Heart of the Redwoods Community Hospice invites you to our monthly community outreach program, Heart to Heart with Hospice, to be held via Zoom on Tuesday, November 29th from 6-7 pm.
During our next meeting, we will be discussing “Dealing with Loss During the Holidays”. Come share space with our Team as we discuss what we’ve learned and we would love to hear about your experiences too.
Our goal on the last Tuesday of every month is to reach out to our community and meet you right where you are. The Zoom ID for our Heart to Heart Meetings is 454 775 2353.
