Description : My name is Dolly.

I am a spayed female, black and tan German Shepherd Dog mix.

Age : The shelter staff think I am about 5 months old.

More Info : I have been at the shelter since Aug 02, 2022.

Here’s what Dolly’s wonderful foster has to say about her:

“Do you like snacks? I love snacks? Do you like the beach? I love the beach! You’re probably wondering am I the one? Of course, I’m the one! I’m Dolly. My hobbies include: snacking, puppy business, playing with my foster brother (he’s a big dog, but I can take him!) exploring outside, playing with toys and I am an expert in napping. I don’t mean to brag, but I’m pretty proficient in the potty-training department. I do know how to sit, and if you give me a treat, I’ll show you. I can be shy at first, but once I open up I am the life of the party. Do I like cats? What’s a cat? Do I like other dogs? I’ve only been around my foster brother and he’s pretty cool. We like to rough house and run around. Do I like kids? I live with a tween and a teenager and I like them.

What are you waiting for? Make like a bread truck and haul buns over here to meet me.”

“Darling Dolly is black with brown brindle legs and face, and a one-ear-up, one-ear-down look, at least in this stage of her puppyhood. She still has her baby teeth- she’s gentle with them!- and has big feet to grow into! She was fostered as a young pup and the attention given to her really shows. She likes to stay close and knows how to chill. She’s a real cuddler! She enjoys the kiddie pool in the play yard and does some cute zoomies! She’s picking up leash etiquette nicely, and will be a quick learner for more skills. She’ll make some lucky person a loyal friend!”
