You really need one for every room in the house. You may clean the air in one room but smoke particles will settle in other rooms. On carpets, drapes, bedding. clothing.
And I hope you stocked up on masks if you plan on going outside during smoky conditions.
I am no Boy Scout, but do know you need to be prepared.
