 100% American. Admit it. Own it. Work to stop it.

The only thing I could find on this man’s accuracy.

https://www.politifact.com/personalities/qasim-rashid/

However this lead to a surprising delve into Missouri state politics. Seems there was a Missouri State legislator who decided to wear overalls while attending a session in an inter Republican party “dust up.” He was chastised for violating decorum on the floor if the senate for doing so. And is now sorry for it. Seems there is a Missouri legislature dress code for men that refers to business attire including jackets and a tie. He thought it was fun to put the jacket over overalls.

Then a woman member of the same body wanted to clarify that “proper attire” was similar for women. “The new dress code for women says: “Proper attire for women shall be business attire, including jackets worn with dresses, skirts, or slacks, and dress shoes or boots.”” Both codes refer to a jacket but the women’s includes a cardigan as the same as a jacket.

I’d say that Mr. Rashid’s interpretation of this as some sort of misogyny shows him to be a rabid partisan idiot. Apparently an idiot though with a following.

I posted a comment with links but it’s not showing. But here the gist of it. Contrary to Mr. Rashid’s spin, what happened was a GOP member in the Missouri legislature in a spat with other GOP members decided to meet the dress code for floor meeting by wearing overall s under the required jacket and tie. The party leader took exception to it, took away the offender’s committee seats. The member backed down and apologized.
A female member then amended the dress code for women to make sure it matched the code for the men but added a cardigan was suitable as a jacket. There was no misogyny except in Mr. Rashid’s and his followers’ minds. He’s a foolish partisan whose connection to facts is tenuous at best. To repeat his nonsense with extra outrage added without having bothered to check it out is exactly what is wrong with this insane level of carelessness in posting comments. Apparently no one cares as long as the inaccuracies support their agenda.

You assumed I added to his post. I did not. But I won’t fault you for that.

That last paragraph was what interested. me. I didn’t take the bare arms thing seriously.
The last paragraph is accurate and was what my “agenda” was about.

I did find this. Seems there was some push back about it.

Michael Beschloss, a “presidential historian” with no history degree and a dependable virtue-signaling Democrat party groupie, suggested that Trump deserved the death penalty for retaining classified documents. Former CIA Director Michael Hayden, who has been accused of lying to Congress, agreed, saying, “sounds about right.” CNN’s Laura Coates, atypically at a loss for words, said she simply does not know what to say about “the seriousness of [Trump’s] threats to national security.” Carl Bernstein, who was fortunate to be standing beside Bob Woodward when the latter brought down Nixon, said that Trump “has played fast and loose with American national security.” Nicole Wallace, who used to pretend to be a Republican until MSNBC made her an offer she couldn’t refuse, described the situation as a national security crisis. Joy Reid of MSNBC was deeply upset with the “extreme risk Trump was willing to take with our national security” and so on. Biden himself, prompted by Pelly’s invitation to trash Trump, was very clear that there could be no excuse whatsoever for a president’s taking classified documents when they left office.
Quite surprisingly, once Biden was found in possession of classified and top-secret documents, all sorts of excuses have suddenly materialized.

Declassification authority is defined in Section 6.1(l) of E.O. 13292. It is granted to: “(1) the official who authorized the original classification…; (2) the originator’s current successor in function; (3) a supervisory official of either; or (4) officials delegated declassification authority in writing by the agency head or the senior agency official.”

So the Vice President has authority to declassify anything that he himself classified. He also clearly has authority to declassify anything generated in the Office of the Vice President, which he supervises.
Google-

So more than likely Joe already declassified them and forgot..

