Six Rivers Lightning Complex Fires Force Cancellation of Redwood Acres Raceway Event this Weekend

Due to the fires in the Willow Creek area, Redwood Acres Raceway have announced the unfortunate cancelation of this weekend’s Spears SRL Southwest Tour Series race. The Redwood Acres Fairgrounds will be used as an emergency fire camp for the California Department of Forestry And Fire Protection necessitating the cancelation of the event.
The next race at Redwood Acres Raceway takes place August 27 and will be Fan Appreciation Night. Late models, Legends, bombers, mini stocks and roadrunners will all be racing on the evening.
