Top Dragster Brazil Racing and Leon’s Car Care Center Team Up!

Brazil Racing Top Dragster will start the 2022 drag racing season on the Pacific Northwest with help from long time supporter, Leon’s Car Care Center of Eureka CA.

Leon’s Car Care Center has been a large supporter of Brazil Racing for many years and this season we are happy to announce them as a major sponsor for the 2022 season.

Jerry & Betty Brazil have been drag racing since the 50’s with Jerry Brazil and Leon Warmuth being an instrumental part of getting the Samoa Drag Strip built at the airport in Samoa CA. While Jerry has had others in pilot seat of the 2500 horse power dragster, now with Kaycee Mela, granddaughter to Jerry & Betty Brazil in the seat to challenge her fellow racers.

Leon Warmuth who started Leon’s Car Care Center in 1961 has his children Dale Warmuth, Carrie Sams and grandson Lucas Sams in the pilots seat at Leon’s. Today with Jerry & Leon both in their young 80’s, the crew at Leon’s thought it appropriate to lend a financial hand. The Brazil’s will be racing from Southern California to Woodburn OR and several spots in between.

While Leon’s was once known principally for custom exhaust, today they provide tune-ups, oil changes, brakes, air conditioning, serving hybrid vehicles and resolving engine/transmission issues.