Or, more likely, Joe was bumbling around behind The Divider In Chief and to get him out from underfoot, Barry handed him a stack of papers and said, “Hang onto these for me, Joe.” As Barry lit up a cigarette and continued his conversation with Louis Farrakhan, Joe forgot why and where he was in the first place and shuffled off to the West Wing. Joe threw the stack of papers on his desk, grabbed an Ensure from the fridge and furrowed his brow when he saw deposit slips from Ukraine and China in a folder on his desk. A spark lit in the old man’s eyes and he smiled as he tallied the amounts in a ledger. One of his aides noticed the spark and said into a mouthpiece on his lapel that “the VP is somewhat lucid this afternoon” and called for a ride to Wilmington. As he left the West Wing, he grabbed the papers Barry had given him and thought to himself, “These must be some of Hunter’s test papers from school with all the red markings on them. Hope he passed this semester.” He then got into his chauffeured vehicle and rode home to Wilmington. One of his aides, seeing some documents marked “CLASSIFIED” on the seat of the executive sedan after another aide had guided Biden into the house, took the papers into the safe room in the garage, placed them on the shelf next to Hunter’s backup hard drives and locked the vault door. As the aide entered the kitchen from the garage he heard the Vice President’s wife ask Joe if he needed to be changed and that he could have ice cream while he watched his favorite movie, the silent film, “Birth of a Nation”.

Just another normal night in a day in the life of the Vice President of the US from 2008-2016.

Does it…???

One such comment could be maybe written off as satire, without indicating it as such…

Repetitive such comments, without indicating they are satire, written off as merely satire, not so much…

And satire, phrased as questions?

What is that… Jeopardy Satire…???

I’ve read a lot of grey fox’s comments…

The discovery of the first batch of classified documents was a breach because Biden’s aides had no security clearance. Ideally, DOJ officials with the appropriate authorities should have taken over the search for the remaining classified documents. But that didn’t happen, instead, Biden’s aides with no clearance continue with their search. Hopefully, Hur will probe into this as well.
But there are other matters connected to these revelations that also deserve to be separately probed.
First is the delay in the announcement.
The documents were discovered on Nov. 2, 2022, yet the announcement of this discovery was made only this week, which is two months after the incident occurred.
This delay in the announcement caused a delay in the appointment of the special counsel. It probably gave Biden’s aides ample time to destroy evidence.
The probe must find out who authorized the suppression of key information that could have hurt the Democrats during the 2022 midterms, i.e., who interfered in the elections.

Fact check: No proof of link between Bills player Damar Hamlin’s cardiac arrest, COVID-19 vaccine.

Hamlin’s agent told USA TODAY there is no known link between the COVID-19 vaccine and the athlete’s injury, calling the baseless claim “ridiculous.” Multiple medical experts also said it is unlikely the vaccine caused Hamlin’s cardiac arrest, given the long history of cardiac issues in other athletes predating the COVID-19 vaccines.

Basically the same code for men and women. Someone may object to a dress code at all but it’s not extremism, Christian or otherwise. And according to the Post article, they settled on “The state House eventually approved a modified version of Kelley’s proposal, which allows for cardigans as well as jackets, but still requires women’s arms to be concealed.” Which matches pretty well the men’s dress code.
There was zero reason to call it sexist except for the delight in echoing stupid spin. I nevercaccused you of adding to the tweet. It was bad enough just to repeat the nonsense.

BTW The first link works fine for me. But here is some of the rest of the info that was used to say his tweet was “mostly false” – “But the tweets are misleading and omit a significant fact: This proposed legislation is more than a year old and died in committee. We found no evidence that it has been reintroduced — the legislature is adjourned — nor did we find any evidence that it’s supported by Republican leaders in the legislature.

Multiple posting was simply a mistake. But it does give me an opportunity to say why I found your repeating that absurd tweet so irritating. Just like I find the anti vaxxer absurdity so irritating.

Using this space to repeat someone else’s viewpoint that is not relevant, expert or insightful just because you like its hatefulness is beyond just irritating. So many commenters never seem to ask themselves “Is that right?” before posting as long as it gives the opportunity to vent their spite online. If it sounds appealing, they ignore its stupidity.

Of course there is such a thing as Christian extremism, just like there is such a thing as Muslim, humanist, feminist, macho, conservative, environmentalism, just-about-everything extremism. It proves nothing. Anti vaxxers do that- raising every inconsistency as if it negates the good. Raising such issues deliberately prevents finding common ground. It’s like people are infatuated with divisiveness to the point that it has become a national disease. Like they rather argue about what they don’t like than achieve something something. Like they will physically explode if they admit the opposite view has a valid point.

You know what makes for common good? It’s the common part of it. That people have agreed to some policy, action or regulation because they find it accomplishes something good despite not being perfect. And it takes a mightily self controlled person to still want that good despite being insulted or abused.

