Medical Rescue Underway at Clam Beach
An injured woman needed rescuing tonight from what law enforcement described as a swamp near the south end of the Clam Beach parking lot, according to a report over the scanner about 11 p.m.
The incident commander asked for a Stokes basket to help carry the woman and told the dispatcher that rescuers have “marked the trail with glow sticks.”
About 11:12 p.m., the Incident Commander said, “The patient is out of the water.” He added that other units responding can cancel.

Thank you HCSO Deputies for finding her and getting her out of the water!
So was she on the right side of Clam Beach, down in those little ponds ?
I’ve heard it’s good fishing if you can contend with the brush.
Glad she’s safe and hooray for our rescuers.
Nice. We do a little trapping for minnows there for fun. I always thought there were just small bass and what not. Ever get anything big?
