Prohibited from possessing pepper spray as a woman is a typical commifornia overeach. I don’t care what crime a women committed she should be able to carry pepper spray. Period. The government will use any excuse to disarm you in any way possible and leave you target.

They don’t fart. My aunt told me so decades ago, they fluff. My wife on the other hand . . . oh, hi honey, she, uh, makes the air smell like roses. ……. She’s gone now. Dead roses, that is.

You are very dramatic. I prefer logic. I do bet even Stalin would let a woman carry a small non lethal rape protection device. I hate thieves and all criminals just think a woman should be able to have something to protect herself felon or not.

i can only imagine that it becomes prohibited after it’s been used in the commission of a previous crime

It says ‘prohibited person’ for one reason or another. Maybe for child training. Inquiring minds want to know.

Any “felon” is prohibited to carry or use any teargas or pepper spray.
Same with a “stun gun”.
But… if caught with a stun gun the first time is only a fine.