So if these documents were removed when Biden left office, where were they in the prior year and were they moved repeatedly before they ended up in the Washington office? This does not appear to be a “one-and-done” mistake. Rather documents may have been at various locations over a five-year period.
That’s some chain of custody — kind of like a Pennsylvania election perhaps. Where were these docs during that first year of Biden’s exile from power?
It seems logical that they weren’t at Penn, but probably closer to Biden in Washington.
What was going on in Washington around that time, during that missing year?
Well, son Hunter was busy opening an office to jointly share with a Chinese oligarch buddy of his, at a Washington complex called “The House of Sweden.,”

Definitely “moved repeatedly”, before being discovered at UPenn, as I already noted must have been the case, in the comment section 2 days ago,

https://kymkemp.com/2023/01/04/one-new-death-1-new-hospitalization-latest-covid-info-from-humboldt-county/#comment-1596489

..I reduced it way before the following article confirmed it…

https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/12/politics/biden-documents-final-days-vice-president-aides-scramble/index.html

“Many of the boxes of personal items — not deemed covered by the records requirements to submit to the National Archives — were transported from the vice president’s office to a temporary facility about one block away from the White House, run by the General Services Administration. From there, they went to another temporary office before eventually being moved to the offices of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, a think tank Biden opened in early 2018.”
________________________________________

The documents going to UPenn would have represented at least three times being moved by Biden or his assistants.

At least 3 times, not at most…

Now that Garland appointed Hur,who is Hur?

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2023/01/troubling_aspects_related_to_biden_mishandling_of_classified_documents_that_must_be_probed.html

So here is a bit about Hur.

Hur was once a special assistant to Christopher Wray when he led the Justice Department’s criminal division.
Hur then served as the top aide to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who praised Hur as a man with “experience and judgment [that] will advance our efforts to deter crime, promote the rule of law, and ensure equal justice for everyone.”
According to DOJ documents, Hur “handled, participated in, or had personal knowledge of the FBI’s relationship and communications with” Christopher Steele. Steele’s infamous dossier launched the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.
Despite the knowledge that Steele’s dossier was replete with falsehoods, Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate the Trump-Russia collusion. Mueller’s team was exclusively populated with Democrats and other varieties of Trump haters.

Hur also worked with Rosenstein on Mueller’s probe.
The Mueller probe was a political witch hunt. It lasted for nearly 2 years, cost $32 million in taxpayer funds, and probably cost the GOP the House during the 2018 midterms.
https://twitter.com/JsnFostr/status/1613657143793655844
Can we expect Hur, who seems like Rosenstein’s pupil, to be fair?
Maybe…………

Doritos To Release Multi-Colored Chips In Support Of LGBT CommunitySeptember 17, 2015 by C.M. Tenhundfeld
While they won’t be made available in stores and quickie-marts anytime soon, every person that donates at least $10 to the It Gets Better Project will receive a special edition bag.
The best part: 100 percent of the proceeds go to the foundation. Ram Krishnan, CMO of Frito-Lay said,

“Time and again, our consumers have shown us, there really is nothing bolder than being true to yourself and living life to the fullest. With Doritos Rainbows chips, we’re bringing an entirely new product experience to our consumers to show our commitment toward equal rights for the LGBT community and celebrate humanity without exception.”

From a conversation with TowleRoad, communications director of the It Gets Better Project noted,

“We’re honored to partner with the Doritos brand to celebrate the momentous progress that has been made toward equal rights for the LGBT community in this country. By utilizing the incredible reach that Doritos has throughout the world, we can give hope to the LGBT young people who need it the most. There is so much more work to be done, and together, we will inspire the LGBT community and its allies to continue the fight and embrace who they are by living a #BoldandBetter life.”

Inside the bag will be rainbow colored chips – what flavor do you think they will be?

Criminal RICO CasesFor the authorities to charge a person with a RICO violation, he must have taken part in racketeering activity related to some sort of business. This can include anything from murder or arson, to kidnapping and drug dealing. Mail and wire fraud are also crimes that fall under the criminal RICO statutes.
Crimes of this nature are “predicate” offenses, and for the authorities to charge someone under criminal RICO law, an individual must have committed two predicate crimes with the same business within a span of 10 years.

