This is a press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

On July 20, 2022, at about 7:20 p.m., a Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputy on patrol in the area of Fairway Drive in Eureka located a vehicle wanted by the Eureka Police Department following a pursuit within their jurisdiction earlier in the evening. Deputies attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The vehicle failed to yield, and a pursuit ensued through the Pine Hill community.

During this pursuit, an individual inside the suspect vehicle reportedly shot at deputies. The pursuit continued and the suspect reportedly fired additional shots towards law enforcement. At that point, an officer involved shooting occurred. The pursuit concluded at the intersection of Buhne Street and Harrison Avenue when the suspect vehicle was involved in a traffic collision, becoming disabled. Three occupants of the vehicle were detained on scene.

There are no reported injuries as a result of this incident and there is no perceived ongoing threat to the community at this time.

The Humboldt County Critical Incident Response Team has been activated to investigate this incident. Anyone with information about this case or who may have witnessed any portion of this pursuit or sustained property damages as a result should contact the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office at (707) 445-7251, reference case number 202203774.

More information will be released when available and appropriate.

🤔🧐I thought WE were the “critical response” team… 😁

🤔How many shots and how many hits?🤷‍♂️😉

(Just teasing, contributing my fair share)…

Seriously, though, I am super glad that their were no injuries.

Good job, LE.

That’s super good news.

All’s well that ends well…🙂

We’re the bad guys posing as cops?

Think humor font, folks.

Why is it that nobody has a sense of humor anymore?

And MBD, do you know if any of the officers, who fired their weapons, will be placed on administrative leave?

As of today, one innocent civilian was struck by a stray bullet, from an unknown weapon, during the gunfight, luckily uninjured.

Isn’t it possible that bullet came from one of the officers weapon’s, until it’s definitely determined one way or another?

And shouldn’t the department, responsible for the officers who fired, be investigating where exactly each one of their discharged rounds ended up lodging?

It seems like there could still be additional victims involved, yet to be discovered, within their own homes.

And, no, this time I’m not kidding.

Seriously.

Ugh! Why don’t gen X’ers, apparently know how to use commas, or proper punctuation, and think it’s perfectly normal?

“LOL” (See what I did there)?

Count your blessings if you didn’t cut your teeth on one-liners from over exposure to early sixties sit-coms.

And…

The emojis, “distinguish” me, from other , thankfully, unrelated “Guests”.

Believe me, not all boomers use emojis. Some of us, like me, too can’t make them out . We depend upon the written word.

Suspect being placed into officer’s vehicle has a man bun. I suspect that the suspect may be suspiciously liberal.

And as though we didn’t see democrat governors and mayors sit by and watch pantifa and blm rioting in democrat cities and states, and cause 2 billion in damage. For what? To create chaos in an election cycle.

857 in riots in blue states causing $ trillions of dollars in damage, lives destroyed, deaths and rapes and no one arrested. And yes it was for an election cycle. There could be a repeat of the violence during the 2022 and 2024 election cycles. If so, citizens will do more than watch this time around, as LEO’s are prevented from performing their sworn duties.

finding a liberal violent criminal with or without a long rap sheet in the entire northcoast is like finding bigfoot. it seems you do not pay attention to the facts.

Sounds like spoon fed MSM “facts” being parroted, in my humble opinion.

both of these scumbags come from local conservative families that specialize in raising criminals. the brother of the manbun went from Sohum most wanted list in 2015 to Eureka street zombie in 2022. Aubrey’s family fills a few google search pages. but again, facts screw your angle about the problem and the source of the problem. the fact that they are out and about chopping catalytic converters sums it up. maybe the HCSO should look into who is buy them from these tweaks.

please educated your kids.

Ultra MAGA or Mega Party.

Your stumbling, bumbling Depends soiling, monitor mis-reading hero re-named the movement and I find it fairly hilarious with the new monikers.

I watched cops take them into custody. I basically arrived on scene right after they crashed at the Bhune&Harris intersection. I have most of it recorded on my grandma’s phone.

Could this be Jared Aubrey who was shooting at cops. Booking sheet indicates it could be. Wouldn’t surprise me. In and out of prison. Needs to go back for a very long time.
