“Gun buyback” is a funny term since the government never previously owned the firearms.

Still, if it makes Eureka safer, I guess it will be a success.

Is that a picture of the rocky shore that shows the aftermath of the recent earthquake? It would be interesting to compare it to one that shows that same scene, pre-earthquake. This is a good illustration of how the earth’s evolution is something going on now, and not some vague concept out of time immemorable, relegated to books about natural history.