The business referred to here is a crucial element of RICO crimes. The business can be anything from a Mafia crime family to a drug cartel, but it can also be a corporation or political party. Someone charged with a criminal RICO violation faces imprisonment of 20 years and significant financial penalties.

It’s just deflecting from the truth, and trying to reframe Biden’s transgressions as Trump’s transgressions.

Which isn’t true.

Shifting tactics from the failed initial attempt at the defense of
Sloppy Joe…???

Why not just a simple, honest, truthful, acknowledgement of Biden’s repeated unacceptable behavior regarding his multiple instances of careless and illegal handling and inadequate security of Top Secret Classified information…???

Would that be being too honest?

Why try twisting the truth always…???

A new 63-page report takes a deep dive into the role of Christian nationalism in the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol and the ongoing, once-underground movement to overturn constitutional democracy in favor of government for and by conservative Christians.

The report — “Christian Nationalism and the January 6 Insurrection” — was produced by Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty and the Freedom From Religion Foundation. It includes essays by notable academic figures on topics ranging from a definition of Christian nationalism to suggested action steps to combat it..

Note: The Onion is a satirical news site. This is not true.

Kamala Harris Assures Public No One Has Given Her Single Classified Document.

WASHINGTON—Stressing that there was a “zero-percent chance” she had mishandled sensitive information, Vice President Kamala Harris assured the American public Friday that no one had given her a single classified document. “Not to look at, not even to hold—frankly, I couldn’t even tell you where they’re kept,” said Harris, who held a press conference to announce that even if she had had access to classified government documents, she wouldn’t dream in a million years of taking her work home with her, and that most of the binders in her office were empty anyway. “Please take comfort when I say I have no security clearance, on any level. My key fob doesn’t even work most days, and I have to text someone on my staff to come let me in. Yesterday, I stood outside the White House in the cold for 15 minutes before anyone came to get me.” At press time, Harris admitted that she had once taken home a roll of paper towels.

🤔🧐😉🤞

Breaking News:

More Top Secret Classified Documents discovered!

‘The Nuclear Codes Were Found Improperly Stored In One Of Biden’s Shoe Boxes’

Biden insists that no one could have breached his, “so overt it’s covert”, security system, because he’s been “keeping the lid on it”… and that he makes sure that he keeps all of the misplaced classified documents, that he has pilfered over the years, in completely different, far flung places…

In an unstable attempt to shift blame to his lazy Aides, Biden tried to pit the responsibility on the ” old loafers in his new cabinet”…

Karine Jean-Pierre reiterated Biden’s previous statement…

“As the President has previously admitted, He “takes classified information…, and classified documents…, Seriously” “…

It an unstable, contrary, attempt to “walk back” the “misstep”, she stumbled, without evidence, that in her mind, “the shoe didn’t fit”…

In one final desperate attempt to deflect, Biden insisted to Peter Doocy, that he knew nothing about any shoebox, yet in a feeble minded attempt to either discredit the Republican Congressman launching an investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, or in a self incriminating “slip of the tongue”, he declared, that the shoes in question, he was 100% sure, were in fact, “Jordan’s”…

🤔🧐😉🤞

Still in the news…

The Missouri House of Representatives proposed a bill Wednesday that would restrict women’s dress code in the state’s House, but would not tighten the dress code for men, eventually passing a version of the bill calling for women to cover their arms.
Missouri state Rep. Raychel Proudie (D) called the motion “ridiculous” while speaking on the House floor, adding, “We are fighting — again — on a woman’s right to choose something and this time is how she covers herself,” according to Heartland Signal.
“Do you know what it feels like to have a bunch of men in this room looking at your top trying to decide whether it’s appropriate or not?” state Rep. Ashley Aune (D) said on the state House floor, according to Heartland Signal, before going on to criticize the motion further as “ridiculous.

Other Democrats weighed in on Twitter: “The caucus that lost their minds over the suggestion that they should wear masks during a pandemic … is now spending its time focusing on the fine details of what women have to wear (specifically how to cover their arms) to show respect here,” state Rep. Peter Meredith tweeted.

Next will be getting those dresses below the knees and the collars more closely fitted around the neck. The Democrats showed the Republicans that they can make us all wear masks whether we liked it or not (or needed them or not… that’s open for debate, thanks to Fauci’s flip-flopping) so they’re hard pressed to provide much resistance to thos Missouri common sense dress code. Certainly a little decorum, professionalism and modesty in the chambers of legislatures nationwide is not a bad thing?

‘CDC & FDA Identify Preliminary COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signal for Persons Aged 65 Years and Older’

“Following the availability and use of the updated (bivalent) COVID-19 vaccines, CDC’s Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD), a near real-time surveillance system, met the statistical criteria to prompt additional investigation into whether there was a safety concern for ischemic stroke in people ages 65 and older who received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent. Rapid-response investigation of the signal in the VSD raised a question of whether people 65 and older who have received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent were more likely to have an ischemic stroke in the 21 days following vaccination compared with days 22-42 following vaccination.”

Fears that the Covid booster shots made by Pfizer-BioNTech may increase the risk of strokes in people aged 65 and older were not borne out by an intensive scientific investigation, federal officials said on Friday.
“It is very unlikely” that the risk is real, the officials said. They urged Americans 6 months and older to continue getting booster shots. Federal officials decided to disclose the concern and the results of their investigation despite worries that the revelation might fuel anti-vaccine sentiment.
“We believe it is important to share this information with the public,” a joint statement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration said.

Right sparky. They said myocarditis was not linked to the vaxxes last month, but this month they have to put a label on the vaxxes warning their recipients about myocarditis.

If they really knew that they were doing they would have put a warning label on it before they gave it to people.

At the end of may, 2021.

“The panel concluded that the rates of myocarditis — inflammation of the heart muscle — were not higher among people who had been vaccinated.”

https://www.cnn.com/2021/05/25/health/vaccine-myocarditis-kids/index.html

But June, 2021.

“FDA adds warning about rare heart inflammation to Pfizer, Moderna Covid vaccines

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday added a warning to patient and provider fact sheets for the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines to indicate a rare risk of heart inflammation.
For each vaccine, the fact sheets were revised to include a warning about myocarditis and pericarditis after the second dose and with the onset of symptoms within a few days after receiving the shot.”

A sitting President can’t be criminally prosecuted so what’s the purpose of the Special Counsel for Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, to obstruct Congress’ legitimate oversight role? After Hillary was given a pass on her handling of classified documents on her private server and willful destruction of evidence under subpoena, why is DOJ wasting time with Biden or Trump over lesser threats?

I came across an interesting perspective this morning. I noticed the “Manwich” image I posted last night had disappeared and I suspect that is because Grey Fox deleted some posts which more than likely deleted my replys.

But that got me to thinking about brands and logos. What I surmised this morning is the cancel culture of the left has made the advertising world much whiter. Logos, brands and trademarks no longer have POC or reference to POC.

Case in point; the cancel culture has eliminated the following logos and brands (and others):

The Washington Redskins
The Cleveland Indians
Aunt Jemima
Mrs. Butterworth
Mr. White (Cream of Wheat)
Uncle Ben’s
The Indian girl on Land O Lakes Butter
Miss Chiquita (bananas)
The Frito Bandito

The following brands and logos still remain and were never under consideration for canceling:

The Keebler Elves
Cap’n Crunch
Lucky Leprechaun
Mr. Clean
The Raider on the Las Vegas Raiders Logo
The Patriot on the New England Patriots logo
The Pillsbury Dough Boy
Chef Boyardee
Snap, Crackle and Pop

In fact, it’s amazing how many companies have a representation of a white person in their logo, brand or trademark and now, due to cancel culture, there are even less representations of POC in the advertising world then there were before. It’s almost is if the left is perpetuating a white washing of America under the guise of outrage. Was this done by design? Eliminating any reference to POC in advertising to force America and the world to see us as more white? Or did the left not think through the result of their actions and ended up with the opposite of their (supposed) intent?

Something to ponder while I settle in for a weekend of playoff football. I’ll pay more attention to the ads and try to spot the glaring omissions from our wonderful melting pot of a society.

Looking around the house, the man on the “Tapatio” bottle looks like John Austin in a Sombrero.

The bag of “Santitas” chips has a gal that looks like Natalie Wood in Latina dress.

I guess those characters are white enough for the cancel culture on the left to leave alone.

Vice Presidents can NOT declassify information and Joe Biden possessing classified docs means he stole them.

This is the 3rd place Biden’s own people are exposing his theft of classified docs.

Usually Democrats bleach, shred, and burn, why are they turning on him.

Evidence please…

That may not be completely true…

It may be wrong in this case.

And it certainly may not be relevant with these documents.

I did a little research and what I found was that Vice Presidents can only declassify information that they themselves have classified.

So, if that holds true, then Biden could only declassify them if he was the one that Classified them Top Secret in the first place…

And that seems very unlikely…

Right…???

Yep..Here is the Government PDF from the Obama era.

Sec. 1.3. Classification Authority. (a) The authority to classify information originally may be exercised only by: (1) the President and the Vice President; (2) agency heads and officials designated by the President; and (3) United States Government officials delegated this authority pursuant to paragraph (c) of this section.

That paragraph merely addresses the power to classify information, not to declassify that which the VP did not himself, in fact, personally classify…

That’s obvious, no lawyer necessary…

What does the rest of it say…???

Oh! It says this also…

PART 3—DECLASSIFICATION AND DOWNGRADING
Sec. 3.1. Authority for Declassification. (a) Information shall be declassified as soon as it
no longer meets the standards for classification under this order.
(b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by:
(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving
in the same position and has original classification authority;
(2) the originator’s current successor in function, if that individual has original
classification authority;
(3) a supervisory official of either the originator or his or her successor in function, if
the supervisory official has original classification authority; or
(4) officials delegated declassification authority in writing by the agency head or the
senior agency official of the originating agency. “

Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., asked Wray directly whether the FBI had “confidential human sources embedded within the January 6 protests.” Wray deflected, saying he must be “very careful about what I can say … about when and where we do and do not use confidential human sources.”
“But to the extent there is the suggestion that the FBI’s confidential human sources or FBI employees in some way instigated or orchestrated Jan. 6th, that’s categorically false,” Wray continued.
Higgins continued to press Wray, asking him whether the FBI sent agents to the riot “dressed as Trump supporters … prior to the doors being opened.”
Wray didn’t say yes or no, instead claiming that he has “to be very careful.”
“It should be a no!” Higgins responded. “Can you not tell the American people ‘No, we did not have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters positioned inside the Capitol on January 6?’”

This isn’t the first time Wray has denied the FBI’s alleged role in the riot. In a March 2021 congressional hearing, he shot down allegations that FBI agents instigated Trump supporters to storm the Capitol, claiming he had seen no evidence to support that claim.
“We have not seen evidence of that, at this stage, certainly,” he said.

grey fox, maybe do a little research…

As far as MTG being…

“Wrong again “Peach Tree” ”

…as you have hastily alleged….

I’d say that it is you that is just as wrong…

Consider this, grey fox…

https://fas.org/blogs/secrecy/2006/02/the_vice_presidents_declassifi/

‘The Vice President’s Declassification Authority’

“Declassification authority is defined in Section 6.1(l) of E.O. 13292. It is granted to: “(1) the official who authorized the original classification…; (2) the originator’s current successor in function; (3) a supervisory official of either; or (4) officials delegated declassification authority in writing by the agency head or the senior agency official.” ”

“So the Vice President has authority to declassify anything that he himself classified. He also clearly has authority to declassify anything generated in the Office of the Vice President, which he supervises.”

“But is the Vice President, like the President, “a supervisory official” with respect to other executive branch agencies such as the CIA? Did the 2003 amendment to the executive order which elevated the Vice President’s classification authority also grant him declassification authority comparable to the President’s?”

” “The answer is not obvious,” said one executive branch expert on classification policy.” ”

Biden’s possession of those classified documents is indefensible.

It’s also inexcusable.

Why even try?

Doing so is unreasonable and illogical to the point of being laughable.

What’s the point of it?

There is nothing to gain by it, and everything to lose.

Revealing those documents now, just prevents Biden from prosecution, and allows the maximum time for the people to forget about it, before the next election…

Delaying notification to the public until after the midterms, was also a dirty trick.

Biden cannot be trusted.

He is as crooked as they come.

The “original classification authority” is defined in the order as “an individual authorized in writing, either by the President, the Vice President, or by agency heads or other officials designated by the President, to classify information in the first instance.” They can also determine when a document can be declassified: “At the time of original classification, the original classification authority shall establish a specific date or event for declassification based on the duration of the national security sensitivity of the information.”

Bottom line. The VP does have the authority to declassify documents.

Reply to  grey fox

So what?

Is it beside the point?

A simple yes or no please.

The fact remains…

A VP can only declassify certain documents, not all classified documents.

Try admitting that is true.

What MTG said, should not be taken out of context.

(Isn’t that a no-no?)

It’s not a matter of whether a VP can, it’s whether the Biden the VP could specifically declassify THOSE 20 DOCUMENTS…

That’s what MTG meant.

That is what is relevant.

He could not, unless he classified them…

Which, basing things on what has been reported, he absolutely did not do.

It he had, the documents would no longer be considered classified, yet they are still classified. Go figure…

No one is claiming that is what happened.

Why would anyone even suggest it had?

It’s a farce.

Don’t split hairs.

It’s not the issue. That is a fact.

Why go on and on about a non-issue?

Does that answer the question?

Then you should know it is irrelevant.

It’s all about what the VP CANNOT declassify, and what the VP DID NOT declassify.

And THAT is what would apply to the 20 or so documents in question.

Anything else is just some rando, irrelevant, therefore meaningless, totally unnecessary tangent.

It’s not a difficult concept.

He can’t declassify any of the documents found laying around in various locations. The man hasn’t been Vice President since January of 2017. There’s no way he can SAY he declassified them because he already said he doesn’t recall anything about them. And he probably didn’t even know what they were when he took them. His demented ass… now. Ex-Presidents don’t have the ability though.
And yes I know Biden wasn’t VP during the time the documents were there but the documents were from his time as VP, so don’t bother going there.

Pretty obvious that Biden never declassified any of the documents laying around wherever he happened to forget about them:

https://apnews.com/article/biden-united-states-government-district-of-columbia-0574fd762159e8cb5f31c85205df3dc0

“Sauber said in a statement Saturday that Biden’s personal lawyers, who did not have security clearances, stopped their search after finding the first page on Wednesday evening. Sauber found the remaining material Thursday, as he was facilitating their retrieval by the Department of Justice.”

If the bumbling, racist, old grifter had declassified them, why did White House Lawyers with the security clearance have to come in after the first page was found?

Biden is in deep doo-doo, and that’s a good thing because our Republic was in deep doo-doo under his Administration*.

Wands are used in The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, Thelema, and Wicca, and by independent practitioners of magic. Wands were introduced into the occult via the 13th-century Latin grimoire The Oathbound Book of Honorius.

Biden keeps his in a special pocket sewn into his inside jacket pocket. Only to be used for declassifying government documents.

Excess deaths in the U.K. remain below the pandemic peak and aren’t linked to COVID-19 vaccines..
There is no evidence that the COVID-19 vaccines have contributed to the excess deaths seen in the U.K. in 2022. Sudden deaths of young people remain extremely rare, and excess deaths are driven primarily by people aged over 85.

Health experts reaffirm booster safety after concerns arise over COVID-19 shots.

Local vaccine experts stress that the use of COVID-19 vaccines are still critical to keeping the population healthy.

“We have to remember that the risk of COVID still far outweighs any potential concerns of vaccines, especially when you’re over the age of 65,” said Dr. John Brownstein, the chief innovation officer at Boston Children’s Hospital. “The risk of severe consequences of COVID and death are still greater. When if you have not had that updated booster and the data is very clear, showing the value of that updated booster.”

Tastes like chicken
Beetleburgers could soon reach mass production — helping to feed the world

“Mixed with sugar, the beetles supposedly taste just like real meat. They could also become alternatives to sausages or chicken nuggets.”
